The Effect of Eco-Friendly Interior Designs in the Urban Hotel To Attract Potential Customers

  • Purpose: The hospitality sector is vital to economic development, especially in metropolitan regions, where hotels are a pivotal factor in drawing in leisure and corporate visitors. Despite the potential advantages of urban hotels, there is a gap in empirical studies on the impacts of eco-friendly interior design on hotel appeal and guest behavior. Therefore, this study aims to fill out the research gap. Research design, data and methodology: This study employed a review of the literature systematically as its research design. The study's data collection technique involves exploring peer-reviewed journals through electronic databases like Scopus, and Web of Science. The present author double-checked the quality of instrument for all usable dataset. Results: Prior literature has stated a strong linkage between green interior design in urban hotels and customer behavior and hotel attractiveness. Using environmentally conscious methods, hotels can enhance the quality of their indoor atmosphere, preserve energy and water supplies, and establish a favorable public perception that appeals to environmentally aware consumers, thereby improving their overall experience and contentment. Conclusions: This study concludes that creating indoor spaces with environmental factors in mind could lead to a more enjoyable and beneficial atmosphere for hotel visitors and adopting a sustainability-oriented approach to hotel design and operations could attract potential customers.

A Study on Character Design Using [Midjourney] Application

  • In recent years, the emergence of a number of AI image generation software represented by [Midjourney] has brought great impetus to the development of the field of AI-assisted art creation. Compared with the traditional hand-painted digital painting with the aid of electronic equipment, broke the traditional sense of animation character creation logic.This paper analyzes the application of AI technology in the field of animation character design through the practice of two-dimensional animation character . This is having a significant impact on the productivity and innovation of animation design and character modeling. The key results of the analysis indicate that AI technology, particularly through the utilization of "Midjourney,"enables the automation of certain design tasks, provides innovative approaches, and generates visually appealing and realistic characters. In conclusion, the integration of AI technology, specifically the application of "Midjourney," brings a new dimension to animation character design. The utilization of AI image generation software facilitates streamlined workflows, sparks creativity, and improves the overall quality of animated characters. As the animation industry continues to evolve, AI-assisted tools like "Midjourney" hold great potential for further advancement and innovation.

Gd 도핑된 비스무스 텔루라이드의 자기적 성질에 대한 제일원리 계산 연구 (First-principles Study on the Magnetic Properties of Gd doped Bithmuth-Telluride)

  • 대표적 열전물질인 비스무스 텔루라이드에 자성원자를 도핑한 합금에 대한 구조 및 전자적 그리고 자기적 성질에 관한 연구는 고효율 열전물질의 개발이라는 목적뿐만 아니라 특이한 자기적 상호작용 규명 및 위상절연체 분야에서도 큰 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 연구에서는 희토류 원자로서 매우 국소화된 f 전자를 갖는 Gd이 Bi을 치환하여 도핑된 비스무스 텔루라이드 합금의 자성 안정성을 밀도범함수(Density Functional Theory)에 입각하여 제일원리적으로 연구하기 위하여 모든 전자(all-electron) FLAPW(full-potential linearized augmented plane-wave) 방법을 이용하여 전자구조 계산을 수행하였다. 전자간 교환-상관 상호작용은 일반기울기 근사법(Generalized Gradient Approximation)을 도입하여 계산하였으며, 국소화된 f 전자를 기술하는 데 필요한 Hubbard+U 보정과 스핀-궤도 각운동량 상호작용은 제2 변분법적 방법을 이용하여 고려하였다. 계산 결과, 강자성 안정성을 보이는 Gd 덩치계와 다르게 이 합금은 강자성과 반강자성의 총에너지 차이가 ~1 meV/Gd 정도의 아주 작은 값으로 얻어져서, 그 자성 안정성은 결함이나 strain 등에 의한 구조변화에 민감하게 의존하여 변할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 Gd 스핀자기모멘트는 덩치에서의 값에 비해 감소하였고, Gd에 가장 가까운 Te에 유도 자기모멘트가 형성되는 것으로 미루어 Te를 매개로 한 자성상호작용이 자성 안정성을 결정하는 데에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 예측할 수 있었다.

  • The increase use of smartphones has paved the way for quick dissemination of online information. This has a huge influence on consumers' purchase decision making and the formation of a company's image. As such, this study focuses on product review from mobile beauty applications(apps); in particular, the perceived information authenticity. The purpose is as follows. First, to examine if there is any difference in perceived information authenticity based on the types of product review. Second, to analyze how perceived information authenticity influences brand attitude, purchase intention, and electronic word of mouth(e-WOM) intention. The study targets consumers in their 20s and 30s who have experience buying a product via a mobile beauty app. Three hundred responses are analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results reveal that, first of all, consumers derive higher perceived information authenticity from a multi-facet review rather than a double-facet review. Second, among the traits of perceived information authenticity, only a brand's perceived reliability has a significant influence on brand attitude. Third, this brand attitude has a positive influence on purchase intention and e-WOM intention. In conclusion, these findings can serve as an important discussion point for companies developing a mobile beauty app, drawing attention to perceived information authenticity, based on the types of product review.

지리정보체계 기반의 지방청 용지보상시스템 구축 (Development of Land Compensation System Based on GIS for the Regional Construction Management Office)

  • 도로건설과 같은 공공사업을 수행하기 위해서는 사유재산의 사용이 불가피하게 발생하게 되며, 토지 등의 사유재산을 사용하기 위해서는 적절한 보상이 이루어져야 한다. 이러한 보상업무는 업무절차가 복잡하고 보상대상이 다양하여 업무처리를 위한 전자처리체계 개발이 요구된다. 지방청 용지보상시스템은 도로건설시 보상업무의 기반이 되는 용지도에 지리정보체계(GIS) 기술을 적용, 도면상의 토지위치 정보와 연계하여 보상계획의 수립, 보상현황의 파악, 보상업무의 관리를 할 수 있도록 하였으며, 협의보상, 수용$\cdot$재결 및 공탁 등의 제반업무를 효과적으로 처리할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 향후 본 시스템을 활용하여 토지재산관리체계로 확장$\cdot$발전시켜 운영함으로써 보상결과의 활용성을 제고하고, 국가로 소유권이 이전된 토지에 대한 정확하고 합리적인 관리를 실현할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The objects, which can be personal digital assistants, electronic rings, doors or even clothes, offer embedded chips with computation facilities and are generally called artifacts. I later realized that this was not so the real problem is actually authentication. Recent results indicate scalability problems for flat ad hoc networks. Sensor network achieves function that handle surrounding information perception through sensor and sensed information to network that is consisted of sensor nodes of large number. Research about new access control techniques and height administration techniques need authentication information persons' certification assurance level classification in sensor network environment which become necessary different view base with authentication information at node for application of AAA technology in USN environment that must do authentication process using information that is collected from various sensor mountings. So, get base authentication information in sensor type and present weight grant model by security strength about authentication information through information who draw. In this paper collected information of sensor nodes model who give weight drawing security reinforcement as authentication information by purpose present be going to. and Must be able to can grasp special quality of each sensor appliances in various side and use this and decide authentication assurance level for value estimation as authentication information elements. Therefore, do to define item that can evaluate Authentication information elements thus and give simple authentication assurance level value accordingly because applying weight. Present model who give authentication assurance level value and weight for quotation according to security strength.

  • CMOS 스위치부를 이용해 출력주파수의 상/하향 변환을 제어하는 L-대역용 단측파 대역 주파수 혼합기 회로(mixer)와 C-대역용 쿼드러쳐 전압 제어발진기(QVCO)를 제안하고 TowerJazz 사의 0.18 um RFCMOS 공정을 사용하여 설계 및 제작하였다. 제안된 주파수혼합기의 L대역 출력 특성은 변환이득 6.6~7.5 dB, 이미지 제거비 70 dBc, 단자간 격리도 65 dBc 이다. 전압 제어 발진기는 6.2~6.7 GHz 의 주파수 튜닝 범위에서 4 dBm 의 출력전력을 공급한다. 공급전압은 1.8 V이며, 주파수 혼합기 중심부와 스위치에 공급되는 총 전류는 36 mA, 전압 제어 발진기에 공급되는 총 전류는 23 mA 이다.

Long-Term Efficacy of Anti-Tumor Necrosis Factor Agents in Pediatric Luminal Crohn's Disease: A Systematic Review of Real-World Evidence Studies

  • Purpose: To determine the long-term efficacy of the anti-tumor necrosis factor (TNF) agents, infliximab (IFX) and adalimumab (ADA), in pediatric luminal Crohn's disease (CD) by performing a systematic literature review. Methods: An electronic search was performed in Medline, Embase, and the Cochrane Library from inception to September 26, 2019. Eligible studies were cohort studies with observation periods that exceeded 1 year. Studies that reported time-to-event analyses were included. Events were defined as discontinuation of anti-TNF therapy for secondary loss of response. We extracted the probabilities of continuing anti-TNF therapy 1, 2, and 3 years after initiation. Results: In total, 2,464 papers were screened, 94 were selected for full text review, and 13 studies (11 on IFX, 2 on ADA) met our eligibility criteria for inclusion. After 1 year, 83-97% of patients were still receiving IFX therapy. After 2 and 3 years the probability of continuing IFX therapy decreased to 67-91% and 61-85%, respectively. In total, 5 of the 11 studies subgrouped by concomitant medication consistently showed that the probabilities of continuing IFX therapy in patients with prolonged immunomodulator use were higher than those in patients on IFX monotherapy. Conclusion: This review of real-world evidence studies confirms the long-term therapeutic benefit of IFX therapy in diverse cohorts of children with luminal CD. Moreover, it supports the view that combination therapy with an immunomodulator prolongs the durability of IFX therapy in patients who previously failed to recover following first-line therapy. The limited number of time-to-event studies in patients on ADA prevented us from drawing definite conclusions about its long-term efficacy.

데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 건강보험공단의 수술 통계량 근사치 추정 -허니아 수술을 중심으로- (Estimation of a Nationwide Statistics of Hernia Operation Applying Data Mining Technique to the National Health Insurance Database)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study is to develop a methodology for estimating a nationwide statistic for hernia operations with using the claim database of the Korea Health Insurance Cooperation (KHIC). Methods: According to the insurance claim procedures, the claim database was divided into the electronic data interchange database (EDI_DB) and the sheet database (Paper_DB). Although the EDI_DB has operation and management codes showing the facts and kinds of operations, the Paper_DB doesn't. Using the hernia matched management code in the EDI_DB, the cases of hernia surgery were extracted. For drawing the potential cases from the Paper_DB, which doesn't have the code, the predictive model was developed using the data mining technique called SEMMA. The claim sheets of the cases that showed a predictive probability of an operation over the threshold, as was decided by the ROC curve, were identified in order to get the positive predictive value as an index of usefulness for the predictive model. Results: Of the claim databases in 2004, 14,386 cases had hernia related management codes with using the EDI system. For fitting the models with applying the data mining technique, logistic regression was chosen rather than the neural network method or the decision tree method. From the Paper_DB, 1,019 cases were extracted as potential cases. Direct review of the sheets of the extracted cases showed that the positive predictive value was 95.3%. Conclusions: The results suggested that applying the data mining technique to the claim database in the KHIC for estimating the nationwide surgical statistics would be useful from the aspect of execution and cost-effectiveness.

미디어 환경과 사용에 관한 아동의 심성모형 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Research of Children's Mental Model on Media Environment and the Use)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 미디어 환경과 미디어 사용에 대한 아동의 심성모형을 분석하여 제시하고 이를 토대로 교육적 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 10명의 초등 4-5학년 연령대 아동과의 인터뷰, 그림 그리기, 연상 단어 제시하기, 문장 완성하기의 네 가지 활동을 통하여 데이터를 수집하였고 연구자 2인에 의해 질적으로 분석되었다. 먼저 문장 완성활동과 연상 단어 활동을 통해 도출된 의미 구성요소는 미디어 기기, 소통성(소외감), 유능함(공급원), 오락성, 역기능, 양면성의 총 6개 요소였다. 두 번째로, 참여자들의 그림에서 추출된 미디어 심성모형의 구성요소는 기능성/유능함, 오락성, 책(종이)과의 갈등/공유, 해악/양면성 등의 4개 요소였다. 세 번째로, 인터뷰를 통해 나타난 심성모형의 의미요소는 갈등(종이책과 전자 미디어), 소통 중심성, 두려움(중독), 그리고 사용자의 자격 등으로 범주화되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 사이버 소통에 대한 관찰과 인식 강화, 중독예방 교육의 필요성, 학습 미디어와 책 미디어의 적극적 개발과 균형있는 활용, 건강한 미디어 리터러시 교육과 비판적 사고의 강화 등을 교육적 함축으로 제시하였다.
