미세폭 슬리팅 공정에서 유한요소해석을 이용한 성형 정밀도 예측 (Prediction of forming accuracy using FEM analysis in slitting process for connector terminal with micro width)

  • In the electronic products, connector which play a role of board-to-board connection is an essential part. The manufacture process of this connector involves slitting and bending stage. Recently, manufacturing the connector is becoming more and more difficult as miniaturization of the electronic products. In this study, FEM analysis was performed on slitting and bending process for connector terminal with micro width in order to predict the cause of inaccurate dimension of connector terminal which occurs in actual industrial spot.

차량용 와이어링 하네스 개선을 위한 브릿지 커넥터 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study of Bridge Connector Development on Wiring Harness Improvement in Vehicles)

  • Recently a large number of electronic control devices are abruptly increasing in vehicles as the electronic industry advances. Also the number of wiring harnesses and complexity of wiring is proportionally increased to the devices. A newly developed connector named bridge connector is introduced in this study for the purpose of the wiring structure changes. A wiring structure among distributed control systems by using serial communication is proposed with the bridge connector in this paper. The bridge connector contains a auto-recovery fuse made by PTC thermistor material for the protection of the over-currents on local control devices. The auto-recovery function of the fuse is needed for the maintenance free system in the distributed controls. The PTC fuse characteristics organized in this study is tested and the results are showed in detail for the real application.

  • Fuse mounted elbow connector used for pad mounted transformer was designed and investigated. Requirements of electrical ratings such as partial discharge, ac withstand voltage and impulse voltage and material properties were proposed in accordance with IEEE 386 and pre-standard (PS) 147-219∼229 of KEPCO. The connector can be jointed with pad mounted transformer and current limiting fuse which is installed inside of the connector easily replaced with new one in the case of breakdown of the fuse. Electric field analysis was also introduced in other to verify the reliability of the design.

  • Environmental factors for automotive consist of temperature, humidity, vibration(sine & random), gas, an electrical load and so on. These environmental factors are impressed in a automotive. Dependability is essential requirement in many electronic parts. Among components of automotive, the connector connecting electrical signals is one of the most important parts. Automotive -connector is inspected according to each manufacturer's test standard in which dependability should be considered. This paper aims to verify that current test standard is suitable for dependability, and present an inductive life test for automotive connector based on the field data in use-condition.

  • 최근에는 가사 로봇, 자율주행 전기 자동차, 경영 효율성을 제고하기 위한 제철소 용선차의 자율 운행 분야가 큰 관심을 받고 있는데, 사람의 간섭 없이 전원을 로봇이나 차량에 공급하기 위한 자동 전원 공급 기술 개발이 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동 전원 공급 기술의 기초 연구로서 주어진 공간에 있는 전원 컨넥터의 리셉터클을 인식하고 그것의 위치를 확인할 수 있는 영상인식 기반의 전원 컨넥터 리셉터클 위치 추적 기초 기술을 연구하며, 오픈 CV 프로그램을 통해서 그 기능성을 확인한다.

  • The purpose of development is to localize a connector for connection of cable and GIS for underground transmission system. The cable connector for GIS provides electrical insulation of GIS housing part and makes connection of ultra high voltage electrical apparatus and power cable by controlling electrical stress between electrodes of power cable termination. Generally Korean switchgear makers are using a connector for GIS made by foreign companies. We manufactured sample by best structure design of great capacity conductor connecting part and then modified the design by analysis of shape and section. We completed the suitable sample for current cycling test condition of conductor connecting part sample and ensured surge characteristics of line by short-time current test.

  • Generally, electronic packaging designer uses HSPICE SOFTWARE TOOL to validate electric characteristics of traces layout before layout traces in PCB in hundreds Mb/s high speed digital circuits. We are in need of a plated through hole (PTH) model and a connector model to use HSPICE SOFTWARE TOOL. Those models have not been perfectly defined for HSPICE simulation. In this paper, we define a PTH model and a connector model for HSPICE simulation and discuss application range for these models. Th emodels are analytic models very applicable for HSPICE simulation and are used to analyze electric characteristic of the PTH and the connector in thetraces layout in high speed digital circuit.

  • Shear connector is the element which resist in the horizontal shear force between steel and concrete of composite members and the stud bolt is often used because of its constructional convenience and serviceability. Although the push-out test is the most common method to evaluate shear slip behaviour, it is suitable for only room temperature conditions. In this study, we investigated about shear force, temperature distribution and slip displacement of shear connector in high temperature through the modified push-out test with electronic furnace invented for steel part heating.

  • In this paper, we have designed the Anti-Reflection (AR) coating for 850, 1310 nm(multi type) and 1310, 1550 nm(multi type) wavelength ranges on the ferrule facet of special optical connector. The reflectance of the AR coated ferrule facet is designed under 5% for 850, 1310 nm(multi type) and 1310, 1550 nm (multi type). The average return loss of the AR coated ferrule facet is 47.1 dB.

  • Underground connectors in 154kV for the connection between power cables and power equipments represent a greater part of power system stability and reliability. This paper presents the performance evaluation of 154kV separable dry type plug-in connector of a company in Japan for transformers and Gas Insulated Switchgear. And the possibility of the application on domestic underground line was considered.
