Recently, E-Commerce demands an integrated solution for online and off-line provided to customers on wired / wireless network and various mobile devices. Our E-commerce platform can use anytime, anywhere, for all consumers. And, it can take convenient and secure E-commerce service in mobile environment. So, we will implement a software platform base on the mobile environment that independent of the mobile OS. Particularly, our E-commerce platform is based on 3D GIS information for 3D electronic map. So, all users (customers) have got the more visible convenience. And, by using the e-catalog DB cloud server, off-line store operators can be built the online home-page easily. From now on our E-commerce platform based on 3D GIS can be usable at various E-commerce areas in the ubiquitous environment.

Plant, civil engineering and construction equipment data of overseas construction are obtained and then analyzed, classified and integrated by experts. With those refined data set, we built classification system and defined property information with reference to international standard (ISO 15926, IRDL). If class in ISO 15926 is predefined for equipment of interest, we used the class as is. If not, we created and defined new classes on the basis of ISO 15926 classes. If there is similar class for equipment of interest, extension or inheritance methods were used. As a result, classification system of five levels and 637 classes were built and construction equipment information were expressed in open structure of XML such as tree structure of classification system and detailed information with number equipments for each specific equipment. We also developed the electronic catalog system which is basically equipment information management system providing various product search functions.

도메인별로 적합한 온톨로지를 구축하는 것은 시멘틱웹의 한 구현 방법으로서 해당 도메인 응용프로그램의 의미적 정보를 풍부히 해준다. 전자상거래에서 카탈로그는 상품과 서비스에 대한 가격, 특성, 조건 등의 다양한 정보를 저장 관리해주는데, 카탈로그에는 상품 개별 정보뿐 아니라 상품간에도 다양한 정보가 내재되어 존재하게 된다. 따라서 전자카탈로그 영역에 온톨로지를 적용하기 위하여는 먼저 카탈로그 영역에서 존재하는 의미적 관계(semantic relationships)를 분석해 보는 것은 의미 있는 일이다. 본 논문에서는 카탈로그의 의미적 관계를 분류체계를 통해 분석해보고, 각각의 관계가 어떻게 온톨로지 모델화 될 수 있는지를 제시한다. 모델링 기법으로서는 기본적으로 EER(Extended Entity-Relationship)을 사용하는데, 이에 제한되지 않고 궁극적으로 온톨로지 모델을 사용하여 추론을 할 수 있도록 모델을 Description Logics으로 표현한다.

본 논문에서는 우리별3호 영상데이터의 검색 및 분배시스템의 개발에 대하여 기술한다. 영상데이터 카탈로그의 검색 시스템은 위성영상 데이터 수신처리국의 운영에서 영상 사용자들과 가장 밀접하게 연결되는 부분이기 때문에 그 속도 및 사용의 편이성이 가장 중요하다. 사용자가 지상국에서 수신, 보유하고 있는 위성영상을 쉽고 빠르게 접근, 검색, 주문할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하는 것이 위성영상의 활용을 극대화 시킬 수 있기 때문이다. 사용자들은 자신이 원하는 영상의 검색조건을 가장 단순하게 입력할 수 있기를 바라며 검색결과가 빠르고 쉽게 이해할 수 있게 출력되기를 원한다. 본 논문에서 소개되는 개발된 우리별 3호 영상의 카탈로그 검색 및 주문 시스템은 이러한 사용자의 요구를 최대한 만족시키며 최소의 시스템 구축비용을 요구한다.

It is needed to search the electronic commerce standardization and to analysis its policies to meet the international situations strategically and forecast the technology surroundings for electronic commerce. This study aims at searching the current state of electronic commerce standardization and analyzing policies on electronic commerce by the driving subject, that is, government and private organization, major countries, and standard classifications of electronic commerce technologies such as e-documents, e-catalog, e-payment, and e-process. The government and private organizations get information for the current state and policies for standardization on electronic commerce and put them practical use to make policies and strategy applications.

최근에 인터넷의 폭 넓은 사용과 구조적 웹 문서를 기술할 수 있는 XML의 기술에 힘입어, 인터넷과 XML을 기반으로 하는 전자상거래에 관한 연구가 많은 조직과 기업에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 기존에 연구되었던 상품 카탈로그는 상품 정보가 분류되어 표현되지 않을 뿐만 아니라 구체적이지 않고, 다양한 상품들의 상세한 정보들을 체계적으로 기술하기에는 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 상품들을 기술하는데 사용될 수 있는 정보들을 분석하고 분류하고, 기존의 연구들을 보완하여 다양한 종류의 상품 정보를 통합하여 기술 할 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 그리고 다양한 상품에 대해서 제안된 모델을 적용하여 그 효용성을 검증한다. 제안된 모델의 사용은 하나의 상품 카탈로그 모델로 다양한 상품의 정보를 자세히 표현할 수 있어 여러 종류의 상품을 취급하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 등의 유사 기종에 편리함과 효율성을 준다.

Until recently, there have been fundamental changes in many fields of industries. Especially, the mass-production is being changed into mass-customization. In order to construct a 3D e-catalog system far the utilization of mass-customization, there are several matters to consider. Setting realistic 3D image should be effective fur providing the customers with the product information with reality and raising their interest. This study explains the whole process to convert CAD data formed from the production activities into VRML data used in virtual reality environment. Examples are given and discussed to validate the proposed activity.

최근 활발하게 제기되고 있는 전자자료의 목록작업은 전자자료의 여러 가지 특성으로 인해 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 특히 인터넷자료를 중심으로 여러 유형의 전자자료와 이들 전자자료에 대한 협동목록의 필요성을 살펴보고, 대표적인 전자자료 협동목록 시스템으로서 OCLC의 CORC과 LC의 POC에 대하여 전반적인 상황을 분석하였다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 국내 온라인 전자자료 협동목록 시스템을 제안하였다.

전자 카탈로그는 상품이나 서비스 정보를 저장하고 있는 전자 문서로, 전자 상거래에서 가장 중요한 자료 중 하나이다. 전자 카탈로그는 지속적으로 추가, 수정 혹은 삭제되면서 최신의 상태로 유지되게 되는데, 전자 카탈로그의 양이 많아지면서 중복이 발생하고, 부적합한 분류에 할당되는 등, 품질 유지 문제가 발생한다. 검색, 중복확인, 자동분류는 카탈로그 품질 관리를 위해 중요한 기능들인데, 이 기능을 구현하기 위해서 카탈로그에서 추출된 색인어들의 통계 정보를 활용한 확률 모델들이 제시되었다. 그러나 이들은 서로 독립적으로 다루어 졌기에, 카탈로그 관리 시스템이라 는 하나의 시스템에서 구현될 수 있음에도 불구하고, 각 모델들이 공유하는 데이터와 이를 관리하기 위한 데이터 관리 기법에 관한 연구는 미흡하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 세 기능을 위한 확률모델을 정리하고, 이를 관계형 데이터베이스 상에서 구현하고, 통계 정보를 효율적으로 관리하는 방법을 제시한다. 특히, 실체화 뷰를 이용하여 불필요한 응용의 개발 비용과 데이터 무결성 저해요인을 제거하였다. 다량의 실제 전자 카탈로그 데이터베이스에 대한 실험을 통해 관계형 데이터 베이스를 이용한 구현이 속도와 정확성에 있어 실용성이 있음을 보였고, 응용을 통한 통계 정보갱신 방법과의 비교를 통해 실체화 뷰를 활용한 통계 정보 관리 기법의 효용성을 보였다.
