The increase of vehicles stagnations leads to the increasing attention to the way customers pay and a large number of projects on electronic cash system. Transport system is comprised of a number of advanced technologies, including information processing, communications, control, and electronics. Recently many research on a system which provides contact in order to protect driver's vehicle passage have been carried out. And some potential problems from that system are being reviewed by electronic cash system. In this papers, we suggest RF protocol developing technology using the concept of electronic cash. ATM electronic cash developing is consist of component of pre-developed coin throw, integration of component using its, and production of more requirement-satisfactory ITS solution. Result increase 15-40% pre-type vehicles stagnations. Especially, we expect this proposed concept would be well adapted to our national environments

전자상거래에서 중요한 지불 수단으로서 전자화폐 시스템이 있는데 전자화폐의 요구사항에는 독립성, 양도성, 분할성 등이 있다. 이는 컨텐츠에도 동일한 요구사항으로써 컨텐츠를 제공하는 데 있어 DRM에서 필요한 요구사항이 된다. 전자화폐의 요구사항이 컨텐츠 요구사항으로 이관될 수 있는 것은 컨텐츠 자체가 금전적 개념으로 볼 수 있기 때문이다. 컨텐츠에 대한 복제 및 복사, 익명 사용자의 접근 등 여러 관계에서 동일하게 적용시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자화폐와 컨텐츠에 대해 동일한 가치로 두고, 전자화폐의 요구사항과 DRM의 요구사항을 살펴본 뒤 이를 통해 전자화폐의 개념을 적용하여 DRM 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 사용되는 개념은 계층적 트리구조를 이용하여 복사 사용 권한을 두었으며 익명 사용자를 위해 컨텐츠에 대한 익명성과 사용자에 대한 익명성을 부여하였다. 마지막으로 제안된 여러 가지 방식들을 살펴보고 비교, 분석해 본다.

전자화폐는 안전성이 제공되어야 하고 이중사용이 방지되어야 하며, 사용자의 편의를 위해 분할성을 만족하는 것이 바람직하다. 분할성은 사용자가 발급받은 전자화폐를 화폐의 총액을 넘지 않는 범위내에서 사용자가 원하는 대로 나누어 사용할 수 있는 성질이다. 분할성을 만족함으로써 거스름돈의 발생을 줄일 수 있고 여러 번의 인출과정을 수행하지 않아도 되는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이중해쉬체인에 기반한 분할 가능한 전자화폐 프로토콜에 대하여 제안한다. 전자화폐는 이중해쉬체인에 의해 서로 다른 액면금액을 가진 동전으로 구성된다. 전자화폐의 분할성은 지불인증을 이용하여 만족된다. 지불인증이란 은행으로부터 받은 은행의 대리서명 키 쌍으로서, 높은 액면금액의 동전을 낮은 액면금액의 동전으로 분할할 때 은행대신 서명을 하여 동전의 정당성을 인증 받을 수 있다 제안된 방법은 사용자의 익명성을 제공하지는 않지만 해쉬함수를 이용하여 수행속도가 빠르고 위조 불가능한 동전을 생성하며, 분할성을 만족함으로써 사용자가 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

본 논문은 인증 기관에서 발행한 인증식을 기반으로 한 효율적인 오프라인 전자 현금 시스템의 설계에 관한 것디다. 본 제안 시스템은 전자 현금 위조 불가, 익명성, 이중 사용 탐지, 누명 불가 등과 같은 전자 지불 시스템이 기본적으로 갖춰야 할 요구 조건들을 모두 만족하고 있다. 특힌 제안 시스템은 (1) 인출 및 지불 단계에서 사용자(고객)가 계산해야 하는 지수 연산 횟수가 기존의 다른 프로토콜들에 비해 현저히 작으며 (2) 인출 단계에서 이루어지는 대부분의 계산이 인출 전에 미리 이루어 질 수 있다(사전 계산)는 점에서 계산적으로 매우 효율적이다. 따라서 본 제안 시스템은 메모리와 계산 측면에서 스마트카드로 구현되기에 적합하다.

전자상거래에서 중요한 지불 수단으로 떠오르고 있는 전자화폐 시스템에 있어서 사용자에의 익명성 제공은 기존의 지불 시스템에서 제공하지 못하는 중요한 요소이다. 그러나 사용자 익명성을 악용하여 각종 범죄 활동에 이용하려는 시도가 발생할 수 있으며 전자화폐 시스템 도입시 이에 대한 대책도 함께 강구되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자화폐의 효율적 사용을 위해 분할성 기능과 함께 화폐 추적과 사용자 추적 기능을 제공하는 효율적인 전자화폐 프로토콜을 제안한다.Abstract Electronic Cash System is an important payment method in Electronic Commerce. The anonymity of users is an important issue in such systems, but the issue has not been addressed by previous payment methods. User anonymity can lead to a system that is vulnerable to various criminal activities. Therefore, e-cash systems must consider ways to prevent such criminal activities. In this paper we suggest an efficient e-cash system that eliminates the vulnerability of the system by using the divisible ability of the system with the coin and owner tracing.

전자상거래를 위한 전자지불시스템은 크게 전자화폐형, 전자수표형 그리고 신용카드형으로 분류할 수 있다. 각 방식에는 사용상의 특성으로 인하여 장단점이 있으나, 현재 현실세계에서와 같이 전자화폐지불시스템이 가장 활발하게 사용될 것이다. 그러나 전자화폐 지불시스템의 가장 큰 위험요소는 전자정보의 근본적 속성 즉 복사가 가능하다는 것이다. 이로 인하여 야기되는 화폐 검사에 대한 많은 비용이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 전자화폐지불시스템에 따른 요구조건들을 알아보고, 스마트카드를 사용한 전자지불시스템에서 구현되어야 할 부가적 요구조건들을 제안한다.
