In some sense an aggregated total of individual companies' competitiveness makes up industrial competitiveness of a nation. However, there are various competitiveness factors that a single company or a small group of companies can not create or overcome Inter-organizational electronic commerce has many of such properties. That is why the role of government is important. In this research, we focus on the efforts that require industrial level efforts. We borrowed various industrial-level analysis frameworks for analyzing the adopt ion and effects of informal ion technology, and applied them to inter-organizational electronic commerce. Based on such analyses, we attempted to draw implications and guidelines for the pursuit of industrial level electronic commerce.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop the methods for evaluating the business value of a company's technical portfolios. In this study, technical portfolios of 10 major manufacturers and e-Biz industries are examined first from a business model perspective. Subsequently, we suggest future direction of R&D for the pharmaceutical industry by deducing the leading industries sharing similar traits with the pharmaceutical industry. Methods: In order to evaluate and analyze the patents of the major leading industries based on the constituents of a business model, the target patents were selected through the following procedure. Results: First, In this study, using the data obtained from the patent analysis, the differences in the technology portfolios of specific business entities based on the constituents of their business models. Second, deduced business rules of particular business entities through classification analysis and role-model of pharmaceutical industry Conclusion: If enterprise discovers technological change and characters of other enterprise or technology, enterprise could judge a direction of technology which will be developed in the near term and a plan which utilized existing technology to increase enterprise's profits.

최근 전자상거래의 규모는 점점 확대되어 나아가면서 가상공간에서의 상거래에 있어 여러 가지 문제점이 발생된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인터넷의 확산과 아울러 전자상거래에서 현행 제기되는 몇 가지 문제점들을 살펴보고. 주요 문제점들에 관한 국제적 동향과 우리나라의 대응방안을 고찰하고자 한다. 결국, 인터넷라운드의 대응 및 전자상거래 안정적인 성장을 위해서 정부가 주도적으로 규범화 작업등을 통하여 국제적인 수준으로 맞추어 나아가야 할 것이다.

The GUIDEC I was published in November 1997 by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and then the GUIDEC was published in October 2000 in the name of GUIDEC II. The GUIDEC II is the next version of GUIDEC I. This paper examines the electronic authentication and certification practices under GUIDEC II in detail. Therefore, this paper can help parties concerned to understand electronic authentication and certification practices of electronic commerce. GUIDEC II maintains the content of GUIDEC I, but GUIDEC II adds some new definitions such as authenticating a message and explains the rights and responsibility of subscribers, certifiers, and relying parties in detail. The aim of the GUIDEC II is to enhance the ability of international business community to execute trustworthy digital transactions utilizing legal principles that promote reliable digital authentication and certification practice.

There is a big change in Electronic Commerce. With little or no profit projected for the foreseeable future with the dotcom companies, Internet venture capitalists are looking for new business models. They are now turning to B to B Electronic Commerce. It is expected that B to B Electronic Commerce will be more active than B to C in the very near future. In the future B to B Electronic Commerce will move to include collaborative Electronic Commerce which includes product development, engineering, material procurement, and management. Even though the solution to this multidimensioal and complicated process may take some time, a total solution to this will dramatically change the landscape of Electronic Commerce. Thus the various corporations must work together to find the total solution that will build this infrastructure.

The purpose of this paper is to analysis the legal aspects of e-commerce, particularly those relate to electronic contract, in China On 23 November 2005, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts, known popularly as the Electronic Communications Convention. China signed it but the convention is not binding yet as it still requires the ratification by three states. On the other hand, China adopted a new act legalizing the electronic signature in 2004. This new act provides electronic signatures with the same legal status as handwritten signatures. But the efficiencies that business hopes to achieve through electronic commerce are not completely reflected in the legal processes necessary to support those hopes.

The purpose of this paper is to determine success factors important to electronic payment system and also to review its environments in order to present development direction of electronic commerce in Korea. A field survey including interviews and questionnaire surveys is made in 12 experts who were identified as having research experiences and/or development experiences of electronic payment systems, 35 merchants who are doing business over the Internet, and 96 netizens who were identified as a consumer group. In this study, we reviewed four dimensions affecting the acceptance of electronic payment systems such as safety, security, convenience, and efficiency. Finally, we suggested a total of 32 factors important to electronic payment systems and classified all factors into four dimensions.

On the above, a comparison between preliminary draft conventions and comments by the Int'l Chamber of Commerce, contents of preliminary draft convention, problems and alternative are discussed. The conclusions are as follows thereof : The laws of MLEC and MLES made preparation for electronic era of CISG. But electronic circumstances are more changed than the time of regulation of them. Therefore the business world needs a stand-alone convention dealing broadly with the issues of contract formation in electronic commerce. At last, preliminary draft convention delivered a second round. But the base of the instrument was also MLEC and MLES. The revised preliminary draft convention is much amended beyond preliminary draft convention. At its forty-one sessions, the working group reviewed articles 1-11 of the revised preliminary draft convention presented by the secretariat. The remainder was pending until the time of its forty-two sessions. Therefore, on the base of deliberations and decisions of that sessions and them of thirty-six sessions of UNCITRAL, which will be held on comming november, the draft convention which will be prepared by the secretariate, be re-revised preliminary draft convention. According to review of working group on them, preliminary draft convention will officially be draft convention or revise by secretariate. Under these situations, my points of view on draft convention are as follows : As though e-UCP is used carring out side by side with UCP, after e-CISG making in order to adjust CISG to "on" transaction, it is very easy and prompt for business worked to use CISG with e-CISG. This will facilitate ratification of the CISG. For this case, I already presented contents of e-CISG. It is very important for the preliminary draft convention to deal specially with issues related to electronic contracting or to electronic transaction, because according to which way, its contents and scope of application will be different. But the revised draft convention is regretably compromising both them. Consequently, its contents are very confusing and we could not expect its success. If e-CISG will regulate, it is desirable that, if possible, working group has to make the general rule, and the making of useful, practical, affordable rule for electronic commerce, for example Uniform Customs and Practices for Electronic Commerce(e-UEC) in order to solve the specific practical problems, if any, which business currently faces regarding electronic contracting, has to entrust ICC. If working group want to make e-CISG, it is important not to hesitate and take a significant amount of time.

기업의 투명성과 사회적 책임이 강조되면서, 비즈니스 보고(Business Reporting)에 특화된 XML 언어인 XBRL(extensible Business Reporting Language)의 활용도가 크게 증가하고 있다. XBRL은 기업보고 문서의 구성요소들(개념들과 이들의 구조체들)을 XSD (XML Schema Definition)로 정의한다는 점에서 기업간 전자문서 표준화와 기본적으로 동일하다. 그러나, 개념들의 유형이 특정하게 한정되어 있고, 이들 개념들을 연결하고 부가 정보를 제공하기 위한 다양한 관계 유형을 정의한다는 점에서 근본적인 차이가 있다. XBRL응용이 활성화되면서 국가적인 수준에서의 표준화와 함께 체계적으로 구성요소들을 재활용해야 할 필요성이 증대되고 있으나, 이러한 근본적 차이로 인해서 표준화와 재활용에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이 논문에서는 UN/CEFACT의 핵심 컴포넌트 방법론을 적용하여 XBRL문서의 표준화 및 재활용이 가능하도록 하기 위하여, 문제점을 분석하고 대안을 제시한다.

본 연구는 의료정보 분야 산업체에서 요구하는 현장 실무 전문인력을 양성하기 위한 교육과정 개발을 위해 졸업생들이 취업하고 있는 의료정보 분야 산업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수행되었다. 설문조사는 의료정보 분야 산업체에서 요구하는 졸업생에 대한 기대정도, 직무수행능력, 교육과정에 대해 자기평가 기입식 방법을 활용하였으며, 직종업종직위별로 상관분석, 빈도분석, 회귀분석을 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 의료정보 분야 산업체에서는 대학이 전공에 대한 전문지식 보다는 개인의 인성교육에 대한 기대가 컸으며, 현장실습교육과정을 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 대학에서 추진하고 있는 취업률 향상을 위한 교육과정 개편에 본 연구결과가 긍정적으로 반영될 것으로 기대한다.
