Recognizing plant species based on leaf images is challenging because of the large inter-class variation and inter-class similarities among different plant species. The effective extraction of leaf descriptors constitutes the most important problem in plant leaf recognition. In this paper, a multi-scale angular description method is proposed for fast and accurate leaf recognition and retrieval tasks. The proposed method uses a novel scale-generation rule to develop an angular description of leaf contours. It is parameter-free and can capture leaf features from coarse to fine at multiple scales. A fast Fourier transform is used to make the descriptor compact and is effective in matching samples. Both support vector machine and k-nearest neighbors are used to classify leaves. Leaf recognition and retrieval experiments were conducted on three challenging datasets, namely Swedish leaf, Flavia leaf, and ImageCLEF2012 leaf. The results are evaluated with the widely used standard metrics and compared with several state-of-the-art methods. The results and comparisons show that the proposed method not only requires a low computational time, but also achieves good recognition and retrieval accuracies on challenging datasets.

EPCglobal 네트워크란 EPC(Electronic Product Code)와 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 기술을 바탕으로 제품에 식별번호를 부여하고 정보를 저장할 수 있는 공간을 네트워크로 연동하여 공급자, 수요자, 소비가 제품에 관련된 정보를 알 수 있게 해주는 시스템을 말한다. 또한 EPCglobal 네트워크 아키텍처 프레임워크(EPCglobal network architecture framework)는 EPC를 사용하여 공급과 유통망 강화라는 업체간의 공동 목표를 위한 서비스하는 것이다. EPCglobal 네트워크 아키텍처 중 EPCIS(EPC Information System) 수집 애플리케이션, EPCIS 접근 애플리케이션에서 이벤트 정의 시 공통적인 의사소통을 위한 표준 어휘 정의가 필수적이며, 그 어휘 종류에는 표준 어휘(standard vocabulary)와 사용자어휘(user vocabulary)가 있다. 이 논문은 이 가운데 EPCglobal 네트워크 아키텍처의 표준 어휘 정의에 초점을 두고, 사용자 어휘는 부분적으로 정의하고자 한다. 따라서 이 논문은 EPCglobal 네트워크 프레임 아키텍처의 이벤트 정의 시 사용될 표준 어휘를 제안하고, XML 구현을 통해 실제 사용 가능한 환경을 제공할 것이다.

본 논문에서는 기존 결제서비스에서 모바일 결제서비스로의 전환의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 한다. 2요인 이론(Two-factor theory)을 기반으로 전환을 가능하게 하는 요인과 전환을 억제하는 요인으로 구분하였으며, 기대된 전환혜택과 기대된 전환비용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 한다. 또한 전환혜택과 전환비용을 매개로 전환의도에 미치는 영향까지 확인하고자 한다. 스마트폰과 신용카드 또는 체크카드 사용자를 대상으로 조사를 실시하였고, 연구가설에 대한 유의성을 검증하기 위해서 구조방정식 모형을 사용하여 Smart PLS 3.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 세 개의 가설이 기각되었으며, 총 4개의 가설이 채택되었다. 본 연구는 모바일 결제서비스에 대한 수용의도를 연구한 기존연구들과는 다르게 기존 서비스에서 새로운 정보기술이나 서비스로의 전환의도에 관해 연구하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Korean logistics industry have been focused on transportation business. However, with the expansion of the electronic commerce and on-line shopping, delivery service is now dramatically growing. Despite the expansion of logistics market, the domestic logistics industry have significant structural problems such as low productivity comparing with the advanced countries, relatively high cost and shortage of human resources and lack of professionalism of people in the industry. Logistics companies reallocate employees, use subcontractors, expand consignment and training the employees to overcome the labor shortages but it has some limits. In recognition of the importance of labor in the logistics industry, financial support and investment have increased. Logistics companies tend to hire consultants, set up logistics department or R&D center in order to establish highly productive logistics process and system so it is viewed that there will be considerable demands of human resources in the logistics industry. This study indicates implications and development direction of human resources in the logistics industry by looking into prospect and characteristic of the industry, employment status, training programs and qualification requirements.

많은 기업에서 부정행위나 절차가 만연하고 있다. 하지만, 직원들은 방어적 또는 반응적 보복을 당할까 두려워 불법적인 행위들을 고발하지 않고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 부정행위를 신고할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 설계는 기업현장에서 정보시스템을 사용함에 있어서 발생하는 부정적 절차에 대해 효과적인데, 이 부정절차 신고는 신고처리, 신고방법, 저장매체 등과도 연관을 가지고 있다. 우리는 시스템과 신고자의 관점에서 부정절차 신고에 관한 전체적인 구조를 설계하고, 추가적인 신고 세부방법에 대한 설계를 덧붙이고자 한다.

The information systems of the Korea Postal Service are developed not for integration based on strategic purposes but for improvement of low-level business processes within each functional unit. Hence. the as-is level of the information systems is very insufficient for information integrity, and also shows substantial gaps. when compared to recent advances in information envconment such as internet, electronic govemment and so on in this study we suggest the design of the integrated platform to achieve integrity of postal service and banking servive. After briefly addressing the issues on information systems of the Korea Postal Service. we provide the framework of the integrated platform and action plan. We believe when this framework is put into use. It can contribute to competitive performance by giving the integrity and consistency in implementing infomation systems of the Korea Postal Service.

Combined nano- and micro-wires (CNMWs) Si arrays were prepared using PR patterning and silver-assisted electroless etching. A $POCl_3$ doping process was applied to the fabrication of CNMWs solar cells. KOH solution was used to remove bundles in CNMWs and the etching time was varied from 30 to 240 s. The lowest reflectance of 3.83% was obtained at KOH etching time of 30 s, but the highest carrier lifetime of $354{\mu}s$ was observed after the doping process at 60 s. At the same etching time, a $V_{oc}$ of 574 mV, $J_{sc}$ of $28.41mA/cm^2$, FF of 74.4%, and Eff. of 12.2% were achieved in the CNMWs solar cell. CNMWs solar cells have potential for higher efficiency by improving the post-process and surface-rear side structure.

Entrepreneurship has become an important topic for governments to shape and influence the quantity and quality of entrepreneurship and improve policy toward the entrepreneurial economy. This study investigates the factors affecting the entrepreneurial decision of nascent entrepreneurs belonging to Generation Y in Vietnam. A mixed-method including both qualitative and quantitative methodologies was utilized. A focus group was carried out with 11 participants for exploring, reviewing, and testing content validity of constructs and measurement items. The conceptual model and hypotheses were developed using data collected by a questionnaire survey. The cross-sectional survey method was applied. A sample of 221 respondents was constituted, by both electronic and paper surveys with non-probability and convenience sampling techniques. SmartPLS 3 software was employed to analyze the data collected. The results show that nine factors were affecting the entrepreneurial decision of nascent entrepreneurs belonging to Generation Y in Vietnam, including entrepreneurial education, family background, entrepreneurial ecosystem, perceived behavioral control, social valuation, perceived opportunity, attitude, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention. The findings show the importance of entrepreneurial education, social value, and ecosystems. Therefore, in order to promote successful entrepreneurship, it is necessary to strengthen entrepreneurship education and have a strategy for the improvement of the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

This study investigates the factors affecting Industry 4.0 adoption in the curriculum of university students in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Universities need to respond to the changing faces of Industry 4.0 and, hence, Education 4.0. A mixed method including both qualitative and quantitative methodologies was utilized. An in-depth interview was carried out for exploring, reviewing, and testing content validity of constructs and measurement items. The pilot study was conducted with 120 respondents. The conceptual model and hypotheses were developed using data collected by a questionnaire survey distributed to 584 respondents by both electronic and paper forms with non-probability and convenience sampling techniques. The result of structural equation modeling showed that occupation relevance, skills, facility conditions, and social influence impacted on the intermediates variables, namely, relevance advantage, perceived usefulness, behavioral intention-to-use, and actual use. The independent variables are occupation relevance, skills, facility conditions, and social influence. They impact actual use through mediating constructs such as relevance advantage, perceived usefulness, and behavioral intention-to-use. The findings suggest that universities and students' efforts aimed at increasing the factors' perceptions of adoption of Industry 4.0 will contribute to implementation success, where success is defined as effectual usage of Industry 4.0.

The management strategies of each company has been changed fundamentally owing to the emergence of digital economics by using internet. Therefore the efficient management of global e-port causes the main issues not only effect the survival and growth of ports but also exert new opportunities and fatal threats on them. Under the circumstances of these change, the Kwangyang port have to introduce e-biz for the purpose of increasing the level of their competition. The focus of this article is to suggest some strategies on the implementation of Kwangyang Global e-port in Korea. To analyse the e-port realities, I first reviewed the trends of e-marketing and e-biz. I chose and analysed website of four ports like Hongkong, Singapore, Antwerp and Hamburg as successful global e-port models. This article is focused to suggest the theoretical background by analysing the strategic points of Kwangyang global e-port which are divided in 6C: Contents, Communities, Connection, Commerce, Communication and Customization. This paper analyses many problems of Gwangyang port and presents various develpment ways to activate Gwangyang port. In order to be a global e-port, first of all Gwangyang port must improve global web-site by 6C. And also Gwangyang port have to constitute logistics hub site, create infrastructure needed to run electronic business more easily over the internet, establish nationwide network of industries, build up marine and port logistics information system.
