The Korean electric power supply plan was prepared by greatly enhancing the environmental and safety with considering the economical efficiency of the electric equipment, the impact on the environment and the public safety. As a result, the fossil energy-based power generation sector is accelerating the paradigm shift to eco-friendly energy such as solar power and wind. Also the solar power industry is expected to grow into a super large-sized industry by converging the energy storage and electric vehicle industry. Generally, a levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) is used to calculate the power generation cost for different generation power generation efficiency, operating cost, and life span. In this paper, we have studied the future research and development direction of photovoltaic technology development for the era of massive utilization of photovoltaic solar power, and have studied the LCOE of major countries including China, USA, Germany, Japan and Korea. Finally we have reviewed USA and Japan research programs to reduce the LCOE.

Rural spaces are increasingly valuable as areas for introducing renewable energy infrastructure to achieve carbon neutrality. Rural areas are the living grounds of rural residents, and the balance of conservation and development for rural areas is important for the introduction of reasonable facilities. In order to maintain a balance between development and preservation and to introduce reasonable renewable energy facilities, it is necessary to develop a current status survey and an effective survey method to utilize a space capable of introducing renewable energy facilities such as idle land and vacant houses. Therefore, this study was conducted to verify the readability using an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the main results are as follows. The detection of photovoltaic power generation facilities using unmanned aerial vehicles was effective in analyzing the location and area of photovoltaic panels located on the roofs of buildings, and it was possible to calculate the expected power generation by region through the area calculation of photovoltaic panels. The vacant house detection can be used to select an investigation target for an vacant house condition survey as it can identify damage to buildings that are expected to be empty houses, management status, and electricity supply facilities through aerial photos. It is judged that the unmanned aerial vehicle detection capability can be utilized as a method to improve the efficiency of investigation and supplement the data related to solar power generation facilities and vacant houses provided by public institutions. Although this study detected the status of solar power generation facilities and vacant houses through high-resolution aerial image analysis, as a follow-up study, automatic measurement methods using the temperature difference of solar power generation facilities and general characteristics of vacant houses that can be read from the air were investigated. If the deriving research is carried out, it is judged that it will be possible to contribute to the improvement of the accuracy of the detection result using the unmanned aerial vehicle and the expansion of the application range.

This paper proposes the application of harmonic constraints to address the problems caused by abnormal voltage increases when electric railway vehicles are running. The AC line that supplies the train with power during operation is used to provide electricity of 25kV/60 Hz, but gradually the size and frequency of harmonics involved in the line are varied with the technological evolution of the railroad vehicle electrical equipment. An increase in heat losses due to the failure of the instrument transformer (PT), the main circuit device, which is a serious problem with the recent train safety operation, or to the main displacement voltage. When high frequency components are introduced through low frequency Transformers of the main circuit device, the high intensity of the components is caused by the high intensity of the core and the current flow of the parasitic core is increased, thus generating heat. To solve this problem, the recent adjustment of the sequence has applied artificial NOTCH OFF of the power converter. However, the method of receiving and controlling the OFF signal operates by interaction between the ground and the vehicle's devices, thus it is invalid in the event of failure, and an actual accident is occurring. Therefore, the harmonic currents were required to prevent possible flow of harmonics, and conducted a study to prevent accidental occurrence of train accidents and to verify feasibility of the device through the simulations of the train's experimental analysis and the simulations of the train for safe operation.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the impact of unmanned aerial vehicle service and how to activate it. The discussion on the impact of the introduction of the unmanned aerial vehicle service was examined in terms of economic, environmental, and social acceptance, and a plan to revitalize the industry was presented. In terms of economic impact, if transportation services are increased using unmanned aerial vehicles in the future, road-based transportation cargo may decrease and road movement speed may increase due to reduced road congestion. This can have a positive effect on the increase in the value of land or real estate assets, and it also provides an impact on smart city design. In terms of environmental impact, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) generally move through electricity, so they emit less exhaust gas compared to other existing devices, such as vehicles and railroads, and thus have less environmental impact. However, noise can have a negative impact on the habitat in the presence of wild animals along their migration routes. In terms of social acceptability of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) technology, areas that are declining due to the emergence of new services may appear, and at the same time, organizations that create profits may appear, causing conflicts between industries. Therefore, it is essential to form a social consensus on the acceptance of emerging industries. The government should come up with various countermeasures to minimize the negative impact that reflects the characteristics of the unmanned aerial vehicle use service. Just as various systems such as road signs were introduced so that vehicles can be operated on the ground to secure air routes in the mid- to long-term for revitalization of unmanned-based industries, development and establishment of services that should be introduced and applied prior to constructing air routes I need this. In addition, the design and implementation of information collection and operation plans for unmanned air traffic management in Korea and a plan to secure a control system for each region should also be made. This study can contribute to providing ideas for mid- to long-term research on new areas with the development of the unmanned aerial vehicle industry.
The aim of this study was to improve the performance of hybrid energy harvesting block merge the vibrations and the pressure developed in the previous study. The power generation performance of the energy block improved in this manner was measured and compared with the energy performance of the products previously developed. In previous models, the center has placed a piezoelectric, the two sides had arranged a vibration applying electromagnetic inducing type. Improved model was disposed three in a row of three unit modules for one block. We change the design in the following way. That is, a unit module has been placed the upper piezoelectric body, the lower portion were arranged three electron donation. In laboratory conditions, the power generation performance evaluation results of the improved energy block is as follows. Once when the vibration, power generation was determined to 1.066W. When compared with previous studies, and power generation performance is improved up to 235%. When the vibration in a row 5, power generation was determined to 1.830W. When compared with previous studies, the performance is improved to 177%. The purpose of developing a hybrid energy block is intended to produce electricity by the pressure and vibration when a vehicle passes through the energy block installed in the car park the mouth portion. Electricity produced will try to take advantage of for the purpose of operating a guiding beacon and LED signage in the parking lot entrance. Therefore, it is determined that there is a need in the experiment to compare the performance of the power generation in the field.

In the case of urban railway facilities, the power supply should be maintained for the safe movement of passengers in communication facilities, disaster prevention facilities and boarding area security because of the confusion when power supply is cut off due to the nature of public transportation. In addition, considering that the number of trains is running on the urban railway line, it is necessary to operate at least 30 minutes for the bus stop and at least 1 hour for the communication and disaster prevention facilities. Therefore, it is essential to supply emergency power source to maintain stable operation of induction lamp and smoke exhaust system because main power is cut off in order to prevent further spread due to fire in case of the history of urban railway section or vehicle fires. Recently, UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply) function to prevent power outage in emergency, emergency power generation combined with ESS function which saves electricity at nighttime price time, A hybrid power storage system with a UPS function.

The construction of medium-and large-sized microgrid systems by unit area, which is being promoted worldwide, is being developed and expanded in the form of efficient operation of electric grids and independent operation in preparation for power emergencies. Therefore, for the development of the domestic electricity industry, it is urgent to analyze the current status and technology of relevant international standardization, and to make international standardization of domestic standard (draft) on the matters that need to be enacted and newly established. Campus microgrid implements smart grid element technologies such as Integrated Energy Management System(EMS), Distributed Power(DG), Energy Storage System(ESS), Demand Response(DR), and Electric Vehicle(EV) in a university campus. As a system that reduces energy use and improves energy use efficiency and energy independence, standardization is established to secure interoperability and reliability of such systems.
In this study, the flow analysis due to the car body configuration of air breather was carried out. As the resistance force whose flow affects car body has been studied, it is published that the electricity can be decreased. When the inner pressure of air breather is evaluated, there is the study of efficiency in order to raise the flow rate of inner body. At a total of five models, it is shown that the air resistance and pressure happen differently and the air pressure of side flow is changed. This study result was analyzed by using the analysis program of ANSYS, a study model was modelled using the CATIA V5 modelling program. It was investigated that the air flow rate was distributed uniformly as the curved surface of air breather configuration increases. It is thought as the most effective design method to design the air breather by considering the effect on the air resistance and flow. Also, through the design of the vehicle's airbrid configuration, the design of the product can incorporate a aesthetic sense into the design.
Many electronic devices are powered by various rechargeable batteries such as lithium-ion recently, and occasionally the batteries undergo thermal runaway and cause fire, explosion, and other hazards. If a battery fire should occur in an electronic device of vehicle and aircraft cabin, it is important to quickly extinguish the fire and cool the batteries to minimize safety risks. Attempts to minimize these risks have been carried out by many researchers but the results have been still unsatisfied. Because most rechargeable batteries are operated on the ion state during charge and discharge of electricity and the combustion of ion state has big difference with normal combustion. Here we focused on the effect of ions including an electron during combustion process. The effects of an ionized fuel on the flame stability and the combustion products were experimentally investigated in the propane jet diffusion flames. The burner used in this experiment consisted of 7.5 mm diameter tube for fuel and the propane was ionized with th ionizer (SUNJE, SPN-11). The results show that toe overall flame stability and shape such as flame length has no significant difference even in the higher ion concentration. However the fuel ionization affects to the pollutant emissions such as NOx and soot. NOx and CO emissions measured in post flame region decreased by fuel ionization, especially high fuel velocity, i.e. high ion density. TGA analysis and morphology of soot by TEM indicates that the fuel ionization makes soot to be matured.

There has been intense research on self-diagnosis systems in railway applications, since stability and reliability have become more and more significant issues. Wired sensors have been widely used in the railway vehicles, but because of the difficulty in their maintenance and accessibility, they ar not considered for self-diagnosis systems. To have a self-monitoring system, wireless data transmission and self-powered sensors are required. For this purpose, a thermoelectric energy harvesting module that can generate electricity from temperature gradient between the bogie axle box and ambient environment was introduced in this work. The temperature gradient was measured under actual operation conditions, and the behavior of the thermoelectric module with an external load resistance and booster circuits was studied. The proposed energy harvesting system can be applied for wireless sensor nodes in railroad vehicles with optimization of thermal management.
