건설현장의 추락재해 감소방안을 위한 연구 - 2개층 이하 높이 추락재해 감소 방안 (A Study for Decrease Accident from Falls at the Construction Sites - Focused on Under 2nd Floor)

  • 추락, 감전, 전도, 충돌, 화재, 신체절단 등 건설현장에서 발생하는 재해는 다양하다. 그 중에서 가장 많이 발생하는 재해는 추락이다. 그러므로 건설현장에서 건설재해를 줄이기 위한 첫 번째 단계는 추락재해를 줄이는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 이미 추락재해 감소를 위한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있지만, 최근 추락재해의 증가 추세를 볼 때 이러한 연구는 구체적이지 못하다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 추락재해 감소방안의 방향을 구체적으로 제시하고자 최근 07년 1월부터 08년 6월까지의 건설현장 추락재해의 원인들을 파악하였다. 이를 바탕으로 추락재해의 핵심요인을 파악하였으며 이러한 접근방법을 통하여 파악된 핵심요인을 집중적으로 관리함으로써 추락재해를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 나아가 전체 건설재해의 감소에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

LightGBM을 이용한 수력 펌프 유량 추정의 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Estimation Flow-rate of Venturi Pump Using LightGBM)

  • In disaster situations, to facilitate rapid drainage, electric underwater pumps are installed manually. This poses a high risk of electric shock accidents due to a short circuit, and a lot of time is required for hose connection and installation of electrical devices. To solve these problems, a Venturi pump using the venturi effect without external power is used. However, Venturi pumps that operate without external power make it difficult to install flow sensors such as electric devices; consequently, it is difficult to check the real-time flow rate. This paper proposes a flow estimation logic to replace the function of the flow sensor for the venturi pump . To develop the flow estimation logic, the flow characteristics of the venturi pump, according to the operating conditions, were checked. After that, the relationship with the flow rate of the venturi pump was defined using a pressure sensor corresponding to a low-cost sensor. Finally, an analysis of the estimation error was performed using the developed flow estimation logic.

옥외용 LED 조명의 전기화재 및 감전 위험성 평가에 대한 실험적 고찰 (Experimental Studies on the Risk Assessment of Electrical Fire and Shock of LED Lighting for Outdoor)

  • 본 논문에서 옥외용 LED 조명의 전기화재 및 감전 위험성 평가에 대하여 연구하였다. 옥외용 LED 조명관련 법 규정에 대하여 검토하였으며, LED 조명의 외형과 구조에 대하여 분석하였다. 또한, LED 조명에 대한 주수실험, DC 전로의 선간 단락, 손상된 피복의 선간 절연파괴, 과전압 유입, 건전상 및 수중에서의 DC 전로의 누전 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과로부터, LED 조명에서의 이상 조건에 의한 전기화재나 감전사고의 위험성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 전기안전을 위한 보호장치와 절연형 컨버터의 사용이 요구된다. 본 연구결과는 LED 조명의 전기안전 확보를 위한 제 규정의 개선과 전기사고의 조사에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

추락위험 방지용 보호구로서 안전모 규정에 관한 고찰 (A Survey on Regulations of Safety Helmet for Preventing Fall Hazard)

  • The Occupational Safety and Health Act holds that industrial safety helmets can be used as protective equipment to prevent the risk of injury in fall accidents. To better understand the importance given to PPE for the head, we analyzed the relevant regulations and guidelines in developed countries and reviewed the guidelines on testing safety helmets. The PPE regulations in Korea were notably different from those in other countries. First, except in Korea and Japan, safety helmets were used for protection against falling objects, flying objects, impact, or electric shock. However, the regulations did not recognize safety helmets as a PPE against fall hazards. Second, the impact energy applied on the helmet was within the range 50-100 J, and the helmet could protect only the upper part of the head against hazards such as the impact of falling objects, flying objects, etc. Third, in Korean regulations, the term "fall" was used in relation to the parts where the safety helmet was specified as a fall hazard PPE, unlike in other countries. We propose that the term "fall" should be revised to "shock" in Korean regulations for the safety helmet.

화재진압 시 발생하는 주수 기둥의 저항분석 방법 연구 (A Study on the Method of Resistance Analysis of Water Stream During Fire Supperession)

  • Fire fighters are exposed to the risk of many accidents during fire suppression, especially near the high voltage circuit. In order to prevent and analyze the electric shock accidents, measurement of water resistance is crucial. However, this has been one of the overlooked research areas and it has been very difficult to measure the mixed up resistance components separately. In this paper, we measured a total resistance of apparatus and regarded it as a serial resistance of contact resistance and length dependant resistance. Measuring the resistance by varying the length of water stream, the variable resistance and fixed contact resistance appear, which are used to calculate the both components of resistances. In addition, the resistance of fire hose can be calculated from the parallel circuit which is formed by grounding the fire hose with the resistance of water stream. Results show that we can successfully measure the resistance per unit length of water stream and fire hose, thereby proving that this method is a facile way to measure water and fire hose resistance. However, many experiments are still required to obtain the precise contact resistance of ground under various condition and the resistance between the human body and fire hose.

  • 본 논문에서는 국내 설치된 보안등의 현장 운용실태를 조사하고 문제점을 검토하였다. 보안등은 기능상 국민의 야간 안전을 담당하는 설비로서 옥외에 설치되므로 자연적 요소로 인한 경년열화나 불특정다수인에 의한 훼손 등과 같은 고장원인을 항상 내포하고 있었다. 실제로 보안등과 관련된 크고 작은 인명사고가 매년 반복적으로, 또한 유사하게 발생해 왔음에도 불구하고 이를 위한 제도적 차원의 근본대책이 마련되지 않은 채 방치되다시피 관리되어 왔다. 본 연구는 보안등에 대한 최근의 운용실태를 조사하고 안전상의 문제점을 도출함으로써 국내의 보안등 유지 관리가 대체적으로 미흡하여 일반인이 안전사고 가능성에 항상 노출되어 있다는 경각심의 고취를 목적으로 하였으며, 현장답사 및 실무자, 업체관계자, 지방자치단체 내 보안등 업무담당자들과의 검토 연구를 통해 몇 가지 방안을 도출하였다.

  • In this paper, we studied on the potential characteristics of human-body contacted the charging part. A charging part of electrical facilities and the earth are simulated by the e1ectrode pole and conductive rubber plates respectively. As the results of these follows, when the potential distribution of the human-body contacted the charging part is far from the electrode pole, a lot of currents flow through the human-body. Besides human-body non-contacted the charging part is affected by step voltage. Therefore, we could find out the causes of the electric shock accidents and be expected to the data for minimization of human error occurred the workspace.

  • The standard of living has been getting higher by reason of industrialization and economic growth. It makes people have more cultural desire(wants). Because of reasons mentioned above, a number of entertainment place and performance with high-tech is increased. This has been brought also increasing a number of electrical accident such as electrical shock, electrical fires and accidents of electrical facilities. This paper suggests technical, operational and special precautions of actual electric main line systems in entertainment places and is also written on the purpose of being applied with related provisions to designing electrical facilities, construction, check-up and inspection and maintenance for preventing further electrical disasters in entertainment places.

  • This paper describes the safety condition of power utilities installed on underground premises when flooding occurs. As advance preparations, the statistical data were investigated based on the rainfall trend; the flooding damage; the power utilities installation; the electric shock accidents, and domestic md foreign regulations pertaining to the power utilities installation on underground premises were also compared and analyzed. After the preliminaries, the safety condition of underground power utilities was inspected at site and the results were reflected on considering countermeasures. Based on the further studies, the regulations closely related to the underground power utilities installation can be modified.

  • In order to investigate the voltage drop compensation effect of AT for domestic railway vehicle base, the parameters of AT voltage drop of railroad car base are Z3 (Impedance of feeder line), Xn ( Distance from railroad vehicle to AT to SS), and Dn (distance between both ATs of railway vehicle).In addition, when installed in a SSP for a railway vehicle base, there is no AT and feeder line in the railway vehicle base except for the SSP for the main line and the SSP for the railway vehicle base, so that if zero or ignored, the AC single-phase two- It can be confirmed that it becomes a form.
