Due to advancement of industrialization, the flue gas from the combustion of industrial factories and various means of transportation have polluted air. Therefore, it is necessary to develop new techniques of air purification. In order to produce a more effective reactor, simulation were conducted using the Flux-II D program. The condition of the simulation were as follows: The height of the plate electrode was 0 mm or 2 mm higher than that of the wire electrode. The distance between the electrodes was 12 mm, and the diameter of the wire electrode was 0.5 mm or 1.0 mm. The results of the electric potential and electric field simulations show that pollutants will be more effectively removed due to the dielectric strength between wire electrode and plate electrode which was strong, and wire electrodes which were concentrated in a high electric field.
If a pollutant invade at liguid and gas, it will be use ozone in order to remove or sterilize. Ozone excessively supply in order to receive satisfactory efficiency. If excessive ozone leave like that, second-problem will be occur. This study used high heater in order to treat occurred ozone. ; the results were as follow : 1. As initial ozone os supplied with $1.789{\;}g/m^3$ : For the 40, 50, 60, 70(V) of electric potential $O_3$ removal efficiency was treated 34.41, 73.78, 98.60, 98.97%(time of operation ; after 5min.). 2. As initial ozone is supplied with $3.645{\;}g/m^3$ : For the 40, 50, 60, 70(V) of electric potential, $O_3$ removal efficiency was treated 1.78, 69.27, 99.18, 98.68%(time of operation ; after 5min.). 3. As initial ozone is supplied with $4.759{\;}g/m^3$ : For the 50, 60, 70(V) of electric potential, $O_3$ removal efficiency was treated 61.29, 99.29, 99.18%(Time of operation ; after 5min.). 4. Used electric power is 15.38, 24.00, 35.29, 46.15(w/hr) at the 40, 50, 60, 70(V) of the electric potential. 5. Regarding electric power and $O_3$ removal efficiency, Used electric pote-ntial economized at 60(V).

We measured potential waveform of load, displacement, micro electric signal generated by rock and mortar fracture using PXI A/D Converter. The rock type used for measurement was used granite, limestone and sandstone, and mortar specimen. we made measuring equipment of physical properties to confirm basic information of physical properties, measured physical properties of rock engineering, electric resistivity and seismic velocity. Potential waveform system was built using PXI A/D Converter and measured potential waveform of load, displacement, micro-electric signal generated using this during uniaxial compressive test by the specimen finished such test of physical properties. Using the saturated rock and mortar specimen, micro electric signal increased, and It didn't increase a signal in dried rock and mortar specimen according as load and strain rate increases. But signal also increased in saturated or dried specimen in case of sandstone. It was possible to check the close correlation relationship the signal and fracture behavior by a compressive load as the signal of fracture position was increased bigger than the other position. It was also possible to check the correlation relationship between physical properties and micro geo-electric signal.
We followed and extended the algorithm originally made by Das (1995) to calculate the electric potential and field induced by electric current in arbitrary anisotropic layered structure. We confirmed all the theoretical contents and coded the corresponding program to acquire the electric potential and field. Further we extended to forward estimation of apparent resistivity to be attained by electrical resistivity survey on anisotropic layered structure with differing the electrode spacing and azimuth of anisotropy. The effects of anisotropy were reviewed by considering some examples.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate how consumers perceive electric vehicles and factors that affect attitude, satisfaction, and intention to use electric vehicles and to explore policy issues regarding climate change and global environment. By classifying actual and potential users, this study developed the following research questions: i) factors including economic feasibility, sociality, environmental sustainability, inefficiency, inconvenience, convenience, and uncertainty affect attitude to electric vehicles; ii) attitude to electric vehicles affects actual consumers' satisfaction; and iii) attitude to electric vehicles affects potential users' intention to use. Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted an online survey and applied factor and regression analyses and ANOVA to test hypotheses. Results: The results of this study found that economic feasibility and convenience factors significantly affect attitude in both cases of actual and potential users. How actual users perceive efficiency of electric vehicles negatively and uncertain issues such as battery technology affect attitude to electric vehicles. Conclusions: This study provides policy implications that foster promotional policies for the adoption of electric vehicles for environment and regulate negative aspects. This study also provides managerial implications for manufacturers to develop better technology competences to enhance reliability on electric vehicles.

Laser stimulation has been widely studied and used in clinic. However, electrical response by laser stimulation on meridians has not been investigated. In this study, we compared electric potential of laser and acupuncture stimulation on meridians. We measured electric potential variation at acupoints(Samgan(LI3) and Hapgok(LI4)) on Large Intestine Meridian. In laser stimulation results, average peak electric potential is very low($7.53{\pm}3.44{\mu}V$) for before and after stimulation. However, acupuncture stimulation was performed in ground connection condition and resulted in huge variation of average peak electric potential($2.65{\pm}1.53mV$). That is, the intensity and pattern of electric potential were dependent on the ground connection condition and individual. Also, the electric potential pattern was very similar to the pattern of electric charge and discharge of capacitor. The acupuncture stimulation using a insulating needle resulted in lower average peak electric potential variation($0.25{\pm}0.16mV$) than that of acupuncture stimulation. It might present little electrical response of acupuncture stimulation using insulating needles. In point of electrical response, the laser stimulation was determined to be no acupuncture effect at meridian. Acupuncture stimulation seems to be most effective method to induce electrical response at meridians. The procedure and effect of acupuncture might be considered as energy consensus phenomenon by transportation of bio-ion charge between a practitioner and patient.

We studied the effects or electric potential in ST37(+) and ST39(-) generated by various the manual art stimulus or acupuncture at ST36. And compared with data on the change of electric potential from hand of performer acupuncture therapy. Electric potential induced via acupuncture from performer may be important factor that is the initiation of electric potential changes in meridian and meridian point of being performer. The results for various manual art stimulus in acupuncture therapy was that four type of electro-wave observed. That is the capacitance currents type, sign wave type, triangle wave type and circle type triangle wave. And the change of electric potential ransfer from performer acupuncture therapy in stable electro-circle condition, were capacitance currents type. So we suggested that capacitance currents stimulus in electronic view may be important factor in acupuncture therapy between performer acupuncture therapy and being performer acupuncture therapy.
