전기분전반용 블록형 부스 바의 구조 설계 연구 (The Structural Design of the Bus-bar block type of electrical switch boards)

  • 전기 분 배전반의 내부 회로 인 부스 바는 충전부의 노출로 인해 전기 사고의 원인이 되며 이로 인한 감전 사고와 단락 사고가 발생된다. 또한 동물 및 이물질 침투로 인한 전기 화재 사고가 발생되는 원인이 되기도 한다. 또한 확장이 불가능한 구조로 무리하게 연결하여 사용하므로 접촉 저항 증가 발생으로 과열 사고를 유발시키기도 하며, 절단과 절곡 등의 제조 공정상의 어려움을 가지고 있기 때문에 주문생산방식을 택할 수밖에 없는 현실이며, 긴급전기 사고 발생시 복구하는데 지연되는 원인이 되기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 분 배전반의 모선을 절단하여 개별 블록으로 절연 난연 케이스와 격벽 구조화로 안전성을 높여 모듈 블록화 하였으며, 확장성과 유연성을 구현하였으며, 쉽게 확장이 가능한 구조이며, 또한 쉽게 분 배전반을 조립할 수 있다는 것이며, 이와 같이 전기적 위험 요소를 제거한 전기 분 배전반의 내부 구조는 블록형 부스 바 구조를 가지고 메인차단기와 분기차단기간의 회로 형성 구현 방식의 분 배전반를 제안하고 공인시험기관의 시험을 통해 그 유용성을 입증 하였다.

다층 PCB에서의 $BaTiO_3$ 세라믹 Embedded capacitors (Composite $BaTiO_3$ Embedded capacitors in Multilayer Printed Circuit Board)

  • Embedded capacitor technology is one of the effective packing technologies for further miniaturization and higher performance of electric packaging system. In this paper, the embedded capacitors were simulated and fabricated in 8-layered printed circuit board employing standard PCB processes. The composites of barium titanante($BaTiO_3$) powder and epoxy resin were employed for the dielectric materials in embedded capacitors. Theoretical considerations regarding the embedded capacitors have been paid to understand the frequency dependent impedance behavior. Frequency dependent impedance of simulated and fabricated embedded capacitors was investigated. Fabricated embedded capacitors have lower self resonance frequency values than that of the simulated embedded capacitors due to the increased parasitic inductance values. Frequency dependent capacitances of fabricated embedded capacitors were well matched with those of simulated embedded capacitors from the 100MHz to 10GHz range. Quality factor of 20 was observed and simulated at 2GHz range in the 10 pF embedded capacitors. Temperature dependent capacitance of fabricated embedded capacitors was presented.

Design and simulation of a rectangular planar printed circuit board coil for nuclear magnetic resonance, radio frequency energy harvesting, and wireless power transfer devices

  • In this study, a planar printed circuit board (PCB) coil with FR4 substrate was designed and simulated using the finite element method, and the results were analyzed in the frequency domain. This coil can be used in wireless power transfer (WPT) as a transmitter or receiver, eliminating wires. It can also be used as the receiver in radio frequency energy-harvesting (RF-EH) systems by optimizing the planar PCB coil to convert radio-wave energy into electricity, and it can be employed as an excitation (transmitter) or receiver coil in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. This PCB coil can replace the conventional coil, yielding a reduced occupied volume, a fine-tuned design, reduced weight, and increased efficiency. Based on the calculated gain, power, and electromagnetic and electric field results, this planar PCB coil can be implemented in WPT, NMR spectroscopy, and RF-EH devices with minor changes. In applications such as NMR spectroscopy, it can be used as a transceiver planar PCB coil. In this design, at frequencies of 915 MHz and 40 MHz with 5 mm between coils, we received powers of 287.3 μW and 480 μW, respectively, which are suitable for an NMR coil or RF-EH system.

  • According to 2014 fire statistical yearbook in the National Fire Data System, a main cause of fire is electrical fire except carelessness fire. Joint/contact badness is the one of the main cause of electrical fire. Furthermore, power relays which are used in electric panel board, motor control center and automation controller, are main element of automation system in the industry field. Overload, voltage unbalance and open-phase due to joint/contact badness of terminal make electric accidents or electrical fires. In order to prevent joint/contact badness of terminal, this paper proposes a sensing circuit of chattering, tracking, arc current, voltage unbalance and open-phase etc. Some experimental tests of the proposed apparatus confirm practicality and validity of the theoretical results.

플러그인 하이브리드 및 전기 자동차 고압배터리 전압 측정 방법 (An Approach for High Voltage Battery Voltage Sensing of Plug-In Hybrids and Battery Electric Vehicle)

  • This paper proposes an approach for measuring voltage of high voltage(HV) battery of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV) and battery electric vehicle(BEV). The proposed methods use isolation resistor and isolation amplifier in order to measure high voltage which should be electrically separated from measuring circuit. In terms of practical applications their advantages and disadvantage are discussed and key design points are addressed by simulations. More importantly, the proposed methods are applicable to various applications such as on-board charger, inverter and battery management system (BMS) which are directly connected to HV battery in PHEV and BEV.

은 나노입자 프린팅 기반의 재활치료용 신축성 관절센서 개발 (Development of Stretchable Joint Motion Sensor for Rehabilitation based on Silver Nanoparticle Direct Printing)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop a stretchable joint motion sensor that is based on silver nano-particle. Through this sensor, it can be utilized as an equipment for rehabilitation and analyze joint movement. Method: In this study, precursor solution was created, after that, nozel printer (Musashi, Image master 350PC) was used to print on a circuit board. Sourcemeter (Keithley, Keithley-2450) was used in order to evaluate changes of electric resistance as the sensor stretches. In addition, the sensor was attached on center of a knee joint to 2 male adults, and performed knee flexion-extension in order to evaluate accurate analysis; 3 infrared cameras (100 Hz, Motion Master 100, Visol Inc., Korea) were also used to analyze three dimensional movement. Descriptive statistics were suggested for comparing each accuracy of measurement variables of joint motions with the sensor and 3D motions. Results: The change of electric resistance of the sensor indicated multiple of 30 times from initial value in 50% of elongation and the value of electric resistance were distinctively classified by following 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% of elongation respectively. Through using the sensor and 3D camera to analyze movement variable, it showed a resistance of 99% in a knee joint extension, whereas, it indicated about 80% in flexion phase. Conclusion: In this research, the stretchable joint motion sensor was created based on silver nanoparticle that has high conductivity. If the sensor stretches, the distance between nanoparticles recede which lead gradual disconnection of an electric circuit and to have increment of electric resistance. Through evaluating angle of knee joints with observation of sensor's electric resistance, it showed similar a result and propensity from 3D motion analysis. However, unstable electric resistance of the stretchable sensor was observed when it stretches to maximum length, or went through numerous joint movements. Therefore, the sensor need complement that requires stability when it comes to measuring motions in any condition.

  • 본 논문에서는 철도의 운영효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 무선통신에 기반을 둔 열차제어기술에 대해 연구하였다. 현재 국내에서 사용되고 있는 신호시스템은 궤도회로 기반의 열차제어시스템으로서 열차의 이동성과 안정성을 고려하여 사용한 기술이다. 최근의 세계적 추세는 열차간격을 고밀도로 제어하기 위해 새로운 패러다임으로 떠오르고 있는 무선통신기반 열차제어시스템이다. 국내에서도 이에 대한 기술 확보가 요구되며, 이에 따른 무선통신기반 열차제어시스템의 연구개발을 추진하였다. 본 논문에서는 열차제어시스템의 구성 중 핵심적인 요소인 차상제어장치를 개발하였고, 이를 수도권 광역전철중의 하나인 분당선의 전동차에 설치하여 시험한 결과를 설명하고 있다.

  • 본 논문은 새로운 역률보상회로를 적용한 플러그인 하이브리드 전기 자동차 탑재형 완속 충전기(On-Board Charger, OBC)를 제안한다. 제안하는 완속 충전기용 역률보상회로 (Power Factor Correction, PFC)는 기존의 부스트 컨버터를 기본으로 하는 역률보상회로와 동일한 개수의 회로 부품과 입 출력전압 관계를 가진다. 회로 구조상 전파 정류된 DC 전압을 저장하는 입력 커패시터와 입력 인덕터의 에너지가 저장되는 출력 커패시터가 직렬 결합되어 DC-link 전압을 형성하므로 출력 커패시터의 동작전압(Working voltage)을 낮출 수 있어 단가절감이 가능하다. 제안된 역률보상 회로를 적용한 플러그인 하이브리드 전기 자동차 탑재형 완속 충전기에 대한 동작 특성을 해석하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 타당성을 검증한다.

표면 가공형 캐비티 압력센서를 이용하여 비전도성 물질용 패키지 기술에 전기적 제어방식 연구 (The Electric Control Method on the Packaging Technology for Non-Conductive Materials Using the Surface Processing Cavity Pressure Sensor)

  • In this study, a pressure sensor for each displacement was fabricated based on the silicon-based pressure sensor obtained through simulation results. Wires were bonded to the pressure sensor, and a piezoresistive pressure sensor was inserted into the printed circuit board (PCB) base by directly connecting a micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) sensor and a readout integrated circuit (ROIC) for signal processing. In addition, to prevent exposure, a non-conductive liquid silicone was injected into the sensor and the entire ROIC using a pipette. The packaging proceeded to block from the outside. Performing such packaging, comparing simple contact with strong contact, and confirming that the measured pulse wavelength appears accurately.

  • 본 연구에서는 먼저 낙하 충격을 받는 전자 제품을 수학적인 모델링을 행하 므로서 낙하 충격시 제품이 받게되는 충격력을 정량화하였고, 전자 제품내 많은 부품들의 낙하충격에 대한 동특성해석의 일환으로 핵심 부품인 PCB(printed circuit board)를 해석하였다. PCB 해석을 위하여 유한요소법을 사용하였고, PCB에 작용하는 half-sine pulse의 속도 변화에 다른 가속도 응 답 및 최대 충격가속도, 주기의 변화에 다른 PCB의 가속도 응답을 해석하였 다. 제시된 해석 기법은 낙하충격에 대비한 적절한 electric component의 layout및 최적의 PCB 취부조건등의 결정을 가능케 함으로써, 설계단계에서 낙하 충격을 고려한 PCB설계가 될 수 있도록 그 활용 방안을 제시하였고 반복된 낙하충격 실험을 줄일 수 있으므로 경비 절감 및 개발 소요기간도 절감할 수 있다.
