전기자동차 배터리 트레이 내에서의 열전달 해석 (Heat transfer analysis in the battery tray for electirc vehicle)

  • Study of electric vehicle is popular with automobile company. However, battery cooling problem has delayed development of electric vehicle. Lifetime of electric vehicle's battery depends on the cooling effect for the battery tray. One model was simulated by 3-D, steady state, incompressible, k-e turbulent model simulation. It is found that flow inlet, outlet and inlet position are very important design parameters.

자동차용 엔진오일의 열화도 측정 센서연구 (A Study on Deterioration Measurement Sensor in the Automobile Engine Oil)

  • This work is aimed to measure the deterioration in oil sensor. For the study, the circuit of a coil-type oil sensor packaged was developed and applied to the automobile engine for monitoring the deterioration of engine oil in driving conditions. From the principle which the deterioration of automobile engine oil can be expressed to the dielectric constant, the capacitance bridge circuit and the integrator circuit were designed. As results, the range of operating temperature of engine oil was experimentally recommended within $55^{\circ}C$ for the stability of a sensor designed. It was also concluded that the characteristics of output voltage converted from the dielectric constant were linearly distributed and predicted the optimized time for the exchange of engine oil.

  • Various adjustment devices which present automobile uses electric motion motor of reducer built-in type for user's convenience are increasing. The example are seat control motor, sunroof motor, power windows motor etc. To get low noise, high effectiveness special quality in automobile DC motor of reducer built-in type, reducer department's transmission efficiency and noise, vibration quality are very important. The reducer used to DC motor of automobile reducer built-in type use worm gear for enough torque and proper number of rotation. We need optimization design technology of deceleration module including worm gear and housing for reducer development that have special quality of good quality.

  • This research is related with the development of CNC spinning machine. The purpose is to use for developing the practical parts of automobile such as dams, pulley, etc. The machine structure is made by heavy duty frame for the steel products with high strength. The hydraulic servo system is applied for giving the exactness of control. In order to improve the spinnability, the involute curves can be generated in CNC program In the future, this spinning machine is applicable to development of all the parts of industry such as electric parts, automobile parts, aerospace and the military supplies.

중국 3대 경제권 자동차 산업에 대한 연구: 기술학습, 아키텍처, 클러스터를 중심으로 (An Integrative Research on Chinese Automobile Industry in Three Economic Blocs: Focusing on Technological Learning, Architecture, and Cluster Approach)

  • This study investigates the main characteristics of Chinese automobile industry based on the technology learning, architecture theory and cluster. As a case study sample, we chose three most representative automobile firms from three main cities in China, FAW from northern part of China, SAIC from middle part of China, and BYD from southern part of China. According to the research findings, FAW has equipped self-production ability in virtue of political support but felled behind in future transportation due to lack of convergence with local cluster. In case of SAIS, similar phenomenon happened in spite of highest purchasing power of shanghai. BYD has achieved great quantum jump through the aggressive investment strategy in electric vehicle even though there are still many technological learning and experience to be cumulated. Overall, this research extends the current literature on key roles (technological learning, architecture, and cluster features) in the automobile industry growth by suggesting their crucial aspects in knowledge management and strategic planning to a newly emerging market, China, and sheds light on the relationship between regional characteristics and automobile growth.

  • 현재 자동차의 주요 동력원은 내연기관이 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 내연기관 자동차로 인한 환경문제를 해결하기 위한 친환경 자동차로는 하이브리드 자동차, 전기 자동차 및 공기 엔진 자동차 등을 들 수 있다. 배터리를 이용하는 하이브리드 차나 순수 전기차 등도 아직은 크지 않으나 점차 많은 비중을 차지하여 나가고 있다. 전기모터를 사용하는 전기차에 비해 압축공기를 이용하는 공기 엔진 자동차는 아직은 연구개발이 거의 이루어지지 않은 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 스크롤 팽창기를 적용하는 새로운 압축공기 엔진을 소개하고, 이 엔진을 장착한 자동차의 주행거리 가능 거리를 이론적으로 산출하였다.

  • 본 연구는 폭발적으로 성장하고 있는 전기차 산업을 대상으로 한다. 현재 중국은 세계 최대의 전기차 생산량을 기록하고 있으며, 다수의 글로벌 기업 및 로컬 기업들이 전기차 산업 전환환경에 조응하여 다양한 활동을 전개하고 있다. 이러한 전환의 원인과 환경적 특성을 분석하기 위해 생산 네트워크의 주요 행위자인 중국정부와 완성차기업, 전후방 연계산업상의 기업들의 활동을 분석했다. 그 결과 중국정부의 전폭적인 지원으로 기존 행위자들의 기능적 변화, 신규 행위자들의 진입 증가 등을 통해 새로운 가치가 동반되는 전기차 산업공간으로의 전환이 나타났다.

차량용 복합 기어열 제어 (Gear Train Control in the Automobile)

  • Gear train in the automobile to be used for controlling gas flow in automobiles consists of spur gears with involute tooth type in multiple stages. This spur gear is designed considering to the high power transfer efficiency, bending stress and contact stress in the static and dynamic analysis. The torque has been increased simultaneously the angular velocity has been decreased through the stages after being supplied by AC synchronous motor. This apparatus is controlled by electrical devices such as the PIC microprocessor, hall sensor and other electric components. By comparing the preset data of PIC microcomputer which is supplied by external DC electric power with the value set of hall sensor which detects the rotation angle position, PIC microcomputer thus controls AC motor and gear train according to the program algorithm which includes the on-off control and PWM motor driving method. As the result of the experiment such as performance, fatigue, torque test, we can conclude that this system is superior to the same and familiar foreign systems.

  • The generator of an automobile supplies electric voltage and current for various electric components. The supplied voltage can be changed by sudden variation of the electric load. The voltage was controlled by independent power supply in the study. The TPS and APS signal was changes as the voltage of the power supply. The ECU output voltage and OBD signal voltage was changed also as the variance of the power supply.
