비신축성 코르셋의 의복압으로 인한 생리적 반응의 변화 (Changes in Physiological Responses by the Pressure of Non-Elastic Corset)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the physiological effects of non-elastic corset on women's health and pain through measuring the clothing pressure, subjective pressure sensation, blood velocity and metabolism. 5 women in their twenties were picked as our subjects, their average size being 85cm at bust girth, 69 cm at waist girth. With the subjects each wearing a corset, we are testing in artificial environment with a treadmill according to the planned exercise procedures. The average pressure of the corset is 0.938 kPa (maximum 3.006 kPa at 45 degree front bowing), which is 10.2 times higher than the control group, averaging from 9.3 times higher at resting, 11.4 times at walking, 11.1 times at running. The effect of corset pressure on the physiological responses of the body is increased more when exercise than when resting. Clothing pressure increased in the order of the postures: sitting > standing with 45 degree bowing > standing. They experienced a high level of tighten discomfort of 5.6 in the scale of 1.0 to 7.0 due to the high pressure of the corset when resting, after intense exercise the level increased to 6.0, while without corset the level increased 1.7 to 2.2. With corset on, the blood circulation did not increase even though when the body exercised and blood flow became unbalanced making great gaps between both at the right and left finger tips. Perspiration of chest and back decreased 37.3% when wearing corset; 27.5% at resting, 56.7% at walking, 25.8% at running, and 39.0% at recovery. With corset on oxygen consume and metabolism increased 9.0%, 7.9%, respectively, which means the corset makes the body uncomfortable. Lung volume exchange VE decreased almost 4.1~7.3% with corset on and $VCO_2/VO_2$, RER and total volume in lung, VT also decreased too, which means the digestion of stomach and lung function are inhibited due to the high corset pressure.

POSS 기반 유-무기 하이브리드 충전제와 폴리아미드계 TPE로 이루어진 나노복합체의 제조 및 특성 (Preparation and Property of POSS-Based Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Filler and Polyamide Thermoplastic Elastomer (PA-TPE)/POSS Nanocomposite)

  • 아민 작용기를 가진 POSS에 toluene diisocyanate(TDI)와 caprolactam(CL)의 반응물을 반응시켜 POSS 기반의 하이브리드 충전제(POSS-(TDI+CL))를 합성하였고 이를 상업용 폴리아미드계 열가소성 탄성체인 PA-TPE에 블렌딩하여 PA-TPE/POSS-(TDI+CL) 복합체를 제조하였다. POSS계 충전제의 화학구조는 FTIR과 $^1H$ NMR을 사용하여 확인하였다. PA-TPE/POSS-(TDI+CL) 복합체는 충전제를 PA-TPE에 7 wt%까지 첨가하여 제조하였고 이들은 순수 PA-TPE와 변성되지 되지 않은 PA-TPE/octaphenyl POSS의 복합체보다 낮은 tension set 값을 보여 탄성회복력이 향상되었다. 또한 하이브리드 충전제의 함량이 증가함에 따라 인장강도와 모듈러스가 증가하였다. 결론적으로 하이브리드 충전제인 POSS-(TDI+CL)는 원래 PA-TPE의 탄성에 나쁜 영향을 미치지 않고도 기계적 물성을 향상시킬 수 있는 적절한 충전제라 볼 수 있다.

CAD 프로그램을 활용한 트리코트 텍스타일 디자인 개발 프로세스 연구 (A Study on Tricot Textile Design Process using Tricot CAD Program)

  • The appearances and geometry structures of knitted fabrics have important effects on their functions as textile fabrics. Structural design of the woven fabric, prior to the manufacturing processes in the weaving mill, often leads to a similar predictable appearance in the final outcome with the corresponding weave design. The increase of the employment of elastic textile yarns in knitting fabrics for comfort stretch or outdoor sports wear knit products has, however, resulted in difficulties in predicting the final appearance of the knit structure design. Due to the stretchability and exceptional recovery behavior of the elastic yarns such as polyurethane elastomeric yarns, the appearance of the final product often differs from the initial knit design. At textile CAD program for preparing tricot knit designs has been employed in this study to predict the two dimensional appearance of the design. The similarities between the designs and corresponding knit products seem to be acceptable for the two-dimensional textile CAD program in this study. However, when elastomeric yarns are partially employed in the polyester filament tricot product, a considerable amount of departure from the design is apparent due to the constriction and/or deformation of property differences in the elastomeric yarns and polyester filament yarns. Therefore, another purpose of this study is to measure the departure of the final tricot product from the initial tricot design, especially in the case employing elastomeric yarns in the knit structure together with regular polyester filament yarns. For measuring the three-dimensional departure, a 3D scanning system has been used for the mesh reconstruction of the fabric specimen. Hopefully, the result from this study will be used as a guide to modify and improve the current textile CAD program proposed for the two-dimensional simulation of the tricot.

기계적 가공과 무전해 선택적 증착기술을 이용한 나노/마이크로 금속패턴 제작에 관한 연구 (A Study on Nano/Micro Pattern Fabrication of Metals by Using Mechanical Machining and Selective Deposition Technique)

  • This study was performed as a part of the research on the development of a maskless and electroless process for fabricating metal micro/nanostructures by using a nanoindenter and an electroless deposition technique. $2-{\mu}m$-deep indentation tests on Ni and Cu samples were performed. The elastic recovery of the Ni and Cu was 9.30% and 9.53% of the maximum penetration depth, respectively. The hardness and the elastic modulus were 1.56 GPa and 120 GPa for Ni and 1.51 GPa and 104 GPa for Cu. The effect of single-point diamond machining conditions such as the Berkovich tip orientation (0, 45, and $90^{\circ}$ ) and the normal load (0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 1, 3, and 5 mN), on both the deformation behavior and the morphology of cutting traces (such as width and depth) was investigated by constant-load scratch tests. The tip orientation had a significant influence on the coefficient of friction, which varied from 0.52-0.66 for Ni and from 0.46- 0.61 for Cu. The crisscross-pattern sample showed that the tip orientation strongly affects the surface quality of the machined are a during scratching. A selective deposition of Cu at the pit-like defect on a p-type Si(111) surface was also investigated. Preferential deposition of the Cu occurred at the surface defect sites of silicon wafers, indicating that those defect sites act as active sites for the deposition reaction. The shape of the Cu-deposited area was almost the same as that of the residual stress field.

Effect of Muscle Taping and Joint Taping on Static and Dynamic Balance in Normal Adults with Chronic Ankle Instability

  • Purpose : This study was conducted to investigate the effect of muscle taping and joint taping on static and dynamic balance in normal adults with chronic ankle instability. Methods : The subjects of this study were 32 people who met the inclusion criteria. This cross-sectional study was conducted using the Kinesio tape, an elastic tape, was used. Subjects were randomized to exclude the effect of sequence, and no taping, joint taping, and muscle taping were applied as taping interventions. One-leg standing test and a Functional reach test were conducted to measure static balance, and Y-balance test was conducted to measure dynamic balance. One way repeated ANOVA was performed to investigate the difference in balance ability according to the taping intervention. If there was a significant difference, a post-hoc was performed using the Bonferroni method. Results : In the case of static balance, joint taping showed more significant results than did no taping and muscle taping (p<.05), and muscle taping showed more significant results than did no taping (p<.05). In the case of dynamic balance, muscle taping showed significantly larger results than did no taping and joint taping (p<.05) and joint taping showed significantly larger results than did no taping (p<.05). Conclusion : This study found that mechanical stimulation of muscles and joint compression by elastic taping increased ankle stability and improved static and dynamic balance. In particular, for static balance, joint taping was more effective than muscle taping, and for dynamic balance, muscle taping was more effective than joint taping. Applying the appropriate taping method to individual subjects has the advantage of maximizing the therapeutic effect for the recovery of balance ability. Similarly, the application of various tapings to subjects with ankle instability will have a positive effect on functional improvement.

시간-온도 중첩이론을 적용한 아스팔트 바인더의 점소성 구성 모형 (A Viscoplastic Constitutive Model Based on Overstress Concept with Time-Temperature Superposition Principle)

  • PURPOSES: Suggestion of asphalt binder constitutive model based on time-temperature superposition principle and overstress concept in order to describe behavior of asphalt binders. METHODS: A series of temperature sweep tests and multiple stress creep and recovery(MSCR) tests are performed to verify the applicability of time-temperature superposition principle(t-Ts) and to develop viscoelastoplastic constitutive equation based on overstress concept. For the tests, temperature sweep tests at various high temperature and various frequency and MSCR test at $58^{\circ}C$, $64^{\circ}C$ $70^{\circ}C$, $76^{\circ}C$, and $82^{\circ}C$ are performed. From the temperature sweep tests, dynamic shear modulus mastercurve and time-temperature shift function are built and the shift function and MSCR at $58^{\circ}C$ are utilized to determine model coefficients of VBO model. RESULTS: It is observed that the time-temperature shift function built at low strain level of 0.1% is applicable not only to 1.0% strain level temperature sweep test but also maximum 500,00% strain level of MSCR test. As well, the modified VBO model shows perfect prediction on MSCR measured strain at the other temperatures. CONCLUSIONS: The Time-temperature superposition principle stands hold from very low strain level to very high strain level and that the modified VBO model can be applicable for various range of strain and temperature region to predict elastic, viscoelastic, and viscoplastic strain of asphalt binders.

내진 구조용 압축재로 활용을 위한 폴리케톤의 특성 평가 (Properties Evaluation of Polyketone for Use as Earthquake-Resistant Structural Compression Material)

  • 본 연구는 현재 내진 구조 분야에서 압축부재로 사용되고 있는 폴리우레탄의 한계를 극복하기 위해 폴리케톤이라는 신소재 제안을 목적으로 한다. 기존 폴리우레탄은 우수한 탄성 특성을 지녔음에도 불구하고 구조물에 발생하는 변위를 회복하기에는 부족한 경향이 있다. 반면, 폴리케톤은 뛰어난 강도 성능을 보유함과 동시에 친환경 소재로 주목받고 있다. 이러한 장점을 가진 폴리케톤의 압축특성 평가를 위하여 기존에 사용되고 있던 폴리우레탄과의 비교실험을 진행하고자 한다. 단순압축실험과 반복 하중 조건에서의 실험 속도 변화를 통해 폴리케톤의 속도 의존성을 파악하고, 추가적으로 선행압축을 적용하여 압축거동 특성을 확인하였다. 폴리케톤은 폴리우레탄에 비하여 약 10배가량 높은 압축강도를 나타내었으며 비교적 작은 변위에서는 14배가량 높은 변형 회복능력으로 폴리케톤의 우수한 회복특성을 입증하였다.

  • 본고는 어구스틴 잘조사(Agustin Zarosa)의 2013년 저작, 『영화와 텔레비전 멜로드라마 재고하기: 사로잡힌 정동, 탄력적 고통, 대리적 대상』(Refiguring Melodrama in Film and Television: Captive Affects, Elastic Sufferings, Vicarious Objects)을 통해, 기존의 멜로드라마의 핵심 개념들로 다루어져 왔던 모드, 정동, 고통(히스테리아), 과잉에 대한 논의들을 계보학적으로 다시 논의하며, 동시대 새로운 화두로 떠오른, 정동이론과 환경, 동물등과 포스트 휴머니즘 담론이 어떻게 멜로드라마 개념에 접목될 수 있는 지 논한다. 1장에서는, 모드를, 선과 악이 한 쌍이 되는 매커니즘 안에서, 사회 전체를 가로지르는 고통의 시각성을 재분배하는 장치로서의 멜로드라마의 개념으로 넓히며, 선과 악의 구별을 증명하기 위한 수단으로써 고통을 드러내는 멜로드라마의 모드에 대한 브룩스의 논의를 반박한다. 2장은 들뢰즈식 형이상학의 관점으로부터 멜로드라마가 의미의 체계라기보다는 '특정화'(sepcification)의 탄력적 시스템임을 논한다. <언덕위의 집>(빈센트 미넬리)의 분석을 통해, 신체들간의 조우를 통해 생성된 정동과 -의미가 아닌-정동이 흐르는 장소로써의 미장센에 주목한다. 3장은 브룩스의 붕괴된 도덕적 질서를 회복시키는 멜로드라마의 역할에 대한 논의에 반대하며, 멜로드라마는 미해결로 남아 있는 (여성) 고통에 대한 인지 혹은 시각화를 위해 존재한다고 강조한다. <세이프>(토드 헤인즈)는 환경으로 인한 여성 고통을 다루면서 기존의 여성 히스테리와 멜로드라마라는 논의에 생태비평주의적 관점을 더한다. 나머지 두 챕터들은 동물과 포스트휴먼 멜로드라마를 논의함으로써, 인간의 명제를 제한하고 확장하는 데 있어서의 멜로드라마의 역할을 연구한다. 희생과 과잉이라는 멜로드라마의 명제가 어떻게 -인간중심적인-인간과 비인간의 경계를 흐리게 하는 지 분석한다. 잘조사는 피터 브룩스의 논의에서 도출된 모드, 정동, 고통의 개념들을 일부분 받아들이면서도, 각각 들뢰즈주의, 페미니즘, 포스트휴머니즘(캐리 울프, 아키라 리핏)의 논의들을 부가하며, 브룩스의 정전화된 멜로드라마의 개념에 도전하고 있다.

Velvet직물의 역학적 특성과 태(태) (A Study on the Mechanical Properties and Handle of Velvet Fabrics)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine and to evaluate the properties of pile materials to produce velvet fabrics which have excellent handle. In order to perform this purpose, the mechanical properties, hand value (H.V.), total hand value (T.H.V.), total appearance value (T.A.V.) of acetate, cuprammonium rayon, cotton materials for velvet as the typical commercial Pile fabric were measured and analyzed by KES-F system. The important results obtained by this study are as follows. 1 For acetate pile, elogational deformation was easy and bending rigidity of weft was high and elastic recovery was excellent compared with the other materials. 2. Cuprammonium rayon velvet was shown that pile bending rigidity and hysterisis were low. Cotton velvet was shown that compressional energy was high and compressinal elasticity was exellent. 3. In the case that specimens were applied by men's winter suit program, H.V was shown that Koshi of acetate velvet was similar to that of cotton. Numeri of cuprammonium rayon velvet was higher than the others and Fukurami values for all of the three fabrics were similar. 4. But in case that specimens were applied by women's winter suit program Koshi of cuprammonium rayon velvet was lower. But Numeri of that was higher than the others and Fukurami for all of the three fabrics were similar and Sofutosa of cotton velvet was lower than the others. T.H.V. of the acetate velvet was the highest in men's winter suit program while cuprammonium rayon velvet was the highest in women's winter suit program T.A.V. of acetate velvet was highest.

밀리부품 성형 정밀도 향상을 위한 다단계 미세성형 해석 (Multi-stage forming analysis of milli component for improvement of forming accuracy)

  • Globally, the various machine components, as in electronics and communications, are demanded to being high-performance and micro-scale with abrupt development of the fields of computers, mobile communications. As this current tendency, production of the parts that must have high accuracy, so called milli-structure, are accomplished by the method of top-down, differently as in the techniques of MEMS, NANO. But, in the case of milli-structure, production procedure is highly costs, difficult and demands more accurate dimension than the conservative forming, processing technique. In this paper, forming analysis of the micro-former as the milli-structure are performed and then calculate the punch force etc. This information calculated is applied to decide the forming capacity of micro-former and design the process of forming stage, dimension of dies in another forming bodies. And, for the better precise forming analysis, elasto-plastic analysis is to be performed, then the consideration about effect of elastic recovery when punch and die are unloaded, have to be discussed in change of dimensions.
