A certificate is important media for the purpose of offering user-authentication service on PKI system. In the paper we analyzed management implement which could make the efficient use of a certificate. This implement called ClientCA will make efficient use of the service about user-authentication consisting of the basis in the age of information through efficient management and partial use of each certificates. Especially, ClientCA could be used efficiently by grafting a small group of PKI system which is operated with particular purposes.

Certificate security oriented cyber certificate is important tool for the purpose of offering user-authentication service based on on-line system. In the paper, we analyzed management implement which could make the efficient use of certificate security oriented cyber terror response. This algorithm called SOL(Security Oriented Language) will make efficient use of the service about authentication consisting of the basis in the age of information through efficient management and partial use of each certificates. Especially, SOL could be used efficiently by grafting a small group of on-line system which is operated with particular purposes.

Yongsan river 4th agricultural comprehensive development project is being developed in order to strengthen the competitiveness in the southwest sea-side district, to construct the area for the special product and so on. Different from other development project, this project is to use water from its watershed by means of using regulating reservoirs, small reservoirs and farm ponds. but the number or regulating reservoirs, small reservoirs and farm ponds involved in this project are 7, 147 and 13 respectively. So it is necessary to develope the irrigation water management system for the purpose of efficient water use in Yougsan river fourth district. In this study, the irrigation water management system was developed and by using this system. efficient water using plans could be established.

This paper proposes the cost analysis on the energy efficient equipment when this equipment is participated in the demand-side bidding. Conventional demand-side bidding is exercised through load re-distribution. However if this load reduction is exercised by the use of high efficient equipment, its effect will be assumed to be more economical. This paper analyses this cost-benefit effect of high efficient equipment in the demand-side bidding.

To take the re-use of software, we need to study the efficient integration method of source programs. When the source programs are merged, it is required the steps of verification for any non-interference on non-identical parts of them. The traditional techniques of the program integration verify non-interference of source programs through the simple comparison of statements of source programs. We propose the efficient integration method using data flow analysis in the programs. A study comparing test results from the traditional method and the proposed method has found that the proposed method is more efficient than the traditional method.

A number of illustrated floras are generally used when we want to idenufy a name of a certain tree. This method, however, has not been efficient because it has taken a great deal of time and effort for persons who do not have much knowledge on the group of the plant. In contrast to this method, the use of taxonomical keys is very efficient for finding out the group of a certain plant. But this method Is very dirtficult for non-specialists to understand the taxonomical ternunology and thus has not been of general use. In thins context, this study was conducted to present the efficient way of the group of a certain tree through the computer database by using the brief forms of plant organs. The database consists of effect fields such as form of trunk and evergreen or deciduous, types of leaf and leaf arrangement, existence of price and hair on twig, form of leaf margin, leaf form and venation, existence of hair on leaf surface and petiole, length of leaf and petiole. The 222 species of tree used for landscape architecture were sorted by items of the eight fields. As a result, the 222 species were divided into 185 groups and the one group contains 7species, 2 groups contain 3 species, 27 groups contain 2 species and 155 groups contain only one species. Therefore it is suggested that the use of computer database and illustrated floras is very easy and efficient in identifying a tree.

It is a common situation to limit entrance to the multi-use buildings for efficient control and prevention of the spread of COVID-19. This study chiefly aims to find out efficient methods to establish evacuation plans when temporary changes of the building circulation system occurs. If architectural design were done with the pre-consideration for the changes of building circulation systems, through the analysis of multi-use buildings, it is expected to we can prevent the spread of disasters when they happen. This study is geared to establish efficient evacuation plan for the temporary circulation plan when disaster happen, through the analysis of multi-use buildings for architectural planning as well as the human behavioral patterns.

This paper presents the reasonable method for electric power management through efficient use of electricity. With a rapid of national economics and living standard, electrical energy consumption markedly increased. Especially it is increased electrical energy consumption in commercial buildings and thus an energy conservation through efficient use of electricity became more important.

In this paper, an efficient data compression algorithm for binary image is proposed. This algorithm makes use of the fact that boundaries contain all the information about such images. The compression efficiency is then further increased by efficient coding of Boundary Information Matrix. The comparison of performance with modified Huffman coding was made by a computer simulation with some images. The results of simulation showed that the proposed algorithm was more efficient than modified Huffman code.
