행정정보공동이용제도의 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Enhancing Information Sharing in the Public Sector: An Empirical Study)

  • 행정정보공동이용은 정부의 효율성과 국민의 편의를 제고하기 위하여 매우 중요한 제도 중 하나이다. 그러나 행정 정보공동이용은 부처 간 이견조정기능 미흡, 관련 법률의 정비 필요성 등 다양한 비판에 직면하고 있어 이의 해결이 시급한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 지난 2005년부터 시행된 행정정보공동이용제도를 평가하고, 문제점을 개선하기 위한 정책대안을 제시하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 담당 공무원, 교수, 일반기업 직원, 연구기관 연구위원 등 전문가들을 대상으로 설문 및 인터뷰조사를 실시하였다. 연구조사는 문헌분석, 정부사업분석, 전문가회의 등을 통하여 개발되었으며, 연구분석틀과 일치하도록 조직, 기술, 문화, 관리, 정책, 법률 등 여섯 가지 측면으로 구성되었다. 연구 결과 추진체계의 조직구조상 단점 극복, 공유추진단의 자체 데이터베이스 구축, 정보유통방식의 혁신, 관련 문화의 개선, 대상정보 및 이용기관의 지속적인 확대, 활용도가 많은 정보에 대한 제공의무 신설, 행정정보공동이용법의 재추진 등이 필요한 것으로 밝혀져 이와 관련된 정책대안을 제시하였다.

간호단위문화와 간호업무수행, 직무만족 및 이직의도와의 관계 (A Study on Nursing Unit Culture, Efficiency on Nursing Performance, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • The purpose of this descriptive, correlational study was to identify, describe the patterns of nursing unit culture, nursing performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention in the hospital setting, and to analyze the relationships between nursing unit culture, nursing performance, job satisfaction and turnover intention among the characteristic of the subjects The subject consisted of 223 nurses who were employed in medical & surgical units of 3 different University hospitals in Seoul. Data collection was done in November, 1996 by means of questionnaire. The instruments used for this study were the questionnaire based on the Nursing unit cultural assessment tool developed by Coeling(1993), Nursing performance scale used by Yoon(1991), Job satisfaction scale developed by Slavitt, et al.(1978) and Turnover intention scale used by Lee(1995). The data were analyzed by percentage distribution. Pearson correlation coefficient and ANOVA. The summarized results were as follows: 1. There was significant differences in the nursing unit culture between individual cultural behavior and group cultural behavior. 2. There was positive correlation between nursing unit culture, nursing performance and job satisfaction. 3. There was negative correlation between nursing unit culture and turnover intention. 4. There was significant difference in nursing performance efficiency according to the age, educational level, professional carrier in the nursing unit, in the hospital. 5. There was significant difference in turnover intention according to the age, educational level. According to these results, the following implications can be made ; 1. It needs to study on the nursing unit culture in other size hospitals and compare them to these results. 2. It is necessary to assess nursing unit culture and endeaveor good climate for the nursing organizational outcomes and prepare the training course of leadership of nurse manager. 3. In nursing administration, there should be an emphasis on assessment of staff nurses' cultural behavior in case of nurses' orientation, allocation, recruitment, continuning education, so that staff nurses' performance and job satisfaction will be increased and trunover intention will be decreased.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 eSCM 실행요인과 성과에 관한 연구 -패션상품 공급업체를 중심으로- (A Study on the Factor and Performance of e-Supply Chain Management for Internet Fashion Shopping Malls)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the implementation and the performance of the eSCM in internet shopping malls, and to suggest collaborated strategy for internet shopping malls. We performed the surveys of suppliers for 3 fashion-specialized internet shopping malls and 3 general internet shopping mall. Additional surveys was performed by surveying the shopping mall merchandisers to research the differences of understandings on the performance of the eSCM between shopping malls and their suppliers. Total 143 questionnaries were distributed and collected from January 23 to February 28, 2006 and analyzed by SPSS 10.0. The results are as follows; 1) the efficiency of eSCM is related the factors of partnership and information, and among the subordinated factors the understanding and support of the top management, good communications, product and operating information sharing were find out to be significant. 2) The effectiveness of eSCM is influenced by the organizational and partnership factor. As the subordinated factors, the understanding and supports of the top management, the participations of members, good communications, good relationship and supports, and the technology level of eSCM were identified as significant. 3) Examining the differences of understandings on the performance of eSCM between the suppliers and the shopping mall merchandisers, the suppliers and the merchandisers show different opinions on the operating efficiency, and the customer service.

  • 거푸집 공사는 부실공사의 예방 및 인력절감과 저비용 고효율의 공사관리 차원에서 공법개선이 요구되고 있으며, 자재 및 공법 채용과정에서 경제성과 합리화를 꾀하는 일은 전체 공사에 큰 영향을 미친다. 공사 효율성 제고를 위한 합판계 유로폼의 대체공법과 거푸집 폐자재의 재생기술, 고기능성 거푸집, 친환경을 고려한 재생 가능한 거푸집 등 경제, 시공, 안전측면에서의 효과적인 거푸집 개발 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 구조체 공사 공기를 단축하고, 인력투입을 최소화하여 원가를 절감시키고, 조립 해체 과정에서 작업의 생산성과 안전성이 확보된 사출성형방식의 합성수지계 재생유로폼 공법을 개발하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 1차적으로 제반 요구성능 및 필요기술에 대하여 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 개발기술의 타당성 검토와 기존 거푸집 및 선행기술과의 비교 분석을 실시하고, 성능 평가를 실시하였다.

조계종 총무원 보존기록물 정리방법에 대한 사례연구 (A Case Study on Arranging Archives of Administrative Headquarters of the Jogye Order)

  • This paper reports the project of arranging archives of Administrative Headquarters of the Jogye Order. It illustrates the whole process of preliminary survey, arrangement, appraisal and description of the archives. One of the distinctive features of the project lies in its focus on practical considerations. In other words, it has avoided blindly following theoretical recommendations made by previous efforts. First step of the project has been to review the current state of the archives through preliminary survey as well as analysis of related regulations. Second step has followed to establish actual process of classifying, appraising, describing, filing and designing storage facility management as well as a computerized archival management system. In this process, every concern has been given to prevent records and archives from physical damage and to ensure their intellectual order kept so that archival information could be re-constructed and usability and efficiency of the records could be secured. Major contributions made by the project can be found in that it has reviewed the volume of administrative archives created and held by Jogye Order and improved the overall efficiency of as well as information sharing among personnel at the Headquarter. The most notable accomplishment could be, however, found in that the project has helped the personnel to rediscover their own history from their records, rather than from their memory. From the theoretical perspective of archival science, the meaning of the project can also be found in that it has provided with the starting point toward establishing organizing methodology for organizational archives including religious archives. Arranging archives of an organization requires archivists to respect theories and principles, but at the same time, adequate attention should be paid to reflect idiosyncratic characteristics of the organization. General methods applicable to a wider range of archives could be derived from the very endeavor. Though impossible in a short period of time, it could be accomplished by accumulating theoretical and practical knowledge and experience.

  • As an exploratory attempt, this study examines the patterns of global R&D activities of industrial firms, focusing on the management of overseas R&D centers in terms of their location, primary missions, management style, organizational structure and communication and global human resource management system Based on a review of existing studies mainly undertaken in advanced countries and cases of foreign MNCs, several hypothetical relationships are postulated : 1) There appears a strong relationship between the purpose and location of R&D activities : 2) Different levels of global management and technological capability lead to different types of overseas R&D organizations : 3) The relationship between autonomy of overseas R&D organizations and their R&D performance will be moderated by organization size, development time pressure, and a need for internal efficiency : 4) Frequent communication between the headquarter and overseas R&D organizations will increase R&D performance 5) Mutual exchange of R&D professionals between the headquarter and overseas R&D organizations will be positively related with R&B performance. In addiction, this study explores the current state of global R&D activities of selective firms in Korea, based on ie-depth interviews, and analyzes the sources of problems in their global R&D management. Finally, theoretical and managerial implications of this study are discussed and future research directions are proposed.

창의적 업무지원을 위한 공용공간 활성화 현황조사에 관한 연구 (The Research on the Present Situation for Supporting Creative Work by Revitalization of Common Space)

  • Recently, the definition of work space contains so many meanings. Basically, this means space where handling various information and developing numerous creative activities. Moreover, the work space is important not only for individual itself but also organizational development. This research is studied for suggesting revitalization of advanced work efficiency, deriving motivation as well as creative operation support for harmonious communication. In order to make the better creative work places, "concentration and motivating interests between members of organization", "Necessity of environment for development and operational progress of work", "improvement and creativity of work and importance of the physical environment" and "harmonious communication and development of advanced community" should be considered. This research arranged based on ALCEMIS model and used actual examples on each step for better understanding of creative work spaces. 새로운 기업 환경에 요구되는 성과측정 방안 (A Study of Performance Measurement under New Environment of Firms)

  • 기업의 경영환경은 급속히 변화하고 있으며 특히, 새로운 경영패러다임으로 가치중심의 경영사고는 급속히 그 중요성을 인정받고 있다. 이러한 경영환경의 변화에 대한 신경영기법의 활용에는 원가/관리회계정보가 기초적 역할을 수행하고 있는데, 과거 지향적인 정보보다는 실시간적이면서 동시에 미래지향적인 정보를 제공해야만 경영의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 이러한 실시간적 정보와 미래 지향적인 정보의 중요성을 인식하면서 조직을 가치창출 중심적인 방향으로 움직이게 하기 위해서는 조직내 구성원 및 조직의 성과평가가 중요한 문제로 대두될 수 있다. 그러나 과거와 같이 전통적인 성과측정치로 재무적 측정치를 사용하면 조직의 유효성을 증진시키는데 한계가 있을 뿐만 아니라 가치창조를 저해시킬 소지도 있다. 따라서 앞으로 조직을 가치 지향적이 되게 하기 위해서는 조직의 구성원 및 조직단위의 성과를 측정할 때, 재무적인 측정치와 비재무적인 측정치의 균형있는 사용을 강조하는 Balanced Scorecards개념을 도입하는 것이 바람직할 것이다.

항공기 조종사의 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact on Turnover Intension by Job Stress of Airline Pilots)

  • 본 연구는 일반 조직과는 상이한 환경에서 근무하는 국내 항공기 조종사들을 대상으로 그들의 직무스트레스 요인이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석함으로써 효과적인 이직관리와 조종사와 승객의 안전 및 그들의 조종업무효율을 높이기 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과 조종사의 직무스트레스인 경우, 조직관련 스트레스와 보수관련 스트레스가 이직의도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 하여 조종사의 경우 임무 및 상황적 특수성에 의한 직무환경 스트레스와 이직의도를 예방하고 관리하여 업무효율을 높이고 나아가 개인의 삶에 건강한 삶에 도움이 되는 기초 자료를 마련하고자 한다.

  • The development of informational technology has lead to a sharp change in not only the existing way of operations and management, but the way of human life or thinking as well. Those shifts of the paradigm in information technology have also affected Individuals to the organizational structure. A series of unexpected problems was, however, accompanied by the advance in informational technology, which had broaden its own area of application. Those problems include the losses of property or data the malfunction of systems and their wastefulness would result in, continuous increases in computer crimes, reliability and efficiency of the functional process with the development of information systems, such as the processing problems of inaccurate data, economical issues, and subjects related to safety, as interruptions of privacy, which would result from lots of one's exposure to the drains of personal information. Accordingly, Auditors' roles of information systems, for now, is more important than anything else in that they are responsible for the objective assessment of relevance and effectiveness of internal control systems under the environment of information systems. The objective of the study is, so as to obtain safety of information systems: First, to provide data to line-design internal control systems after finding internal control factors to prevent and eliminate the risks of information systems. Second, to evaluate the priorities of internal control factors with their effective management being considered as the key to settle the problems of risks of information systems.
