This paper develops a methodology which can be used to quantify the combat effectiveness of the army C2A system by modifying C2 theory and using Air Defense Engagement Simulation. In this paper, by using Schutzer's C2 theory and Measures of Effectiveness, we modified the MOE formula he designed. Because the combat effectiveness by enhancement of C2(Command and Control) system will increase combat power of individual asset independently. In addition, we developed simulation analysis of air defense scenario by using Air Defense Engagement Simulation. The results show that modified the MOE formula is proper as compared with Air Defense Engagement Simulation method. The combat effectiveness can be obtained as a result of improved probability of detection and information accuracy through real-time information sharing and coordination by C2A system.

Mission effectiveness may be defined as a probability that a system can successfully meet an intended mission demand within a given time when operated under specified conditions. This study deals with the Mission effectiveness of a replenishment ships that is performing several types of missions. The essential attributes and their related factors affecting the replenishment missions are established, and then, a mathematical mission effectiveness model is constructed with a replenishment mission characteristics for a basis. Mission effectiveness for a mission is determined by finding the joint probability measure of the following three attributes : operational readiness of the replenishment ships at the start of a mission ; mission reliability of the replenishment ships ; capability of successfully accomplishing intended objectives given an environmental condition. The model is solved analytically. Operational readiness of the replenishment ships in found by the assumed data. Mission reliability and capability are calculated based on the assumed probability distributions. The model would be a useful tool to evaluate mission effectiveness as it is very a replenishment ships.

Suggesting that endorser fit in print advertising can be subdivided into observable endorser-product fit, unobservable endorser-product fit, and observable endorser-background fit, this study empirically investigates their effects on advertising effectiveness. Undergraduate students participated in the study and evaluated three real advertisements on the items of the fits, the advertising effectiveness, and so on. The advertisements were for a watch, perfume, and women's clothing. Results showed that each of fits had an positive effect on advertising attitude, brand attitude, and purchase intention respectively and the observable endorser-product fit had a more positive effect on such an effectiveness than the unobservable endorser-product fit and the observable endorser-background fit in the majority of cases. It was also found that each of the fits had a tendency to exert relatively greater effects on the advertising effectiveness, especially on the purchase intention, compared to the endorser preference.

In this paper, a simulation model for FLAS(Fixed Linear Arrays System) is presented and methods for effectiveness analysis are studied to analyze the valid target detection effectiveness of this system. The simulation model is constructed taking the FLAS operational specification into account, and thus the change in system specification is effectively reflected on the simulation results. The computational burden is reduced by using the pre-processed simulation parameters which are calculated from the real environmental database. Also, the cell effectiveness and TMOE(Total Measurement of Effectiveness) are computed. The target detection effectiveness of FLAS can be simulated under the multiple target interference simulation. It is shown that the presented algorithm is suitable for the underwater system which needs the simulation model for the optimum system design.
This study has uncovered some important relationships among employees perceptions of distributive justice and procedural justice and organizational effectiveness. The present study attempts, first, to identify the perceived justice in promotion and transfer, performance evaluation, pay raise, job allocation and job fire. Second, to determine the relative importance of distributive justice and procedural justice. relationships of organizational effectiveness. The research is the identification of a modest but significant relationship between the two justice and organizational effectiveness. The result make it clear that employee find that right personnel management of fairness. To summarize the result of three variables's relationship influence is as below. The results indicated that perceptions of procedural justice as much organizational effectiveness than do perceptions of distributive justice. As also predicted, the perception of distributive justice did not impact organizational effectiveness. Therefore, Partially supporting the hypothesis. The research implications of these study suggest that great causality should be this paper' research model in three variables. The result indicate that manager must pay attention to employees perceptions of procedural justice and distributive justice.
In this study, it was observed that hydrogen Productivity varied with stirrer speed, bead radius, input glucose concentration and dilution rate in a continuous stirred tank reactor in which immobilized R. rubrum KS-301 was used as a hydrogen-producing bacterium The mass transfer resistance due to cell immobilization was also studied. In order to estimate an effectiveness factor, Des of glucose was first obtained, which was subsequently represented by the correlation equation between Dos and Xb, As a result external mass transfer resistance could be neglected for stirrer speeds greater than 400rpn With bead radius increasing, the hydrogen productivity and internal effectiveness factor decreased. With input 91ucose concentration increasing, the hydrogen productivity and interval and external effectiveness factor increased. Although an Internal effectiveness factor was not affected, hydrogen productivity Increased with dilution rate increasing. An overall effectiveness factor remained nearly constant for the dilution rates investigate4 but increased with input 91ucose concentration increasing.
The purpose of this study is to investigate between CEO's Entrepreneurship in Venture Business and Organizational Effectiveness. CEO's Entrepreneurship variable consist of Innovativeness, Risk-taking and Proactiveness. Organizational effectiveness concept composed of system approach and the contingency theory and it's variable consisted of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Statistical methods are adapted Frequency, Factor Analysis and CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) of LISREL.8 program. Refined Survey data are 412/Major findings are as follows; Only Proactiveness variable of CEO's entrepreneurship have significant relation to Organizational Effectiveness(job satisfaction and organizational involvement). Innovativeness and Risk taking variables are partially supported to influence to Organizational Effectiveness.
This Paper examines analytic studies of the evaluation system used for evaluating government-supported R&D Institutes (GSRIs), and designs a new model for analyzing the evaluation system's effectiveness. The analytic models in existing studies use the meta evaluation and balanced scorecard (BSC) models. However, theses studies focused on the structure and elements of the evaluation system for examples, the appropriateness of the elements within the evaluation system and the balance of the evaluation index. Accordingly, the effectiveness of the GSRI evaluation system, that is, the evaluation's influence on GSRI performance improvement was not analyzed. This study uses the institution theory and contingency theory perspectives as related to government organization management to develop an analytical model of GSRI evaluation system effectiveness. The new model proposes an analytical approach for improving the effectiveness of the GSRI evaluation system in an institutionalized environment.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of air traffic controller's leadership characteristics and hazardous attitudes on the team effectiveness. The effectiveness make use of team efficacy and team commitment. Leadership characteristics and hazardous attitudes make use of the contents of a CRM manual. The study showed following results. 1) Leadership characteristics has a positive influence on the team effectiveness. 2) Hazardous attitudes has a partially bad influence on the team effectiveness. This study was conducted under the auspice of civil and military ATC facilies and by participation of devoting ATC controller's.
Online education is moving forward with more interactive environments due to the availability of new technologies. In addition, many researches have represented that interaction and high motivation are very critical factors in order to improve students' motivation and teaching effectiveness in online learning and education. Therefore, it is very meaningful for students and educators that motivation and effectiveness are observed by positive expectation and interaction satisfaction in their online counseling courses. For this study, two important instruments are used: Modified Short Forms of Instructional Materials Motivation Survey and Student Evaluation of Online Teaching Effectiveness. Results show that high expected students who are satisfied with interaction indicate higher motivation and evaluation on the online teaching effectiveness than low expected students who are not satisfied with interaction.
