치과위생사들의 직업가치인식이 조직태도에 미치는 영향 (A study on perceived value of work having effect on organizational attitude of dental hygienists)

  • This study has collected 322 clinical dental hygienists working in Daegu and around Daegu, in order to investigate perceived value of work among dental hygienists and extent of organizational attitude and find relationship between these, and we can finds these conclusions as follows; 1. The total average point of perceived value of work is 3.36(5 is a full mark), and we could gain each points as follows; vision realizability 3.53, process efficiency 3.42, product usefulness 3.32, job significance 3.31, social recognition 3.23. 2. The total average point of organizational attitude is 3.13, and job satisfaction, organizational commitment are 3.14, 3.12 respectively. 3. Variables of perceived value of work related job satisfaction are social recognition, vision realizability, process efficiency,(Social recognition is the most effective variable, and next vision realizability, process efficiency are effective in the order named.)($R^2$=.24) and we could find that job satisfaction is proportion to perceived value of work, according to relationship of these variables. Variables of perceived value of work related to organizational commitment are also vision realizability, social recognition, process efficiency,(Vision realizability is the most effective variable, and next social recognition, process efficiency are effective in the order named.)($R^2$=.32) and we could find that organizational commitment is proportion to perceived value of work, according to relationship of these variables. According to these result, perceived value of work and organization attitude(job satisfaction, organizational commitment) of dental hygienists are affirmative. but to make their attitudes be more affirmative, the research about improving perceived value of work is needed. Especially, vision realizability and social satisfaction are very important variables at perceived value of work of dental hygienists.

일 종합병원 입원 환자의 간호서비스 만족도와 간호사의 간호 행위 특성간의 관계 연구 (The Correlational study of Nursing Service Satisfaction and Nurse's Nursing activity Styles)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of nursing service satisfaction and nurse's nursing activity styles in a hospital settings. The subjects of this study were 150 admitted patients in a hospital. The data was collected with Nursing Service Satisfaction Scale developed by Tomas(1996) and modified Nurse's Nursing activity styles Scale developed by Coeling(1993). The results were as follows: 1. The mean score for the level of nursing service satisfaction was 65.00(SD=14.10). The mean score for subcategories of nurse's nursing activity styles were as follow; work difficulties management 9.47(SD=2.02), effective work attitude 23.53(SD=3.14), interpersonal relationship 48.82(SD=6.18), keep regulation 23.24(SD=3.62), professional values 48.28(SD=5.27), and professional development 24.41(SD=3.07). 2. The correlations of nursing service satisfaction and subcategories of nurse's nursing activity styles were revealed a positive significant correlation; work difficulties management(r=0.17, p=0.03), effective work attitude(r=0.44, p=0.00), interpersonal relationship(r=0.51, p=0.00), keep regulation(r=0.44, p=0.00), professional values(r=0.31, p=0.00), professional development(r=0.30, p=0.00). 3. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor of nursing service satisfaction was effective interpersonal relationship. A combination of effective work attitude, work difficulties management account for 38% of the variance in nursing service satisfaction of the patient in a hospital. In conclusion, this study revealed that the effective work attitude, interpersonal relationship, and work difficulties management in nursing activity were important factors to improve the level of nursing service satisfaction.

  • Thermodynamic principles are described with a new point of view. In present study, the interaction between two systems is focused instead of the behavior of a system in conventional thermodynamics. The state change of a system cannot occur by itself but it is the result of the interaction between systems. However, the interaction itself is also the result of another kind of interaction, the interaction between two interactions. To reconstruct thermodynamics with such a point of view, the reversible world is imagined, in which conservations and measurements are discussed. There exists a conserved quantity for each mode of reversible interaction. The conserved transferring quantity in the interaction between interactions is the effective work, which is supposed to be measurable and conserved in reversible world. Effective work is the primary concepts of energy. It is the key factor to explain measurements, energy conservation and energy dissipation. The concepts developed in reversible world are applied to the real world in which irreversible phenomena may occur. Irreversibility is the result of effective energy dissipation, in which effective work irreversibly changes into entropy. A quantitative relation between the disappearing effective work and the generated entropy is dissipation equation which is given by experiments. A special temperature scale to give a very simple type of the dissipation equation is the absolute temperature scale, which gives the conventional conservation of energy.

순환 근무와 오픈 주방 시스템이 직무 만족과 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Shift Work and the Open Kitchen System on Job Satisfaction and Job Stress)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the developmental basic data of a change in shift work types by making a self-administered survey of the effect of commitment by shift work and the open kitchen system on job satisfaction and job stress, and mutual relation between variables on 287 cooks in luxury hotels. Analysis showed that the operation of the shift work system was effective in reducing the internal stress of the cooks, their external stress, or their self-uncertainty on the job, and the business by the open kitchen system was effective in raising self-esteem. In addition, job commitment by shift work and the open kitchen system were effective in promoting the job satisfaction of employees, interpersonal relations, promotion, benefits and wages. Consequently, the decrease of external and internal stress or self-uncertainty and the improvement of job satisfaction can be connected with the increase of productivity or cost reduction. Therefore, the open kitchen system should be properly applied to the shift work system, along with sanitation, safety and the periodic checkup of kitchen.

  • Work related musculoskeletal disorders became a hot issue in Korea since many workers reported musculoskeletal disorder problems. Korean government enacted a law to require companies to take measures to prevent musculoskeletal disorders at work. This study found workers' WMSDs symptoms in squatting work posture which the rate of the occurrence was relatively high among work types to bring about WMSDs in railroad cars maintenance works and analyzed to compare the hazardous jobs in the industrial safety health law in South Korea with the caution jobs in Washington State in U.S. The hazardous jobs in South Korea were more effective in squatting work posture from this study result and this study data will be a great help to plan and carry out an effective prevention program about WMSDs.

사립유치원 원장의 직무스트레스 대처방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Strategies Used to Reduce the Work-Related Stress of Private-Kindergarten Director)

  • This study sought to identify the solutions that private-kindergarten directors use in dealing with their work-related stress. The respondents for this study were 200 kindergarten directors in Busan, Ulsan and Gyoung-Nam province. Surveys were issued and 162 were returned and were subject to statistical analysis. The survey consisted of a total of 45 questions about work-related stress and the strategies used to cope with their work situations. The data collected data were analyzed through the SPSS 12.0 program. As a result of this study, it can be argued that, firstly, in terms of the strategies to reduce work-related stress by directors, it is best to address these issues psychologically, directly and physically. Secondly, through this process, significant differences stemming from the age of directors (p < .01) were observed, while there were no significant differences in terms of educational level and management experience in these statistics. Finally, our results indicated that as a result of confirming the differences among effective plans according to total marks of the level of job stress recognition for privatekindergarten directors, there are meaningful and significant differences in the level of job stress recognition in respect to a physical effective plan (p < .05), a negative plan (p < .01) and a direct effective plan (p < .05).

  • In this study, the effects of Boshimdan, which is used in oriental medicine for the treatment of palpitation, chest discomfort, impatience, insomnia, forgetfulness ete., were tested as a part of series of experimental verification of prescriptions treatments for preventing and curing ischemic heart. The results were as follows: 1. Boshimdan did not effectively work on heart rate of the perfused rat heart. 2. Boshimdan did not effectively work on heart pressure of the perfused rat heart. 3. Boshimdan did not effectively work on flow rate of the perfused rat heart. 4. Boshimdan was not effective in activation of GOT. 5. Boshimdan was not effective in activation of GPT. 6. Boshimdan was not effective in activation of LDH. 7. Boshimdan was not effective in activation of CPK.

Effective moment of inertia for rectangular elastoplastic beams

  • An effective moment of inertia is developed for a rectangular, prismatic elastoplastic beam with elastic, linear-hardening material behavior. The particular solution for a beam with elastic, perfectly plastic material behavior is also presented with applications for beam bending in closed-form. Equations are presented for the direct application of the virtual work method for elastoplastic beams with concentrated and distributed loads. Comparisons are made between the virtual work method deflections and the deflections obtained by using an average effective moment of inertia over two lengths of the beam in the elastoplastic region.

  • The chemical factory deals with dangerous element and more advance, human-error analyzes and becomes effective research for the country and region. This paper analysis the form of work-miss on human-error according to a safety accident for domestic chemical factory from 1999-2002. It include the present contents and raise issues human knowledge, behavior, judgment, sensibility as an important counter plan that makes the safety solution of work miss. For the point of view of human knowledge, it takes color standard for works to be effective in work place. For behavior, the test has been for risk Point of work place and infra worker movement, also the workers performed professional work as classify according to work. For judgement, the valuation sheet is reflected to minimize the human-error and the 3rd supervisor does a cross-check audit beforehand. For sensibility, it is applicable for human relations, information, communication by program to the consciousness and an attitude of worker-supervisor.
