As the near field communication technology's application scope tends to expand gradually in the various fields, application of mobile-based NFC(Near Field Communication) is increasing in the various types of technologies. The method which reads the URL address and supports access to the web site of the address if you touch the NFC device in the tag(RFID) that the URL address is stored was applied to the unmanned security system. It proposed the effective plan to manage mobilization security business in the aspects of Integrity, Damage, Real-Time, and Speed through comparison and verification of the method with the existing unmanned security system.

The semiconductor equipments generate a lot of data traffic via communication channels for the effective manufacturing processes of semiconductors and for the automation of semiconductor equipments. These data should be sent to a host computer in order to keep in a safe. The IEEE 802.11e specification gives differentiated and distributed access to a wireless communication medium with four access categories. These four access categories use different priority parameters which lead to quality of service in data traffic. In this paper, it is shown that the throughput of data depends upon the priority parameters provided by IEEE802.11e. We implement the usage of priority parameters in the SECS protocol for semiconductor equipments. It is necessary that the data from semiconductor equipments should be classified with certain priority for the effective use of our proposed method. Therefore, our scheme will contribute to improving the performance of the manufacturing processes of semiconductors.

Purpose: The study was to determine variables related to the depressive impact of emotional labor among workers. Method: 443 respondents were surveyed through the NIOSH generic job stress questionnaire from December 1st through December 30th, 1999. Results: 1. Employment type and job insecurity showed a significant relationship with developing depression, load and role ambiguity. 5. Intervention programs and effective communication networks are needed to help workers cope with their job stress in a positive manner. Conclusions: First, given the correlation between the frequency of avoiding tactics and depression levels, an intervention program is needed to help workers cope with their job stress in a positive manner, Lastly, because role ambiguity was one of the main causes of depression among workers who perform emotional labor, establishing an effective communication network is important to make communication flow within the workplace clear and open.

With the rapid development of autonomous driving technology, commercialization of freight cars and buses as well as passenger cars has come to the near future. As researches for commercialization of autonomous navigation are being actively carried out in various countries around the world, in accordance with the development of technology, this paper proposes a bus adopting a new concept of community driving technology based on C-V2X for more effective autonomous driving of buses do. In order to realize the cluster bus, we propose a more effective cluster bus using C-V2X, which is the core communication of the cluster driving, which is complementary to the existing V2X for inter-vehicle communication and vehicle-to-infrastructure communication.

On this study, we are focusing on the spatial value of the flagship store as an effective way of experiential communication for a brand. The purpose of this study is to create effective methods for the spatial identity by connecting significance of experiential communication and strategic factors of experiential marketing. The process of this research is summarized as follows: First, we select some cases of the flagship stores realizing differentiated methods of experiential marketing and classify the types according to the marketing strategy. Second, we can analyze each function in the context of social, cultural life style. Finally, for the company flagship stores can be a tool to construct a sustainable brand image and tool differentiation, and at the same time for the consumer they can create relationships through customers' experience in the space expressing brand identity and style. Also, flagship stores can be valued as a place offering emotional experiences of cultural consumption as well as product consumption when planned given the style suitable for brand image and strategies.

The purpose of this study is to introduce a synergetic configuration of stakeholders, especially government and university, into the corporate social responsibility strategy. The alignment of a company's CSR efforts with its business practices and values must be communicated strategically for effective and successful business outcomes. Therefore, the proposed process of CSR evaluation takes into account the three helices of the Triple-Helix perspective, university, industry, and government (UIG), and investigates how involvement in the Triple Helix actors influence corporations with CSR initiatives. Specifically, whether the public's awareness of a corporation's CSR activities is heightened by the concurrent support of the three helixes will be examined. We propose a methodology that enables corporations to determine effective levels of integration with government and educational institutions. The intensity of Triple-Helix indicators will be examined.

A core technology of social robot is voice recognition and dialogue engine technology, but too much money is needed for development and an implementation of robot's conversation function is difficult resulting from insufficiency of performance. Dialogue function's implementation between human and robot can be possible due to advance of cloud AI technology and several company's supply of their open API. In this paper, current intelligent social robot technology trend is investigated and effective social robot system architecture is designed. Also an effective analysis and design method of social robot system will be presented by showing user requirement analysis using object-oriented method, flowchart and screen design.

Background and Objectives: Clear speech is an effective communication strategy used in difficult listening situations that draws on techniques such as accurate articulation, a slow speech rate, and the inclusion of pauses. Although too slow speech and improperly amplified spectral information can deteriorate overall speech intelligibility, certain amplitude of increments of the mid-frequency bands (1 to 3 dB) and around 50% slower speech rates of clear speech, when compared to those in conversational speech, were reported as factors that can improve speech intelligibility positively. The purpose of this study was to identify whether amplitude increments of mid-frequency areas and slower speech rates were evident in Korean clear speech as they were in English clear speech. Subjects and Methods: To compare the acoustic characteristics of the two methods of speech production, the voices of 60 participants were recorded during conversational speech and then again during clear speech using a standardized sentence material. Results: The speech rate and longterm average speech spectrum (LTASS) were analyzed and compared. Speech rates for clear speech were slower than those for conversational speech. Increased amplitudes in the mid-frequency bands were evident for the LTASS of clear speech. Conclusions:The observed differences in the acoustic characteristics between the two types of speech production suggest that Korean clear speech can be an effective communication strategy to improve speech intelligibility.

This study aims to identify the current sizing communication issues of menswear on retail websites and to suggest an effective size information presentation method. Based on sales frequency and awareness in the Korean menswear market, 22 brand websites were selected, and size-related information was investigated using 7 types of representative apparel items. The current diverse types of size codes had limitations in delivering actual product size information. Many websites preferred to display garment dimensions rather than basic body measurements, which is the suggested size designation method in Korean Standard. The websites posted fit model photos and customer reviews. However, the body size specifications, which consumers can use as a useful reference, were often omitted. There was also a high uncertainty in product size selection, with only the basic body measurement information listed, and there was a high deviation of garment dimensions within the same basic body measurements. The product size distribution did not match actual Korean body types. Based on the findings, we suggested improved effective sizing communication methods. These methods will contribute to a better online shopping environment for both consumers and retail sellers.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of learning community on communication skills and self-directed learning(SDL) ability. Data were collected from 147 members at N university, they participated in learning community activities for 8 weeks. To verify program's effect, pre and post tests of communication skills and SDL ability were examined. The result were as follows. Learning community activities were positive influenced on the improvement of communication skills and SDL ability. Especially, it was effective on the improvement of interpretation ability that includes diverse information collection or listen to other's opinion. And it was effective on the improvement of learning plan ability. Learning plan includes that learning needs diagnosis, goal setting and grasp learning resources. We were suggested that student customized learning community development and activation for sustainable core competency improvement.
