The purpose of this research is to develop a communication framework based on credibility for information technology (IT) proposal. It is necessary to develop a communication framework for IT proposal since it has become more important how effective IT service providers can deliver an IT proposal to customers. In this paper, we develop a communication framework for IT proposal through dividing customer's recognition steps and analyzing key factors based on the credibility. Key factors affecting communication framework have been identified and analyzed by focus group interview and questionnaires with experienced staffs. The results of this study can be used for enhancement of IT proposal's quality through the introduction of communication framework.

Local governments in South Korea are making efforts to promote highly effective policies through activating communication with citizens as a major innovation strategy. The performance evaluation system includes new performance indicators related to communication with citizens. This is a change to build a consumer-centered performance management system. The purpose of this study is to present guidelines when developing and applying the communication indicators promoted by local governments with interest. For this purpose, the development scope and management methods of the communication performance indicators are presented. For communication performance management, this study emphasized building a strategy planning based performance management system, presenting information that can be understood by citizens, complying with the development procedures of performance indicators, and improving qualitative indicators. In addition, for effective performance management, this study presented the decision-makers' strong willingness, gradual expansion of communication evaluation, establishment in organizational performance culture, and so on.

The purpose of this study is to create step by step guidelines for effective team teaching between Korean teachers of English and native English teachers in Korea. Although team teaching has been used from 1995 in the teaching of English in Korea, the effectiveness of team teaching has not been as high as we have hoped. An important reason for this failure is the lack of communication between the Korean teachers of English and the native English teachers. More specifically, the failure has resulted from not only a lack of opportunities for these teachers to communicate but also a lack of guidelines and strategies for improved intercultural communication between teachers from different cultural backgrounds. This study provides step by step guidelines for how to set up communication time, what to share, and how to set up effective team teaching in English education.

The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the types of home managers in association with effects of resourcefulness, communication and the conditions for effective home management＇ proposed by Shape and Winter(1991). A survey was conducted by subjects of 300 wives in Kwangju city. The statistical data were obtained by cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan＇s test and chi-square test. Manager types based on the four conditions, resourcefulness and communication were classified into four clusters. Educational background, job status, family types, family life cycle and age difference between the oldest and the youngest child of the subjects were different from manager types. In conclusion, this study identified the four conditions of performance-condition dichotomy, timing, high level and middle range, resourcefulness, and communications in order to develop managerial capability. The purpose of this study was to examine dimensions related to effective managerial actions in association with effects of resourcefulness personal and managerial communications and condition s for effective home management on the basis of managerial process. Including elements of managerial process conditions for effective home management were divided into the four factors performance-condition dichotomy timing high level and middle range. In conclusion first the managerial process for effective management can be classified into the four conditions related to each other. That was termed as 'conditions for effective home management' Second the most influential variables on conditions for effective home management were personal and managerial communication. The four conditions for effective home management need to include communicaion. Third resuorcefulness was a crucial factor in relation to home management resources division. It is recommedned that resuorcefulness needs to de elop managerial actions of housewives.

근래에 이르러 인도네시아의 지진해일 때 수많은 사상자가 나오고, 일본근해의 지진의 영향으로 우리나라에도 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 따라, 지진에 대한 대비와 지진이 발생하였을 때의 신속한 정보전달이 중요한 요인이 되었다. 따라서 지진을 감지한 관측지에서 지진의 영향이 우려되는 지역으로의 신속한 정보 전달체계를 확립하고, 더 나은 지진 관측 장비를 개발함으로써, 지진피해로 인한 시민의 재산과 생명의 손실을 최소화 하는데 이바지 하고자 한다.

Internal bonding strength of printing paper was increased with sea-algae pulp treatment. Spacially, 9% contents sea-algae pulp treatment in the hardwood pulp are more effective than in the softwood pulp. Most effective mixture ratio of the raw matrials for improvement of the internal bonding strength are softwood pulp 30%, hardwood pulp 70%, sea-algae pulp 9%. Internal bonding strength is effective in more sea-algae pulp contents and softwood pulp contents and wetness.

Purpose: This study intends to examine the effects of a stepwise communication education program among nursing college students, focusing on scenarios and nursing case-based role playing. Methods: The study design was a one-group repeated measure ANOVA. Participants were 27 nursing students in practice. Students participated in 5-week stepwise communication education program using SBAR; including 1 week of lecture education, 4 weeks of scenarios and nursing case-based role playing. The data were collected at each level of the education process: pre-education, after 1 week of lectures, and after completion of scenarios and nursing case-based role playing. Repeated measures ANOVA was used to determine changes in SBAR technique knowledge and communication self-efficacy. Results: The stepwise communication education program using SBAR was effective in increasing SBAR technique knowledge, and communication self-efficacy. The lecture-based education was effective only in the area of SBAR technique knowledge and its subscale, attitudes towards SBAR. However, scenarios and nursing case-based role playing was broadly effective across communication self-efficacy, SBAR technique knowledge, and its subscale, knowledge of the SBAR. Conclusion: Based on this study, we propose that it is necessary to confirm the effect of long-term SBAR communication education using scenarios and nursing case-based role playing in nursing students' practice.

With the recent popularity of smart terminals, the demand for high-data-rate transmission is growing rapidly, which brings a new challenge for the traditional cellular networks. Both device-to-device (D2D) communication and small cells are effective to improve the transmission efficiency of local communication. In this paper, we apply D2D communication into a small cell network system (SNets) and study about the optimization problem of resource allocation for D2D communication. The optimization problem includes system scheduling and resource allocation, which is exponentially complex and the optimal solution is infeasible to achieve. Therefore, in this paper, the optimization problem is decomposed into several smaller problems and a hierarchical scheme is proposed to obtain the solution. The proposed hierarchical scheme consists of three steps: D2D communication groups formation, the estimation of sub-channels needed by each D2D communication group and specific resource allocation. From numerical simulation results, we find that the proposed resource allocation scheme is effective in improving the spectral efficiency and reducing the outage probability of D2D communication.
