Purpose - This study analyzes an economic effect on the project that Korean government supported for the vitalization of traditional markets using an input-output model. From 2002 to 2013, the government provided 180.8 billion won for a Management Modernization Project and 2.851 trillion won for a Facility Modernization Project for vitalization of traditional markets. Research design, data, and methodology - The present study conducted inter-industry analysis by matching industries related to the Traditional Market Project for the measurement, and calculated the ripple effect of each project. Result - The results from the study showed that from 2002 to 2012, the Management Modernization Project and Facility Modernization Project showed a 296.1 billion won effect on production inducement, a 158.7 billion won value-added inducement effect, and a 3,135-person effect on employment inducement in total. From 2002 to 2013, the Facility Modernization Project showed a 6.948 trillion won effect on production inducement, a 2.1109 trillion won effect on value-added inducement, and 40,209-person of effect on employment inducement in total. Conclusions - This study provided an empirical demonstration of a clear effect of the governmental support to traditional markets on developing regional economies. In particular, this study empirically analyzed and presented that there were a considerable amount of an economic effect by region due to governmental policy support to traditional markets.

본 연구는 한옥보전 구역 내에서 비주거용 한옥이 점차 늘어나고 있는 상황에서 비주거한옥에 대한 제도적 지원이 필요한 근거를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 비주거한옥 제도적 지원의 필요성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 비주거한옥의 가치를 평가하였다. 분석에는 로지스틱분석을 활용하였으며, 비주거한옥에 대한 제도적 지원 필요성에 동의하는 경우 어떠한 가치요인을 중요하게 판단하였는지 분석하였다. 분석결과, 주거환경이 열악한 한옥의 활용, 한옥 외관상 가치, 지역의 생활복지 서비스 제공, 관광객 수용, 상업공간 제공, 역사성 부족, 한옥에 대한 개방성 강화 등의 7개의 요인이 비주거한옥에 대한 제도적 지원 필요성 결정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

지식기반 시대에서 IT제조기업 생존을 위한 기술혁신은 경쟁력 확보를 위한 필수요소가 되고 있다. 이러한 기술혁신은 다른 산업 영역보다 빠르게 변화하는 IT제조기업의 생존을 위해서는 더욱 필요하며 다양한 요인들이 기술혁신의 성공을 거두기 위해 필수적으로 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 IT제조기업의 기업 협력과 정부 지원이 기술혁신에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 구조방정식(Structural Equation Model : SEM)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, IT제조기업 협력과 정부의 지원은 기술혁신에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정부의 IT제조기업에 대한 지원이 기업의 협력을 유도하고 보다 지속적인 관심과 육성이 필요함을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to objectively grasp the effect of the engineering education innovation support project among the national engineering-related financial support projects by dividing the groups according to the participation of support projects from 2018 to 2020 and dividing the university performance. As a result of the research the engineering education innovation support project has been consistently producing excellent results of field-based engineering education such as field-oriented industrial-educational collaboration capstone design, technology commercialization, and development and operation of corporate-linked education. It was found that the results showed that the dropout rate of college were lowered. In the future, it needs to be prepared as a place for new and free trials, innovations, and opportunities so that the engineering education innovation support projects can become the mother of other business groups.

정부의 소상공인 정책자금, 교육, 컨설팅 지원에 대한 효과 분석을 통하여 정부지원정책이 경영성과에 미치는 영향과 소상공인특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 고려한 구조모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 소상공인특성 및 정부지원정책은 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 구조모형에서 유의한 독립변수는 고객진입용이성, 사업홍보용이성, 상품이동용이성, 고객확보용이성과 자금지원의 효과성, 교육지원규모, 교육지원의 효과성, 컨설팅지원규모의 만족도 등으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 시회적기업에 대한 정부지원금이 사회적 성과 및 경제적 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석하고자 한다. 표본은 2016년부터 2018년까지 한국사회적기업진흥원 자율경영공시에 참여한 인증 사회적기업을 사용하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 정부지원금은 사회적기업의 사회적·경제적 성과에 음(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 정부지원금 구성항목별로 구분하여 분석한 결과에서는 일자리창출 인건비와 사회보험료 항목은 사회적 성과에, 전문인력지원비와 사회개발비는 경제적 성과에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정부지원금 항목별로 사회적기업 목적에 따라 성과 창출에 기여하고 있다고 해석할 수 있다. 띠리서 정부지원금 실효성을 높이고 사회적 기업 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 구체적이고 맞춤형 지원정책 수립이 필요하다고 판단된다.

As global competition is intensifying, companies are entering not only developed markets but also emerging and developing countries. In emerging and developing countries, business-to-governmental relations are an essential factor influencing the firm performance. The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of corporate political activities on firm performance. Using the BEEPS data developed by the EBRD and the World Bank, the effect of various bribery activities regarded as corporate political activities on the firm performance was examined. Also, the moderating effect of competition type on the firm performance was proved. As the results, the bribery contribution, which is a corporate political activity, has a positive effect on the firm performance. Specifically, when infrastructure bribery occurred, costs and sales were higher, and when permission bribery was granted, profits, costs, and sales were higher. In addition, the effect of bribery as a corporate political activity on firm performance is moderated by competition type. These findings have academic and practical implications for empirical analyzing of SMEs' firm performance, guidelines suggestion for entry into the other countries, generalization possibility of using credible data, developing and designing export support systems and programs. Finally, limitations of the research and future research directions were discussed.

본 연구는 베이비부머 (1955-1963년생)를 대상으로 창업자기효능감을 매개 변수로 하여 사회적지지가 창업기회역량에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 창업정책과 교육은 청년창업사관학교 등의 제도를 통해 대부분 대학생 및 청장년층을 위주로 진행되고 있고, 또 이들을 대상으로 사회적지지나 제도적지원이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 등에 대한 연구는 활발히 진행되고 있는 반면, 베이비부머에 대한 연구는 복지부문에 치우치고 있고 실제로 이들은 은퇴 후 생계를 위해 치밀한 준비없이 생계형 창업에 뛰어들고 있으나, 이 베이비부머를 대상으로 한 사회적지지가 기회형 창업 추진에 필요한 창업기회역량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구는 거의 없다시피 하다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적지지가 베이비부머의 창업기회역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 주로 서울시와 경기도 일원에 거주하는 베이비붐 세대들로부터 수집한 설문지 387부를 실증 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 사회적지지가 창업기회역량의 기회인식과 기회평가 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적지지가 창업자기효능감에 미치는 영향에서는 정서적, 물질적 지지만 자신감에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 정서적지지와 평가적지지만 자기조절효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 정서적지지와 물질적지지만이 과업도전감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업자기효능감 중 자기조절효능감과 과업도전감 만이 창업기회인식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 자신감, 자기조절효능감 및 과업도전감 모두가 기회평가에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회적지지가 창업자기효능감을 매개하여 창업기회역량에 미치는 간접효과는 부분적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다.
