Construction industry has a relatively higher accident rate compared to other industries, especially the serious accident rate including death. Ministry of Employment and Labor has not only implemented safety consciousness but also initiated the basic occupational safety and health training for the construction industry. Despite the effort, only a few sites follow the obligatory task and there are reports stating the effect of the education is minimal. As a result, this research aims to determine and analyze the current state of the basic occupational safety and health training including its lesson plan and method. Furthermore, by analyzing the preliminary study on the effective instructional method, this research suggests an effective method to implement safety consciousness to the workers. An improvement plan is also suggested by supplying appropriate educational material to different workers by differentiating the characteristics and the cause of death at various work types in construction sites.

In these day, the recession of economics and cutting-off jobs makes increases of start-up business. The unprepared start-up business which lacks sufficient information and knowledge should fall. For successful start-up business, the effective education program should be necessary. This study reviews factors such as learning motivation, entrepreneurial intention, education satisfaction, self-efficacy affecting the performance of short-term education program. This study establishes hypothesis and verifies them. To verify the hypothesis, this study explores factors affecting the performance of short-term entrepreneurial education program through utilizing factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. We suggest that the results of the study could be utilized as followings; First the results of study could be used to establish policy which improves the performance of short-term entrepreneurial education program. Second, the identified factors help educator to established the curriculum of the short-term entrepreneurial education program. Third, the identified factors could be established as criteria to recruit the applicants who wants to received short-term entrepreneurial education program.

The Air and Correspondence High School (ACHS) has played a key role as an organization of lifelong learning since 1974. However, extra-curriculum in ACHS has not been operated successfully due to lacks of educational supports and on-line contents. So we surveyed demands of the ACHS teachers and students for successful operation of extra-curriculum, found four subjects that students preferred in the developing activity area which is one of extra-curricular activities, and experimentally developed four on-line contents for extra-curriculum. And we also applied the developed on-line contents to the students of Chongju H.S. After the application, another survey and interview were carried out to measure learner's satisfaction, find out problems of learning with on-line contents and suggest the ways of improving extra-curriculum learning system.

This study was designed to clarify the learning motivations, academic self-efficacy, and problem-solving processes in the educational evaluative method in the fundamental nursing practice using moving pictures. The learning motivations and academic self-efficacy showed statistical differences based on the students' motivations of selecting, their satisfaction with the major and nursing practice, helpfulness of moving pictures, and the suitability of practical tests using a checklist. Problem-solving processes revealed statistical differences based on the students' motivations of selecting the nursing department, their satisfaction with the major and fundamental nursing their satisfaction with the major and nursing practice, the helpfulness of moving pictures, and the suitability of practical tests using a checklist. The learning motivations showed significant positive interrelations with the academic self-efficacy and problem-solving processes. In conclusion, the educational evaluative method in the fundamental nursing practice using moving pictures was related to the nursing students' learning motivations, academic self-efficacy, and problem-solving processes.

According to the increase of the remarried family, education programs are needed to help the adaptation of them. The purpose of this study is to analyze remarriage preparations and to present considerations for the development of remarriage educational program in the future. Through analysis of total nine existing remarriage programs, there are needs to consider the following factors when developing remarriage programs. There is a need to be developed and implemented various programs to adequately support the remarried family. Also need to have a system that help adaption. As a result of research, future remarried program shall be as follows. First, the educational content consists of differency depending on the type of remarriage. Second, we should develop program avoiding the problem-oriented perspective, focus on the enhancements remarried families and address the adaptive factors. Third, psychological support counseling programs should be included. Remarriage Preparation measurement Scale is utilized and children is included in programs.

The purpose of this study is to present and review the possible effect of the learning paradigm shift from traditional method to ubiquitous learning, the societal issues that need to be address in order to design a new pedagogical platform trending from e-learning to m-learning and now the u-learning. That without the proper study of how learning environment may affect the learning process of an individual will lead to poor quality of education. This new era of learning environment offer a big opportunity for "anytime, anywhere" learning. Thus, Lifelong learning is at hand of everyone. Maximizing the benefit of new trend will be a great help and addressing the limitations will lead to quality education. The components that comprise the ubiquitous learning are also discussed together with the technologies that will make it possible. The research learning domains that are in progress which shows that the interest in pervasive or lifelong learning attracted the interest of many research institutions. The types of learning mode and learning modalities are also briefly discussed in this paper.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of gender role conflicts, professional nursing value on career preparation behaviors of male nursing university student. Data were collected from 127 male nursing university student in grade 2-4 by using structured questionnaires from July 1 to November 30, 2018. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression by using SPSS Win 24.0 program. Multiple regression analysis showed that the predictors of career preparation behaviors were professional nursing values(${\beta}=0.28$, p=.001), satisfaction with major (${\beta}=0.23$, p=.006), club(${\beta}=.19$, p=.020) and the regression equation explained 20.8% of career preparation behaviors. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to provide career educational programs considering according to the academic year of male nursing students and to develop educational programs to improve the nursing professionalism of male nursing students.

This qualitative content analysis aims to explore the meaning of experiences for college students who have experienced community service activities. This study aimed to find the essence of college students' community service experiences and provide them with basic data to develop effective personality education methods and service programs. The participants of this study were six college students with community service experience. Data were collected through in-depth interviews from May to September 2019 and were analyzed using the qualitative content analysis method suggested by Graneheim & Lundman. The community service experiences of college students could be summarized by the core theme, "Becoming a social professional through growth and maturity", consisting of the following themes: together in a living experience, growth through sharing, achieving maturity toward professionalism, and experiencing one's limitations. Through this study, it was confirmed that the experience of college students' service activities would cultivate the human character and competency necessary to live with others, the community, and nature. The college student's service activities could be used as an important educational program in personality education.

This study examines the effects of reading and story sharing through fairy tales on young children's character development in their role play using natural materials. To achieve this, 40 5-year-old children at early childhood educational institutes in Daejeon were tested 16 times for 8 weeks. The results were as follows. First, their role plays using natural objects through reading and talking had a positive effect on their personality cultivation. Second, there was no experimental difference in their prudence and filial piety of basic behavioral items, but their cleanliness and patience were proven effective in the experiment. Third, all their justice, conscience and service indicating their sociality-related friendship, kindness, gentleness and morality were proven effective in the experiment, which their role plays using natural objects through reading and story sharing through fairy tales had an educational effect on improving their sociality and morality through peer interaction. This suggests that their mind to improve social virtues with an exchange of emotions, particularly, treat natural role play in a friendly way, their public promises to cherish life, and their ethical virtues to obey the rules in the process of consideration, appreciation, understanding and help through mutual communication and cooperation in forest experience activities are very effective from an educational perspective.

Smart education in the information window, type talent in modern society is changing as talented smart shoes, smart automation creative talent through education, training can be called education revolution. In other words, the advent of smart devices, such as knowledge and information and to actively growing individual customized training paradigm change in the way education and training to reflect this approach. Therefore, in this paper, a smart learning environment based technologies for implementing the system was designed to be the next generation of cloud computing and N screen-based smart education system was studied. From this, educational functions and features in a smart media environment, based on the analysis of the utilization of a smart education system, which maximizes the system design were studied.
