As the distribution of image contents is activated, users can easily access image contents through various routes and media.In this paper, we propose a new virtual reality (VR) system, which is based on the development of IT technology, in order to prepare for the fourth industrial revolution era.We propose a method of producing educational video contents that combines maximized virtual reality.

The purpose of this study is to develop the educational program of consumer adviser. The educational program proposed in previous study is consisted of the acquisition of 5 require and 2 optional subjects, and field education. For this, based on the role and capacity of consumer adviser we explain in detail the contents of required subjects. And we confirm the necessity and significance of field education. Finally we investigate the confirm the necessity and significance of field education. Finally we investigate the contents of field education and suggest the system and course of desirable field education through case study of several universities.

In this paper a design of educational robot based on a PC and/or a microprocessor is discussed. The educational robot has 5 DOF and Is made with Swiss Mini Servomotor and Motor Controller IC LM629N. Also, a GUI(Graphical User Interface) is programmed by Visual Basic. This system is completed to consider control properties of the educational robot with 5-DOF that can be changed the parameter of controller by software.

Lecture Evaluation system is an only way, so far, to evaluate the quality of lectures in our university and yet has several problems. This system does not have any effects on professors; however, it is rather used to threaten assistant professors and/or part-time/full-time lecturers. As a result, students are still dissatisfied with the unchanging lectures of professors. Generally speaking, We should consider new ideas to introduce a head teacher system or improve the lecture evaluation system to open doors wider for teachers, professors do their best to expand students' understanding by practicing the Lecture Evaluation System. In fact, it is hard to keep the objectiveness that the professors estimate the quality of professors. That is why this check list should be restricted only as a guideline among the system. After all, it is expected to bring better educational circumstances when the system functions properly to provide professors to research more.

Because it is now the fourth year since the first operation of the departmentalized classroom system in March 2010, a clear analysis of the conditions for the system from the investigation of the schools' operating the system is necessary. In particular, in-depth investigation and analysis are pressing, because investigation and observation of the conditions and situations for the departmentalized classroom system are not conducted continuously after creating an environment for the management of the system through a large investment. Therefore, the purpose of this study lies in building clear data on the conditions for the operation of the departmentalized classroom system in schools by visiting schools that operate the system, grasping the conditions for environmental composition, and investigating and analyzing practical use of the environment.

This research is to analyze LCC of Heat Pump system in university building by reduction of electric power costs for education and incentive system for gas. Produced details item different expense of EHP and GHP equipment construction step and preservation administration step. Analysis result is as following. 1) Executed LCC analysis for target system after lowering whole curriculum reduction of electric power costs for education. Analysis result, energy cost-cutting effect of EHP appears greatly than GHP unlike existent study finding, EHP decided by economical system. 2) Sensitivity analysis executed by incentive 500,000 won per units and geometrical ration of gas expense by 1%. As a result, because lowering effect of electric charges appears greatly, EHP decided by more economical system than GHP. As research result of front is different from existent study finding, EHP by lowering of electric charges for alteration and education of governmental frequent volunteer system was decided by more economical system than GHP.

This study was intended to grasp the history of nursing education from the beginning to the present in Korea, and grip and look-out current diversified systems of nursing education on basis of February, 2000 through literatural review and investigation by close telephone interviews. The basic nursing educational institutions in the whole country were total 113, namely, 3 years course, 65 junior colleges of nursing, and 4 years course, 48 colleges of nursing. And there were 3 types of continuing nursing educational system: two of three were transferring to another college for gain bachelor's degree in nursing; RN-BSN programs and university of broadcasting, and the other was the system of independent learning and then examination for BSN. Total nursing graduates from junior college of nursing courses and college of nursing courses were 7,564 on February, 1999. In general graduate school, the number of master courses were 21 and Ph.D courses were 13. And the number of special graduate schools were 21, i.e., graduate school of education were 7, graduate school of administration were 2, graduate school of public health were 11 and graduate school of industry was 1. As the perspective on nursing education, we overviewed changing nursing organizational environment, increasing the system of continuing education, making standards in nursing education and systemization of nursing educational accreditation, specialization of nursing, information system in nursing education and education of graduate school. The summary of the above overviewed subjects were as follows; Every nursing educational institution needed to educate by educational criteria and standard and characteristically run BSN and graduate courses. Specialization in nursing has to develop more and more, therefore advanced education and law should be prepared appropriately. According to the age's and social needs, we have to establish counter-plan for fundamental educational environment. We have to sensitive to rapidly changing information in the era of globalization. In the level of university education, each university needs characterization of educational objectives, goals and contents, and has to replace the shortage of the number of professor. And the regulation of thesis and dissertation examinations need to be reinforced. Education in nursing should consists with specialization. Collaboration among universities will bring efficiency in the nursing education.

This paper develops a multi-casting system could be used in a school and hospital and government and municipal public offices. The developed multi-casting system uses various educational multimedia titles effectively and is capable of remote control by using a network(LAN). The developed system includes speaker control module that make individual or group broadcasting, AV contents control module for using a diverse educational multimedia title effectively and light control module. The system uses RS-485C communication module and the effective control system interface based on GUI.

To enhance educational effect for exhaust ventilation system, more instructive educational engineering such as experimental system should be needed. This study was performed to 1) manufacture the basic experimental system for local exhaust ventilation, 2) experiment with this system and 3) develop methodology of exhaust ventilation education. With this system, three pressures (static pressure(SP), velocity pressure(VP) and total pressure(TP)) were measured and illustrated and the graphic shapes agreed to theoretical ones relatively. Entry loss factor ($F_h$) of each hood was found to be different with hood shape, duct velocity and flow rate. This result implies that precise $F_h$ should be determined case by case and a industrial hygienist should not be dependent on the existing values. Pressure loss using velocity pressure method and characteristics of air movement near hoods using fume were grasped with this system. But larger system should be recommended to produce more precise experimental results.

This study is to diagnose the present superintendent election and education standing committee system for improvement based upon Constitutional values of local education system. The findings are the followings. To improve the election system of superintendent it is recommended to maintain present election system rather than change it drastically since the present system ensure relatively more autonomy, expertise, and political neutrality of local education system. However, the qualification such as years of educational experiences of superintendent candidates need to be restored. Regarding education standing committee it suggest that all or at least 2/3 members need to be educational representatives rather than general representatives. For superintendent as well as education standing committee election, it needs to elaborate the vote ballet such as change of candidates name order by voting place to reduce its effects to election results. It also needs to strengthen public management of election such as expenses and TV forums among candidates.
