본 연구는 대전소재 대학평생교육원 성인학습자 960명을 대상으로 성인학습자의 학습성과 영향요인에 관한 구조분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 성인학습자의 학습자특성과 교육기관특성은 학습몰입과 학습만족도를 매개하여 학습성과에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 성인학습자의 학습자특성은 학습몰입 및 학습만족에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 교육기관특성도 학습몰입 및 학습만족에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 학습몰입은 학습만족과 학습성과에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 학습만족은 학습성과에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 종합하면 학습성과는 학습자특성, 교육기관특성, 학습만족에 직접적인 영향을 받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 학습성과는 학습몰입과 학습만족을 매개하여 간접적인 영향을 받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 대학평생교육원은 보다 다양하고 전문화된 평생교육프로그램 개발 및 제공, 수업분위기 조성, 교육시설 환경개선, 우수 교강사 확보, 교직원의 원스톱 행정서비스 등 학습성과를 향상시키기 위한 전략이 강화되어야 할 것이다.

최근에는 교육 훈련에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있는 시기이다. 그러나 4차 산업혁명 시대에 따른 코딩이나 관련 교육들이 실제적으로 어떻게 적용되고, 활용되고 있는 지에 대한 의문 또는 실제 기업과의 연관성에 대한 부분들에 문제점은 사회 현실적인 문제에 봉착하고 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교육 훈련특성들을 세분화시켜 개개인의 특성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하고, 이를 통해 교육 결과에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 보고자 한다. 그 결과 SW 교육 과정과 SW 교육 교수는 개인 특성 중 전공역량과 학습성과에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, SW 교육환경은 아무런 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 개인 특성은 교육 결과에 만족에는 모두 정(+)의 영향을 불만족에는 모두 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 SW 교육 과정과 SW 교육 교수에 대한 중요성을 강조하는 결과이며, SW 교육환경에 대한 부분에 대해 다시 한번 생각하게 하는 결과로 보여진다.

한국공학교육인증원이 발족되어 각 프로그램에 대한 인증작업이 시작되었으나 이를 준비해야 하는 교수진들은 인증 준비절차에 대한 실무적인 사례가 부족하여 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 전체 인증 준비과정 중에서 프로그램 교육목적과 학습성과를 선정하는 과정을 구체적으로 제시하고자 한다. 프로그램 교육목적은 교육수요자들의 요구, 교육기관의 교육목적 및 특성, 프로그램별 특성을 반영한 구체적이고 평가 가능한 목적이어야 한다. 프로그램 학습성과는 한국공학교육인증원이 제시한 12가지 학습성과에 프로그램의 특성에 맞는 학습성과를 추가하여 완성하였다. 프로그램 교육목적과 학습성과는 각 과목의 교육목적 및 교육기관의 교육목적들 간에 서로 연관성이 확보되어야 하므로 상관관계분석표를 통하여 연관성을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 초 중등 교육정보 공시를 통하여 전국 특성화고등학교의 학교단위별 자료(2012년도)를 파악한 후 데이터 마이닝 기법을 활용해 교육성과에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 특성화고등학교의 교육성과는 취업률, 진학률, 기능경기대회 입상성적으로 정하였다. 분석은 크게 두 가지로 나뉘는데 첫 번째, 학교현황에 따라 각 교육성과에 유의한 차이가 있는지 알아보고 두 번째, 교육활동을 포함한 학교의 세부적 사항 중 각 교육성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하였다.

The main purpose of this study was to develop a program outcomes assessment tool using reflection journal. Reflection journal has recently come to gain more attention from school as an alternative assessment tool. Although numerous studies reconfirmed the educational importance and value of reflection journal as an assessment tool, research on the assessment tool of the engineering accreditation, based on education view is scarce. After literature reviews about the case studies on the program outcomes assessment, this study, to analyse the current assessment tools, and then, examined the educational implications of reflection journal as a program outcomes assessment tool. This study suggested the assessment tool using reflection journal for PO6 (teamwork) and PO11 (engineering ethics), one of the most important assessment items in engineering accreditation. In this study, we used the performance criteria, assessment criteria, rubric, and closed the loop to measure the teamwork and engineering ethics. The result of this study is significant in terms of guiding the future evaluation system development for program outcomes.

신임소방공무원의 교육훈련의 효과가 현업에서 얼마나 효과적으로 적용되는지에 대한 검증작업은 극히 미미한 상태이며, 학습자 특성, 교육 프로그램, 학습성과 등 다양한 측면에서 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 주장되는 직무만족에 따른 현업적용의 실증적 검증에 대한 연구는 거의 찾아보기 힘든 실정이다. 신임소방공무원을 대상으로 학습자 특성, 교육 프로그램, 학습성과 등이 재난현장과 소방행정 집행의 현업적용도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 연구할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 신임소방공무원의 교육훈련이 현업적용도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 결과는 학습자특성과 학습성과가 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무만족과 교육프로그램, 학습성과와 학습자특성이 현업적용도에 유의미한 영향(P < 0.05)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Outcome-based education (OBE) is a tried-and-true teaching technique based on a set of predetermined goals. Program Educational Objectives (PEOs), Program Outcomes (POs), and Course Outcomes (COs) are the components of OBE. At the end of each year, the Program Outcomes are evaluated, and faculty members can submit many recommended measures which dependent on the relationship between the program outcomes and its courses outcomes to improve the quality of program and hence the overall educational program. When a vast number of courses are considered, bad actions may be proposed, resulting in unwanted and incorrect decisions. In this paper, a recommender system, using collaborative filtering and association rules algorithms, is proposed for predicting the best relationship between the program outcomes and its courses in order to improve the attributes of the graduates. First, a parallel algorithm is used for Collaborative Filtering on Data Model, which is designed to increase the efficiency of processing big data. Then, a parallel similar learning outcomes discovery method based on matrix correlation is proposed by mining association rules. As a case study, the proposed recommender system is applied to the Computer Information Systems program, College of Computer Sciences and Information Technology, Al-Baha University, Saudi Arabia for helping Program Quality Administration improving the quality of program outcomes. The obtained results revealed that the suggested recommender system provides more actions for boosting Graduate Attributes quality.

이 연구의 목적은 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$대학 공과대학생들의 학습성과에 대한 교육요구를 조사 분석하여, 학습성과를 달성하기 위한 공과대학 교육과정을 개선하는 의사결정 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 이에 따른 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공과대학생들은 학습성과 중 PO2(분석 실험), PO3(설계능력), PO6(팀윅)의 필요도를 높게 인식하였고, 학생 자신이 가진 현재 능력은 PO3(설계능력), PO4(문제해결), PO10(시사상식)을 낮게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습성과의 교육요구도 순위는 PO3(설계능력), PO2(분석 실험), PO1(지식 응용), PO5(실무능력), PO4(문제해결)로 나타나 공학적 학습성과의 교육요구가 높았다. 반면 비교적 융합적이고 인문적 소양의 성격을 가지는 학습성과(PO7, PO10, PO11)는 상대적으로 낮은 인식을 보이고 있었다. 공과대학의 교육과정은 학습성과 중 설계능력을 강화하기 위한 설계교육에 비중을 두어 기초설계, 요소설계, 종합설계의 체계적인 이수체계 확립이 필요하며, 이에 따른 교수학습 제반활동이 지원되어야 한다. 또한 PO1(분석 실험), PO4(문제해결), PO5(실무능력), PO6(팀웍)에서는 학년별, 성별, 전공 계열별로 학습성과에 따른 교육요구도가 다소 큰 차이가 있음을 인식하고 이러한 점을 고려한 교육과정 설계와 개선이 필요하다. 정규교과과정을 통한 학습성과 성취가 제한이 될 경우에는 비교과과정 교육프로그램의 활성화 방안이 마련되어야 한다.

Digital textbooks draw attention as a new format of educational material, using the advantages of information technology; this innovative learning tool requires consideration as a part of successful and effective learning. The main purpose of the article is to investigate the mediating role of self-regulation between digital literacy and learning outcomes (academic performance and learning motivation) when using digital textbooks as a learning tool in Middle School English. Both descriptive and regression analysis were used as data analyses methods. The main findings of this study were as follows: first, digital literacy and self-regulation significantly predicted academic performance and learning motivation; second, self-regulation fully mediated between digital literacy and academic performance; third, self-regulation partially mediated between digital literacy and learning motivation. The research results proved the effects of digital literacy and self-regulation on the learning outcomes and mediating role of self-regulation between digital literacy and learning outcomes. These results help to design and implement effective lessons when using a digital textbook in Middle school English.

컴퓨터게임이 새로운 인기 레저활동으로 변화되고, 기능성게임에 대한 활용도가 높아짐에 따라서 이에 대한 효과성 검증이 요구되고 있다. 기존의 많은 연구들이 기능성게임의 효과 평가, 종류, 개발 등에 국한되어진 반면, 게임 활용이후 효과성을 실증적으로 검증하기 위한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 기능성 게임 효과에 대한 실증적 검증을 위하여 기존의 문헌연구에 사용된 효과성 검증에 사용된 성과 변수들을 분석하고, 특히 교육용 기능성게임의 효율적인 효과성검증을 위해 필요한 성과지표들은 어떠한 것들이 있는지에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 이는 향후 게임사용 이 후 변화된 학습효과, 인지 효과 등을 검증하기 위한 성과지표로써 활용도가 높을 것으로 예상한다.
