This study attempts to verify effects of CEO' supports, compensation and educational training and those of individual annual salaries and company's sales on promotion of knowledge management expected to contribute to enhancing construction industry's competitiveness, from the perspective of person-organization fit. For the analysis, a total of 368 effective questionnaires were used to conduct independent sample t-test, regression analysis and hierarchical moderated regression analysis. The findings show that individual annual salaries have a positive relationship with company's performance and company's sales also have positive relationships with both knowledge management activities and company performance, and CEO's supports, compensation and educational training are important factors that can improve knowledge management activities. In addition, the principle that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer is also operated in construction industry, as in other industries. Therefore, members in a company should conduct optimal strategies to enhance the knowledge management activities through selection and concentration, while governmental agencies require the establishment of IT system for it and supports for related cost and consulting of it.

This study searched for the possibility of tangram activities through modifying the tasks of elementary school mathematics textbooks into content based open tasks. As a result of analyzing previous researches, it was confirmed the educational effect of the mathematical tasks transformation and the educational value of tangram activities. The analysis of the textbooks revealed that the tangram activities presented in the textbooks are likely to be at the level of play. It was tried to modify 2015 revised curriculum textbook-tasks into content based open tasks. Based on this study, it could be expected advantages of task modification such as improvement of teachers' expertise and expectation of diverse reactions of students.

This study develops and applies a service learning course that integrates university curriculum with the local community in housing and interior design. The results of the study are as follows. First, the service learning course of the housing and interior design was developed as a six-week lecture based on the project model with the theme of housing for the socially disadvantaged. Second, this course was implemented with faculty, students, interior designers, and service recipients to engage in activities to improve the educational environment of local child centers. Next, students engaged in the service learning course and continuously conducted reflection activities to enhance the effectiveness of learning. In reflection activities, students assessed that self-directed capabilities increased as has employing the coordination and applicability to meet identified community needs. Finally, faculty, students, and experts (including institutional experts and supervising departments) evaluated course practice and educational outcomes. Experts assessed that the course clarified course objectives, utilized various learning strategies, and showed that the structural reflection mode of learners and professors was overwhelmingly positive. The results indicated that service-learning courses enable students to integrate academic study with social work to better understand course content through direct engagements in experience learning. Furthermore, students are empowered by participation in public services that benefit service clients and consultants as students take more personal responsibility for learning.

Purpose: This study was done to examine the relationship between participation motivation, satisfaction and continuance willingness of voluntary activities of nursing students, and to identify factors influencing continuance willingness of voluntary activities. Methods: The research participants were 175 nursing students in the nursing departments of 3 universities located in G city and J province in Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Results: Participants' scores for participation motivation, satisfaction and continuance willingness of voluntary activities were $3.24{\pm}0.76$, $3.11{\pm}0.83$ and $3.03{\pm}0.85$ respectively. Participation motivation and satisfaction of voluntary activities had positive correlations. Satisfaction and continuance willingness of voluntary activities had positive correlations. Factors influencing nursing students' continuance willingness of voluntary activities included participation motivation and satisfaction of voluntary activities. And these variables explained 74% of the variance in continuance willingness of voluntary activities. Conclusion: The findings show that development and application of educational programs to increase participation motivation and satisfaction of voluntary activities are important and will improve nursing students' continuance willingness of voluntary activities.

The proportion of the elderly in rural area(21.7％) is four times more than that of the urban area (5.4％) in Korea. With this rapid aging of the population in rural Korea there has been growing concern about the quality of life of rural elderly. Compare to urban elderly, rural elderly experience many disadvantages, especially in terms of limited offering of social/educational programs. Their social/educational needs are rarely assessed and there are few programs geared to the needs of rural elderly. In this regard, this study aims (1) to identify education and activity program needs of the rural elderly related to three dimensions: Family life, Farming life, and Community activities and (2) to develop education and activity programs for the rural elderly based on the needs assessment. For this purpose, data are gathered from 413 rural elderly and 110 community welfare specialists, using a structured questionaire. The statistical methods used for data analysis are descriptive statistics, cross tables with SPSS wins 10.0 program. The major findings of this study are as follows: Majority(94.1％) of the rural elderly wants to participate in diverse social/educational programs. They want to have programs dealing with 'relationship enhancement with children', 'nutrition', 'health and care', 'farming skill', 'gardening', 'volunteering', etc. Based on these results, we develop eight types of education program and four types of activity program, according to the priority of their needs in each dimension. There are four sessions of Family life program, and four sessions of Community activities program. The effect of these programs will be evaluated by taking pretest and protest in local basis.

There are some studies on tangram a kind of jigsaw(silhouette or dissection) puzzle. And Korean national curriculums mention about tangram. But the past studies and the textbooks are not so related to curriculums. So this study is focused on some problems and limitations of tangram activities related to curriculum. This study gives some educational suggestions using tangram: (1) alternate drawing of tangram (2) making mathematical figures instead of shapes (3) proper activities related to the national curriculum (especially, polygons and angles) and mathematical thinking (4) examples of exploring mathematical figures and angles coming in and out of national curriculum In addition to, this study suggests some mathematical activities of using similar tangrams (especially sphinx puzzle).

In this study, web link analysis of the Korean National Archives has been Performed using LexiURL to show the dynamic web flow of the National Archives and to identify which closely related institutions the archives should seek to cooperate with for developing an institutional strategic plan. Inlink and co-inlink analysis were performed and, to identify related institutions of the Korean National Archives. a comparison was made with other countries such as Australia, England and the United Stats. Through web link analysis, several features can be detected and future directions are suggested. Most inlinks and co-inlink of the Korean National Archives were from public institutions, indicating that relationships with educational or research institutions are weak. Moreover, Korean National Archives involve fewer web links related to international activities than other countries. Proceeding from these results, educational function, research function and international activities should be fortified. Korean National Archives need to provide more materials for supporting educational and research activities and more cultural interchange among related institutions. Further research with different heritage institutions such as libraries or museums is needed.

In order to meet the needs of integrated design process in architect industry, BIM(Building Information Modeling) education in university is urgently needed. However, the investigation of the current status of BIM education at 60 universities shows that most universities do not offer BIM education at all, or opened only one regular course for BIM education. The survey on BIM education for students shows that non-curricular activities brought bigger educational achievements than regular courses. Considering these findings and the practical restrictions of the universities, and through evaluation and feedback from professors as educational providers and working architects as professional users, the desirable strategy for BIM education in architect design was able to be suggested, which is consisted of regular curriculum of two courses and 40 hours non-curricular activities.

Due to recent various online problems, the necessity of information security education has increased. The information security education was strengthened thanks to the informatics curriculum of middle school in 2007, but the educational fields lacked detailed educational materials that could be utilized. Thus to give appropriate information security education for elementary and middle school students, this research developed an unplugged activity for them. The activity was designed by applying Lickona's integrated ethical model and design patterns of unplugged activities, and developed through expert's review and pilot tests targeted to elementary school students. Developed activity was applied to 21 middle school students and the usability was evaluated. As results, first, the activity showed similar expectations from the previous activities. Second, persistence was also similar or higher compared to the previous activities, so the activity developed from this research secured the minimum usability. The unplugged activity developed from this research would give implications in producing various educational contents for information security education.

This study is about the solution to solve the problem - aging of fisheries worker and exodus of young adult from fisheries. We tried to find out internal improvements which are necessary for overcoming issues. After that, research about inducements and institutional improvements to drive internal improvements has done. and Current policies of Korea for securing workforce in fisheries were examined especially for Gyeongsangnam-do by literature investigation and survey The main purpose of this study is, problems of policy in order to secure Fisheries managers, identify practical obstacle and the activities and management activities performance of training education. and it is to provide evidence to policy improvement. To achieve the purpose of this study, conducted studies are as below. This study is to investigate the educational performance of Fisheries managers and its impact on their business performance using SEM and SEM-Moderate-effect. In terms of the amount of impact on business performance, the level of educational achievement and management activity outcomes had the most impact followed by excellence of educational condition and programs distinction. Therefore, in order to inspire the motivation for learning and communicate the importance of such education to Fisheries communities, there is a need to introduce a variety of methods, professional facilities. The purpose of this research is to define the problems of the Fisheries Census of Korea and to make better policies for improvement. In order to complete the purpose, the research team has firstly conducted a survey in the six regions to reinvestigate the yes or no for accuracy of the primary data related to the Fisheries Census. Moreover, the team has defined the problems of the Fisheries Census through conducting a survey for the experts and users of the fisheries statistics. Also, the team has derived the short/long term improvement of Fisheries Census through out this survey.
