Libraries and Museums have used archiving systems to preserve digital contents. Especially, university libraries mainly archive research resources including research papers. To the best of our knowledge, we proudly propose an educational repository oriented to archive overall educational process for the first time. To design the repository, we choose educational resources which need to be archived. Then, digital formats appropriate for long-term preservation are heavily discussed. Based on the design, we have practically implemented the system using representative repository software : DSpace, EPrints, Fedora, Omeka. Finally, educational resources of the specific subject are archived on each system, and the result of comparison is presented.

In the regular evaluation of engineering education accreditation, there should be almost no deficiencies in the program educational objectives, but they are occurring frequently. From the regular evaluation in 2021, the second deficiency is judged as conditional certification. This paper presents an example of the application of the program education goal adequacy review system considering changes in the social environment with a relatively low understanding of educational goal setting while preparing for the engineering education certification system and certification evaluation. In addition, application cases are presented focusing on the certification criteria, engineering education certification judgment guide, and self-study report form for the linkage application between detailed certification criteria in revising and improving educational goals.

Many educators and teacher-librarians have emphasized many times on the necessity and the educational value of the school library. But actually the necessity and the educational value of the school library is not recognized as the most important ones in the educational system. Therefore I tried to find out several ways on the development of the school library and the promotion of the teacher-librarian focusing on recognition of the necessity of school library. In order to develop the school library, it is necessary that the function of the school library should be maximized and transformed to effective system. I would like to suggest the following methods : 1) Transform the present school library into the school library media center. 2) Connect the running system S.L.M.C. to the curriculum of the school. 3) Emphasis of the reading education. 4) Guidance on the use of library. At last I studied on the definition, the legal status and the education of the teacher-librarian.

In this research, the bidirectional-communication-media-system which is not able to implement by using the existing coaxial cable was manufactured and the method applicable to Educational Environment was proposed. Also, it is implemented that we can use various media contents through narrow bandwidth by network-linking. The unified broadcasting system applicable to Educational Environment based on IPTV was implemented in the last.

This paper is on the development of computer software which can be utilized as a power system analysis tool for reliability assessment education. The input data of the developed software are so simple that even a non-expert easily understand how to use it. The software provides not only reliability indices but also their distributions, moreover, it provides the factors those effect the indices, which made the software even more useful for educational purpose. The developed software utilized Monte-carlo simulation based on the state duration sampling, therefore it can manage various probability distributions such as exponential, Weibull, gamma and lognormal distribution. Within the software, the parameters of the distribution can be decided automatically from its mean and variance, that is another advantage as an educational software.

The purpose of this research is to know the teachers and parents' perception on the National Assessment of Educational Achievement system that has been conducted since 2008 and to obtain the implementation on the National Assessment of Educational Achievement. For this purpose, total of 1,000 questionnaires were distributed to 500 elementary school teachers and 500 parents in Busan, and 766 of the analysis of survey results follows excluding the retrieved and insincerity responses. First, the national assessment showed negative perception from the teachers, whereas the parents were generally positive and the method to reduce the gap of perception is needed. Second, it has to be improved after collecting opinions of a teacher and parents of students for improvement on the National Assessment of Education Achievement and reviewing enough the potential problems in the context of education in Korea and school.

The purpose of this research is to find out the problem of plan composition by use the school building. The research was performed through the checking of 13 high schools which were built after 1997 in Busan. Followings are the result of the research. Presently, all the schools are divided classes into different levels and teach students, however, it is only limited to English and Mathematics and being carried on mostly for 1st graders. Moreover, although the plan is composed Department System plan which intended to ues new various learning method, schools have changed their plan into Usual with Variation type which is old educational program and renovated a few classes for certain subjects. Due to above reasons, the new kinds of space for Department System plan is used only as a study room by reform or even not used at all. Therefore, improvement of those problems are significant in schools.

In this paper we present how to design the software-based speed and position controller of a DC servo drive system for an educational robot. The controller designed by fully digital scheme consists of a CPU, drive unit, encoder pulse coding unit, speed and position detector. The control algirithm of the controller is a hybrid one such that speed control and position control are switched at some instant to get more accuracy. The experimental resusts of the proposed DC servo-controller show good performances for the position and speed control of the proposed educational robot system.

In January, 2005, "railroad security law" was presented, preparing the systematic equipment that allows several railroad operators to consider the railroad security issue, and each of railroad operative institutions accepted such situation that construct the integral railroad security system, resulting in constructing the emergent system coping with the railroad fire accident through the relevant study business to improve the railroad security efficiency against fire. This study tried to present the studying direction on developing the emergent educational program coping with the railroad fire accident, which is distributed to the spot, about the railroad worker for improving the railroad security efficiency against fire through the education of systematic and efficient emergent countermeasure procedure of emergent system against the railroad fire accident.

In interior design and architecture area, educational system has changed since 2001 from two-year program to three-year. At present related courses are established in about 68 colleges. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the advantages of the three-year over the two-year design program, analyzing the changes in curriculum. In the study, curricula from the selected 16 colleges were collected and analyzed using the following research method. The courses were classified into 10 sectors - based on previous studies. The results are as follows. In the three-year program, the available number of courses generally increased. Of the ten sectors, there was marked growth in the 'design' and 'technique or technology' sectors after the program change. In addition, the 'primary', 'theory' and 'digital design' sectors were reinforced to represent the latest changes in the design process and presentation method.
