LAMS(learning activity management system)[1]는 웹 검색, 채팅, 포럼, 그룹화와 보드와 같은 학습활동을 효과적으로 설계하고 관리할 수 있는 유용한 도구 중의 하나이다. 비록 LAMS가 e-러닝 콘텐츠를 편리하게 제작할 수 있는 방법을 지원하기 위해 지속적으로 갱신되고 있지만, 플래시, 자바, 비쥬얼 C++ 등과 같은 외부 도구에 의해 만들어진 외부 교육용 콘텐츠(EEC: External Educational Contents)와 통신하기 위한 방법을 아직 제공하고 있지 않다. 웹 환경에서 작동되는 LAMS에서 교육용 콘텐츠로 사용되고 있는 비디오와 동적 콘텐츠 등과 같은 임의의 EEC를 LAMS DB에서 일관성 있게 관리해야 하나, 아직까지 EEC 정보를 LAMS DB에 저장하기 위한 기능 뿐만 아니라 LAMS DB로부터 EEC에 관한 정보를 접근할 수 있는 기능을 제공하고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 LAMS와 EEC와 통신할 수 있는 메카니즘을 제안한다. 특히 이 기법은 LAMS에서 불가능한 다양한 외부 교육용 학습 자료를 편리하게 관리할 수 있고, 또한 평가와 같은 목적으로 만들어진 외부 교육용 콘텐츠를 교육적으로 활용하여 다양한 통계 자료 생성을 가능하게 한다. 따라서 제안된 통신 메카니즘을 통하여 LAMS를 이용하는 교수자가 보다 더 다양한 교육용 콘텐츠를 제작 관리할 수 있다.

It is important for residents to give opinions and participate in urban regeneration projects. Urban regeneration college is being operated to strengthen the capacity of residents. In this study, the educational satisfaction of the students was surveyed while conducting the program of urban regeneration college. By analyzing survey, we intend to derive implications when constructing an urban regeneration college education program. The survey was conducted on 215 students from urban regeneration college in y-gun. Analysis was performed using the spss24.0 program. As a result of factor analysis, it was classified into three factors: education design, education culture, and education support. All three factors had significant differences in educational satisfaction. Satisfaction with education had a significant effect on the possibility of village development. Satisfaction was different according to the contents of the educational program according to the awareness of urban regeneration. For those who are aware of urban regeneration, educational culture among educational programs has more influence on educational satisfaction. Those who were not aware of urban regeneration had an effect on education support and education satisfaction. The results of this study can be used as basic data when planning educational programs for urban regeneration college.

Practice through virtual reality can increase the educational effect regardless of time and place, and it is an educational method that is being pursued even in the situation of COVID-19. On the other hand, for VR-based education, related technology development and content development must be made, and experiential methods (flipped learning, blended learning, hybrid learning) must be provided in the educational process. The development scenario was developed with the contents of drone qualification test (ultra-light unmanned multicopter) and drone practice and the possibility of non-face-to-face self-directed learning (flipped learning, blended learning, hybrid learning). It is expected that the quality of vocational education related to drones and the effect of high education will be improved through the contents, and it is thought that it will be possible to suggest a direction for the development of various vocational education contents in non-face-to-face education.

정보통신기술의 발전으로 교육현장에서 웹을 통해 무료로 교육 자료를 공개하고 활용하는 서비스 사례들이 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 이러한 서비스를 통해 제공되는 자료들은 대부분 완성된 형태로 제공되고 있어 교수자가 교육 목적이나 내용에 따라 자료를 개발하거나 수정해서 사용하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 실사용자인 교사가 기존의 교육용 콘텐츠 개발 툴을 사용하여 콘텐츠를 개발해봄으로써 교사 입장에서의 개발 툴에 대한 요구사항 및 필요기능을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 툴에 대한 요구사항으로는 직관적 인터페이스 환경, 다양한 멀티미디어 자료 지원, 산출물 버전의 다양화 등 10가지가 도출되었으며, 필요 기능으로는 외부자원의 연결, 포맷 자동 변환 기능, 기존 문서의 사용 및 편집, 학습자 정답 작성, 숨기기 기능 등 13가지 기능이 제시되었다.

국내 교육용 모바일 콘텐츠의 대부분이 영어 등의 외국어 학습용으로 치중되어 있으며, 이동통신사와 교육전문 업체가 제휴하여 동영상 등과 같은 콘텐츠를 모바일 단말기에 제공하는 형태가 일반적이다. 최근에는 아이폰, 구글폰 등과 같은 다양한 종류의 스마트 폰의 출시에 따라 교육용 콘텐츠의 모바일 플랫폼이 변화되고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 외국어로서의 한국어 학습을 효과적으로 지원하기 위하여 한국어교육용 듣기 교육 콘텐츠를 구현한다. 세부적으로 스마트폰의 개방형 플랫폼인 구글의 안드로이드 OS를 기반으로 콘텐츠가 운영될 수 있도록 구현한다.

This study aims to investigate the farmer's educational performances Influencing educational satisfaction. In general, the goal of agricultural education is to increase farm performance such as income, sales and perceptions. A survey was used to collect data from 588 farmers to the country extension office. The results of the analysis are as follows. The variables that have a significant effect on satisfaction in this study are as follows. interaction between instructors and farmers, passion of instructors, effectiveness of lectures, educational support, and educational facilities. However, the adequacy of the lecture and the diversity of the contents of education did not explain the satisfaction variable. Discussions on the improvement of farmers' education were made by considering the rejected variables. In conclusion, farmers' education in the field should secure educational diversity. And farmer's education in RDA should develop a new curriculum. Farmer's education in RDA should further strengthen the informal learning.

The purpose This study was conducted to explore the procedures and plans to establish a university-based lifelong education support system for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University. The research method consisted of expert consultation. Chosun University not only has various units of major(department) that can deepen and integrate knowledge and technology related to lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, but also has various leadership and various infrastructures that can lead the practice of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities in Gwangju and Jeonnam areas. The contents of this study were presented five procedures and plans such as the establishment of maintenance and convergence of majors (departments) units, the development and operation of department-led regional-linked education programs through extracurricular education, the introduction of majors in connection with extracurricular education program-linked courses, the selection of core departments, the establishment of cooperative courses between university and graduate schools, and the establishment and operation of lifelong education programs for the individuals with disabilities centered on lifelong education centers. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the academic foundation of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, the guarantee of educational opportunities for the individuals with disabilities, and the lead of linkage between local related organizations can be expected through the establishment of the support system for lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University.

이 연구의 목적은 '저출산 고령사회' 대비를 위하여 가정교과의 역할을 탐색하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 2007년 개정 교육과정에서의 저출산 고령사회 대비 가정교과 교육의 내용요소를 찾고, 정부에서 진행 중인 저출산 고령사회 대비 정책에서 가정교과 교육이 수행할 수 있는 역할과 실천방안을 강구한 결과를 바탕으로 서울 중구 건강가정지원센터에서 "부모와 자녀가 함께 듣는 '가정' 수업"을 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 저출산 고령사회 대비하기 위하여 가정교과는 선택으로서의 결혼, 가족생활역량의 강화, 건강한 가족문화 형성, 더불어 사는 이웃의 교육내용이 강조되어야 한다. 둘째, 이러한 교육내용은 '결혼 출산 양육에 대한 사회책임 강화', '일과 가정의 양립 가족친화적 사회문화 조성', '건강하고 보호받는 노후 생활 보장' 등의 새로마지플랜2010 사업과 서울특별시교육청의 저출산 고령사회 시행 계획에 포함된 '가족 친화 및 효문화 함양 교육 강화', '저출산 고형사회 관련 학교교육 강화', '양성평등 사회 조성 가치관 교육 강화' 등의 내용과 일치하였다. 셋째, 서울 중구건강가정지원센터에서 "부모와 자녀가 함께 듣는 가정 수업"을 실시한 결과 참가자들의 긍정정적 반응을 얻었고, 사회교육 현장에서도 중추적 역할이 가능하다는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 가정교과는 청소년들의 '저출산 고령사회'에 대한 의식을 함양시키고 이에 대한 가치판단과 자기 주도적 해결 능력을 양성할 수 있으며, 지역사회와 연계하여 저출산 고령사회 대비 교육이 실천가능하다는 사실을 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 모바일 플랫폼 환경에서 언어 기반의 교육 콘텐츠 지원을 위한 텍스트 인터페이스를 제안한다. 이는 손 글씨를 통해 단어를 작성하는 입력 구조로 딥 러닝을 활용한다. 모바일 플랫폼 콘텐츠의 버튼, 메뉴 등을 활용한 GUI (Graphical User Interface)와 화면 터치, 클릭, 드래그 등의 입력 방식을 기반으로 손 글씨를 사용자로부터 직접 입력하여 처리할 수 있는 텍스트 인터페이스를 설계한다. 이는 EMNIST (Extended Modified National Institute of Standards and Technology database) 데이터 셋과 훈련된 CNN (Convolutional Neural Network)을 사용하여 알파벳 텍스트를 분류하고 조합하여 단어를 완성한다. 최종적으로 영어 단어 교육 콘텐츠를 직접 제작하여 제안하는 인터페이스의 학습 지원 효과를 분석하고 만족도를 비교하기 위한 실험을 진행한다. 동일한 교육 환경에서 기존의 키 패드 방식의 인터페이스와 제안하는 손 글씨 기반 텍스트 인터페이스를 서로 체험한 사용자들이 제시하는 영어 단어를 학습하는 능력을 비교하고, 인터페이스를 조작하여 단어를 작성하는 과정에서의 전체적인 만족도를 분석, 확인하도록 한다.

The core purpose of the system proposed in this paper is to help learners pursue proactive and self-oriented education by allowing learners to proactively configure their own content, that is, learners no longer have to be restricted by prescribed sequence of lectures. Although a variety of standardization and Learning Management System (LMS) were produced to develop and effectively manage web contents in response to active diffusion of internet application, practical changes to assist online learners are not yet to be found. In this paper, I would like to introduce a LMS that can support self-leading education by providing various types of learners at Virtual University with delicately organized educational contents for maximum efficiency. The system allows a learner to select a lecture or a chapter which has been presorted to meet his educational needs and intellectual ability. In general, most LMSs cannot meet every individual's educational needs because they structure their programs by letting learners simply choose from a list of available lectures at prescribed level or difficulty. However the Self-Leading LMS eliminates such boundaries by allowing learners to choose contents and difficulty within the limit set by their own educational competence.
