The purpose of this study was to analyze the motives of residential mobility and variables which effect it through surveying questionaires of 240 housewives who lived in a tenement house. The analytical methods adopted in this study were factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's multiple range test, multiple regression analysis. The SPSS+ program was used in analysis. The major findings were as follows: First, the motives were composed of 6 factors ; housing improvement, housing policy, accumulation of property, comfortable residential environment, educational environment, traffic convenience. Second, there were a significant differences in residential mobility according to socio-demographic and housing variables. Third, in analysis of variables which effect residential mobility, a housing improvement influenced by socio-demographic variables, an comfortable residential environment influenced by housing variables and also family life cycle was a variable that effect factors such as housing policy, accumulation of property, educational environment and traffic convenience.
A sample of 578 adolescents responded to self-report questionnaires. Results showed that parental education levels and occupation and adolescent perceptions of their socioeconomic status were positively related to maternal expectations. Adolescent perceptions of their socioeconomic status were related to maternal emotional support and adolescent self-esteem. Adolescent achievement motives were positively related to parental education levels and adolescent perceptions of their socioeconomic status. Maternal expectations/emotional support and adolescent perceptions of their socioeconomic status were positively related to adolescent achievement motivation. Maternal expectations played a mediating role between parental educational levels and adolescent perceptions of their socioeconomic status and adolescent achievement motives. Maternal emotional support and adolescent self-esteem played mediating roles between adolescent perceptions of their socioeconomic status and achievement motives.
Purpose: The purpose of this study were to investigate the level of family support, alcohol consumption and drinking motives in patients with liver cirrhosis and to examine the relationships among those variables. Methods: The subjects consisted of 60 patients with liver cirrhosis. Family support scale, Q-F methods and Drinking Motives Questionnaire were used to measure the level of family support, alcohol consumption and drinking motives. Results: The level of family support was 43.62. Prevalence of drinking was 90% and 43.3% were currently heavy drinkers. Alcohol consumption was related to sex and education. There were positive low relationships between the level of enhancement motive, coping motive, social motive, and Q-F Index. Conclusion: Alcohol drinking is a serious health problem in patients with liver cirrhosis. It is necessary to have an educational approach for controlling drinking and family support.

The purposed of this study was to investigate the dimensions of clothing purchasing motives and to examine differences of these dimensions according to the demographic variables, and to examine the relationship between the clothing attitudes and clothing purchasing motives. The subjects selected for the final analysis were 595 adults rainging from 20's to 40's in age. As for the analytic method. Cronbach's $\alpha$, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Tukey's multiple range test, frequency and percentage were applied. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. The clothing purchasing motive was classified into five dimensions: advertising and promotion, finding of clothing meeting one's own taste, extra income, practical purchasing needs and impulse purchase. And the dimensions of clothing purchasing motive were significantly different according to monthly expenditure on clothing, sex and educational level. 2. The relationship between the clothing attitudes dimensions and clothing purchasing motive dimensions were significant.
Educational game is applied by learner's customized education based on its characteristics inducing user's interests and motives and drawing spontaneousness. And, the perception is gradually improved. At present, educational game customized by learners is provided by only the form of character customizing. Therefore, this study suggested visual customizing editor which can provide visual factors to learners in game for more efficient educational game. It will improve interests and motives of learners and increase concentration, so studying effects will be improved.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs and demands of middle-aged women concerning the educational contents of tea-culture, the managing methods of educational programs, and a plan to invigorate tea culture education as a whole. Here is the summary of the main results. 1) The need for tea-culture education scored an average of 4.14 / 5(maximum score). The actual needs for tea-culture education had varied according to the women's place of living, educational motives, and the desire to become lecturers in the future. That is, the actual needs for tea-culture education scored high among the groups who displayed strong personal motives to cultivate their inner minds and learn tea-culture seriously, groups who lived in Seoul${\cdot}$Taegu${\cdot}$Cheonju, and groups who wanted to become future lecturers. 2) The need for a systematic management of tea-culture educational programs scored an average of 4.10 / 5(maximum score). The need for a management of tea-culture educational programs varied according to the women's educational level and their desire to become future lecturers. That is, the need for a systematic management of tea-culture educational programs scored high among groups whose educational level was high, and groups who wanted to become future lecturers. 3) The need for a plan to invigorate tea-culture education scored an average of 4.05 / 5(maximum score). The need for a plan to invigorate tea-culture education varied according to the women's place of living, educational level, the managing subject of educational organizations, the desire to become future lecturers. That is, the need for a plan to invigorate tea-culture education scored high among the groups who lived in Seoul${\cdot}$Taegu${\cdot}$Cheonju, groups whose educational level was high, groups who were members of life-long educational facilities within universities, and groups who desired to become future lecturers.

This study aimed to analyze the impact of the motives of college students for choosing majors on career decision-making with self-efficacy used as a mediation effect, and to utilize the results as data for career counseling for college students. To do so, a research survey was conducted from November 1, 2017 to November 30, 2017, and based on the non-random convenience sampling technique, questionnaires were distributed to 1,300 students (2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year students) of five 4-year universities located in G Province. For frequency analysis and hypothesis testing, a multiple regression analysis and 3-step mediation effect analysis were used and the results of the analyses were as follows. The results of the analysis of the mediation effect of career self-efficacy on the impact of intrinsic motive on planning style showed that goal selection had a complete mediation effect. Given these results, it is necessary that educational institutions and society provide students, even during middle and high school years, with opportunities to discover their aptitudes and interests, and an educational system should be established to pave the way for students to be well prepared for and make decisions about the work they will do.

The purposes for this study was to provide information for developing educational programs for U-turn farmers' based on their needs on rural settlement. Special objectives of the study were; 1) to survey the general characteristics of U-turn farmers including motives. preparation, and education, 2) to investigate problems and difficulties of the U-turn farmers in rural settlement 3) to identify the reasons for success and failure in U-turn filming, and 4) to provide information in developing programs for U-turn farmers. Data for the study were collected from 526 U-turn farmers throughout the country, and after data cleaning, 494 questionnaires were used for data analysis. Based on the results of this study, the following were recommended for further development of U-turn farming programs; 1) to facilitate and expand continuous surveys on the motives. preparation, education and information for U-turn farmers will be neceassary to update the important and current information on U-turn farming. 2) Further examination of the problems and difficulties of U-turn farmers would be necessary to develop appropriate policies and educational programs for U-turn farming. 3) continuous investigations on the reasons for success and failure of U-turn farming would be necessary to develop appropriate apicultural policies. 4) for more effective educational programs for U-turn farmers. selection of educators, institution, curricular and timing etc. Should be carefully designed to meet the practical needs of the U-turn farmers. 5) more research activities should be encouraged to improve program development and implementation of U-turn farming.
This study of 855 clinical nurses was conducted using a questionnaire that include tour different scales; the motives of determining their profession, the attitudes toward their profession, the general items, and desire and expectation to their profession and society. The data were analyzed by Chi-Square Test and Percentage. The results of this study included Hypothesis are as follows; The respondents were 855 (78.6%) among 1088 clinical nurses who were employed by General of Educational hospitals through the city of Seoul, Pusan, Taegu, Daejun, Kwangju, and Wonju. 1) a. In the Age Distribution, the majority of respondents were under the age of 30yrs(88.2%) and the minority were above 31yrs(11.2%), and the preponderance of the majority to minority(9:1) was noted. In compared with area, a group above 31yrs old in Seoul (6.9%) was lower than other area (16.3%). b. The types of Educational background were 16.3% in Voc.Tr. School, 66.5% in Diploma and 17.1% in Degree.146 clinical nurses were from the Degree course, and 142 (97.3%) CN among those of them were occupied around Seoul and 4(2.7%) around other area. c. In the Marital Status,71,5% were the unmarried and 28.5% were the married. And compared with the area was 20.4% in Seoul and 41.4% in other area. d. Most common Length of Clinical Experience after graduation was under tile 2yrs (55.4%), 3yrs(14.2%, and 4yrs (6.2%). In compared with area, Seoul (15.3%) was lower than other area (38.1%) above 5yrs of clinical experience, and the preponderance of tile other area to Seoul as 2.5: I was noted. 2) a. Hypothesis 1 was significant relation between the types of Educational Background of the CN and their motives for selection of Nursing, P-value was below 0.01. b. There was a significance on hypothesis 2 (P<0.01): that was relation between their motives for selection of clinical nursing field after their graduation and the area which they were employed. c. Hypothesis 4 was accepted as significant relation between the level of satisfaction of their clinical experience after their graduation and the types of educational back ground, P-value was below 0.01. d. There was a significance on hypothesis 8 (P<0.0l) that was relation between the CN's experience on attending the professional meeting and the area. h. Hypothesis 10 was accepted as significant relation between the response about the present licence system and their educational background. p-value was below 0.01. i. There was a significance on hypothesis 11 (P fO.01) that was relation between the carrying out the regular and delivery vacation and the area. J. Hypothesis 12 was accepted as significant relation between the CN's consideration of the lack of leisure and their marital status. p-value was below 0.01' k. The main objective of this study is to investigate the factor of participation motivation, recognition and reward affecting the continuance will of university student volunteers. For the research, participation motivation was consisted of egoistic motives and altruistic motives. Recognition and reward(R&R) were consisted of psychosocial R&R, educational cultural R&R, and economic R&R. The results of this study were summarized as follows: Frequency analysis and descriptive statistics showed that participation motivation was mixed, psychosocial R&R was higher than economic R&R. By using a multiple regression, egoistic motives and altruistic motives had a positive effect on the volunteers' continuance will, and psychosocial R&R and economic R&R had a positive effect on the volunteers' continuance will. This study finally discussed theoretical and practical implications for university student's volunteer strategies on the results.
