  • Regardless of the strict enforcement of prevention education in accordance with the school facility management standard, safety accidents that lead to human and physical damages occur in current educational facilities because of teenagers with very low sense of responsibility and insensitivity toward fire and facility safety. To ensure educational facility safety, technology that will enable a fast work process and easy confirmation of electronic blueprints and related documents about the educational facility through smart devices at the site by various means is needed. This paper proposes a system design linked to the National Education Information System (NEIS) that uses the document conversion function, high efficiency resolution, and Internet of Things (IoT) to inspect and control the educational facility in the event of a safety accident through the Educational Facility Resource Management System (EFRMS) that manages the electronic blueprints, and various educational facility documents through various smart devices.

  • A comparative analysis of the state and results of the functioning of the education system of Ukraine with the national educational systems of the USA and Great Britain was carried out. Based on which we found out similar and different in the process of developing the system of training specialists in higher education institutions of the USA, Great Britain, and Ukraine. Describing the main quantitative indicators of education in the UK, USA and Ukraine, we found common features and distinctive features. Consideration in the comparative aspect of trends in the development of higher teacher education in the United States, Great Britain and in Ukraine gives grounds for conclusion. For these countries, such groups of norms as types of educational institutions, forms of Education; introduction of a unified system of credit units in order to create conditions for broad mobility of students; availability of different levels of training; study of the best experience of educational activities of other states and its introduction into the educational process in combination with the cultural traditions of Ukraine coincide. Describing the main quantitative indicators of education in the analyzed countries, we found distinctive features.Teacher development systems in the UK, USA and Ukraine are compared. It was found out that the use of methods of Great Britain and the United States on the organization of independent work in the process of professional development of teachers will have a positive impact on training in the system of advanced training of teachers in Ukraine. The article examines the information culture of future specialists, which is based on knowledge about the information environment, the laws of its functioning and development, and the perfect ability to navigate the limitless modern world of information.

  • As the world is rapidly changing into a knowledge-based information society, there is surprisingly increasing a great deal of knowledge. For this reason, various information systems have been constructed and operated to manage efficiently toward educational information resources. However, many different code systems are generally used for the lack of a standard management system. These different code systems have become significant factors hindering the efficiency of information co-ownership and practicability between each system. In this study, the author designed the Standard Data Code Management System and explored an efficient management program toward educational information resources.

  • With the development of information and communication technology, information literacy and utilization are emerging as basic skills necessary for modern people. Accordingly, information education is becoming a basic literacy education for a nation. Unplugged computing is in the spotlight as a major educational method of information education. The main advantage of unplugged computing is that it is easy to convey basic theories or principles of computer science to students through play activities without the help of special information devices such as computers and tablet PCs. However, studies on student evaluation on unplugged computing have been very insufficient. In this study, students' evaluation standards are developed to maximize the educational effect of unplugged computing. The evaluation standards consist of four areas: participation, interest, satisfaction, and understanding of concepts. The results of this study can be used as a basic study for student evaluation of unplugged computing in the future.

  • This paper concerns with the effects of the specialized projected for the local W university on education which was planned and conducted in October 2004. From the empirical study using the correlation analysis, regression analysis, and structured equation model, we found some results that educational service satisfaction was highly correlated with general instruction factor and hard ware factor less correlated. Also we investigated that university educational service satisfaction was deeply correlated with word of mouth.

  • Education is affected by technical and scientific developments. Progress in one of these areas leads give way to new educational methods and strategies. One of these advanced learning modes is what has been conventionally termed as Micro-learning (ML). It has emerged in educational technology as a result of advances in information technology as well as advances in research in memory, brain, and social-cognitive processes. In this paper, the researcher discusses micro-learning in terms of its concepts, tools, and associated concepts, advantages and disadvantages.

  • This study is designed to examine the effects of information source effects of the word mouth have on the formed expectations for the private institution and to explore the formed expectations' effects on the actual sales of the educational service. Moreover, its purpose is in analyzing what medication effects the pre-conceived expectation has on selecting the educational service. After testing hypothesis, the results showed that the source effects of the information from word of mouth had a significant effect on the expectation factors, in terms of expertise, similarity, likability and familiarity expectation factors. However, it was found that effect was not significant for the truthfulness. The significant result was found on the expectation factors before visiting the private institution on selecting educational service, indicating a positive effect. As for the influence of source of the word of mouth information on selecting educational service, the results from the mediation effects of the expectation factors on selecting the educational service showed that for expectation factors, expertise had the partial mediation effect, truthfulness, perfect mediating effect, similarity, partial mediation effect, likability, perfect mediating effect, and familiarity, perfect mediating effect. A test of the mediating role of attribute expectations in the influence of WOM message source attributes on educational services choices showed the following: 1) It was proven that attribute expectations played a partial mediating role in the influence of expertise and similarity, respectively, on educational services choices. 2) On the influence of trustworthiness, likability, and familiarity on educational services choices, respectively, attribute expectations had a full mediation effect. This research differs from the previous ones, which focused only on consumer satisfaction with educational services offered by private educational institutions in that it covers not only the influences of both WOM source attributes and key component factors of educational services on both educational services choices and satisfaction with such services but also the influence of WOM source attributes on attribute expectations prior to the first visit to a particular private educational institutions, and in turn the influence of such attribute expectations on educational services choices. Most particularly, the significance of this study lies in the fact that in an effort to more clearly explain the causal relationship between WOM source effects and educational services choices a test of the mediating role of attribute expectations was conducted. Although the research seems simple, some theoretical implications can be drawn as follows: WOM message source effects on educational services choices were positive and moreover these positive impacts are likely to be reinforced by means of the mediating variable of attribute expectations.

  • Educational innovations are first created, improved or applied educational, didactic, educative, and managerial systems and their components that significantly improve the results of educational activities. The development of pedagogical technology in the global educational space is conventionally divided into three stages. The role of innovative technologies in Higher School practice is substantiated. Factors of effectiveness of the educational process are highlighted. Technology is defined as a phenomenon and its importance is emphasized, it is indicated that it is a component of human history, a form of expression of intelligence focused on solving important problems of being, a synthesis of the mind and human abilities. The most frequently used technologies in practice are classified. Among the priority educational innovations in higher education institutions, the following are highlighted. Introduction of modular training and a rating system for knowledge control (credit-modular system) into the educational process; distance learning system; computerization of libraries using electronic catalog programs and the creation of a fund of electronic educational and methodological materials; electronic system for managing the activities of an educational institution and the educational process. In the educational process, various innovative pedagogical methods are successfully used, the basis of which is interactivity and maximum proximity to the real professional activity of the future specialist. There are simulation technologies (game and discussion forms of organization); technology "case method" (maximum proximity to reality); video training methodology (maximum proximity to reality); computer modeling; interactive technologies; technologies of collective and group training; situational modeling technologies; technologies for working out discussion issues; project technology; Information Technologies; technologies of differentiated training; text-centric training technology and others.
