유아 공동체의식 증진을 위한 교육연극 프로그램의 효과 연구 (The Effects of an Educational Drama Program for Promoting Young Children's Sense of Community)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop and examine the effects an of educational drama program for promoting a sense of community on young children's community life skills. Methods: The program organized activities to achieve a sense of community. Community life skill, a behavioral skill that is the basis for developing a sense of community, was naturally reflected in the activities. The program was designed to run a total of 15 sessions twice a week for 60 minutes each time. The participants were five-year-olds, 27 in the experimental group and 26 in the control group. In order to examine the effects of the program, a sense of community and community life skills were measured and the data were analyzed with T-test. Results: The results are summarized as follows: first, the program had positive effects on emotional consciousness and mutual public consciousness of sense of community; second, community life skills were improved through this program. Conclusion/Implications: Based on these results, the effectiveness of the educational drama program for promoting young children's sense of community and the ways to promote children's sense of community in early childhood education institutes were discussed.

  • 최근 대학에선 '컴퓨팅사고'를 포함해 '프로그래밍, 데이터분석 및 인공지능'에 이르기까지 SW 기초교육의 주제가 다양화되는 추세이다. SW 기초과목의 다양화는 단순히 배우는 내용이 다름이 아닌 과목별 교육 목표 및 교육 효과의 차별화도 기대할 수 있다. 본 논문은 A 대학 인문대학생을 위해 운영 중인 '컴퓨팅사고'와 '데이터분석기초'의 두 SW 기초과목의 교육 목표에 따른 교육효과를 비교 분석하는 사례연구이다. 두 과목 모두 '컴퓨팅사고 기반 SW 융복합 역량 배양'이란 공통 교육 목표에 따라 '컴퓨팅사고 효능감' 지표들은 유의미하게 상승하였고, 기초교육이 목표인 '컴퓨팅사고'는 주로 '일상 문제' 해결에, 전공심화교육이 목표인 '데이터분석기초'는 '일상 문제' 와 함께 '전공 문제'의 해결 방법에도 자신감이 상승하는 교육 효과의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다.

유아교사의 임파워먼트와 조직효과성과의 관계 - 개인 및 조직특성 중재효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Relationship between Teacher Empowerment and Organizational Effectiveness in Early Childhood Educational Institutes : Focused on the Moderating Effects of Personal and Organizational Characteristics)

  • This study was intended to investigate the influence of teacher empowerment on organizational? effectiveness, and the moderating effects of personal and organizational characteristics on the relationship of teacher empowerment and organizational effectiveness in early childhood educational institutes. The subjects in this study were 808 teachers who worked at kindergartens and childcare centers located in all parts of Korea. This study was surveyed with the questionnaires. The results are as follows. Firstly, teacher empowerment had a positive and meaningful influence on all components of organizational effectiveness, such as organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and job performance. Secondly, as for the moderating effects of personal and organizational characteristics on the relationship of teacher empowerment and organizational effectiveness, teachers' educational background had moderating effects on job performance of organizational effectiveness, and married or unmarried status of teachers, teachers' experiences in other institutes, type of institute, and the number of teachers working in an institute had moderating effects on organizational commitment. Also, the number of teachers working in an institute had moderating effects on job satisfaction. However, teachers' period of service in their present institutes didn't have moderating effects between teacher empowerment and organizational effectiveness.

특성화 고교 출신 취업자의 인식에 기초한 현장 실습 효과 연구 (A Study on On-The-Job Training Effects Based on the Perceptions of Employees from the Specialized High School)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 특성화 고교 출신 취업자의 인식에 기초한 현장 실습의 교육적 효과 및 취업 진로 결정 효과를 분석하여, 효과적인 현장 실습의 계획과 운영을 개선하기 위해 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 전국의 공업계 특성화 고교 졸업자 중에서 고교 재학 중에 현장 실습에 참여하여 해당 산업체에서 근무 중인 취업자 301명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였고, 240부(79.7%)의 설문 조사지를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화 고교 출신 취업자의 인식에 기초한 현장 실습의 효과는 다음과 같다. 교육적 효과에 대하여 현장 실습은 직무 능력 및 현장 적응력의 향상, 직장 생활 관련 소양의 향상, 진로 지도 등의 교육적 효과를 발휘하였으나 전공과 관련된 고교의 교육내용에 대한 교육적 효과는 미미하였다. 취업 진로 결정 효과에 대하여 현장 실습은 기본적으로 취업 진로 결정 효과를 발휘하였으며 졸업 이후에도 지속적으로 취업 진로 결정 효과를 발휘하였다. 둘째, 특성화 고교 출신 취업자의 배경 변인에 따른 현장 실습의 효과는 다음과 같다. 성별에 따른 차이로는, 여학생보다 남학생에게 전공 관련 분야의 교육적 효과와 취업 진로 결정 효과가 더 발휘되었다. 현장 실습 이전의 진로 결정 유형에 따른 차이로는, 잠재적 취업 진로 결정 정도가 높았던 졸업자일수록 교육적 효과와 취업진로 결정 효과가 더 발휘되었다. 직장 생활 만족도에 따른 차이로는, 직장 생활에 만족하는 졸업자일수록 향후 지속적인 취업 진로 결정 효과가 발휘될 수 있으므로 현장 실습이 '특정 분야의 인재 양성'이라는 특성화 고교의 목적에 부합하기 위해서는 특성화 고교생이 현장 실습에 보다 만족할 수 있도록 운영되어야 한다.

  • 신임소방공무원의 교육훈련의 효과가 현업에서 얼마나 효과적으로 적용되는지에 대한 검증작업은 극히 미미한 상태이며, 학습자 특성, 교육 프로그램, 학습성과 등 다양한 측면에서 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 주장되는 직무만족에 따른 현업적용의 실증적 검증에 대한 연구는 거의 찾아보기 힘든 실정이다. 신임소방공무원을 대상으로 학습자 특성, 교육 프로그램, 학습성과 등이 재난현장과 소방행정 집행의 현업적용도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 연구할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 신임소방공무원의 교육훈련이 현업적용도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 분석하는데 있다. 연구의 결과는 학습자특성과 학습성과가 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무만족과 교육프로그램, 학습성과와 학습자특성이 현업적용도에 유의미한 영향(P < 0.05)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

아버지의 부모효능감이 자녀의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향: 가정에서 교육지원활동의 매개효과 (Effects of Father's Parental Efficacy on Children's School Life: Mediating Role of Father's Educational Support at Home)

  • Father participation in child rearing is gaining its importance in the field of child development. Previous literature consistently suggests the importance of parental efficacy and educational support on children's school life. However, studies which that focus exclusively on the role of the father's role are highly limited. Based on previous literature, we hypothesized that parental efficacy would directly and indirectly affect children's school life via parental educational support at home. We aimed to expand on the previous literature by exploring the relations within fathers. Participants were 662 fathers whose children attended elementary, middle, and high school. We measured parental efficacy, educational support at home, and their children's school life were measured. Descriptive statistics were first conducted to investigate the general features of participants as well as the correlations between study variables. The research model was analyzed using structural equation modeling in AMOS 20.0. Results proved the direct effect of father's parental efficacy on father's educational support at home as well as children's school life. Fathers' educational support at home mediated the effect of parental efficacy on children's school life. Our results suggests that fathers who perceive themselves as efficient parents provides a higher level of educational support at home for their children; consequently, children of those fathers in turn adjust better in school and achieve higher grades. Also, the father's parental efficacy also indirectly exerts positive effects on children's school life via heightened educational support at home. An importance of paternal participation and support in child rearing and education was highly suggested. Relevant policy issues regarding paternal educational support were discussed.

가족지지 자원인 요양보호사 양성과정 교육프로그램 만족도와 직무수행준비에 관한 연구: SERVQUAL 모델의 적용 (A Study on the Educational Satisfaction and the Occupational Readiness among the Home-health-care Workers Licensing Program Participants: An Application of Educational Service Quality (SERVQUAL) Model)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the home-health-care workers licensing education course in Seoul, Korea. Based on the previous research, a conceptual model was suggested explaining the dynamics of perceived educational service quality (SERVQUAL), educational satisfaction and the occupational readiness. The data set for this study drawn from the 297 self-administered surveys were analyzed with the suggested conceptual model by utilizing AMOS program. The measurement models and conceptual model fit well with the collected data set. As results of this study, 5 domains of SERVQUAL were produced including accountability, trustiness, responsiveness, sympathy, and assurance. The results of structural modeling with latent variables confirmed that SERVQUAL were influenced perceived educational satisfaction as well as occupational readiness. Among the SERVQUAL domains, accountability, trustiness, responsiveness, and assurance had significant impacts on the educational satisfaction while accountability, trustiness and responsiveness had significant direct effects on the occupational readiness. The trustiness had significant indirect effects on the occupational readiness via the educational satisfaction. Hence, the educational satisfaction had the significant impacts on the occupational readiness. Based on the findings of this study, we suggest to intense the educational program or curricular focusing on the SERVQUAL elements. Those changes will enhance self-confidence among the prospective home-health-care workers as well as public trustiness on the national long-term care program.

창의성 프로그램이 창의성에 미치는 영향에 대한 단기종단적 연구 (TA Longitudinal Study of the Effect of Creativity Educational Program)

  • 본 연구에서는 창의성 교육 프로그램이 아동의 창의적 사고능력과 창의적 인성에 지속적으로 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 알아보고자 종단연구를 실시하였다. 이를 위해 창의성 프로그램을 초등학교 4학년 학생들에게 실시한 후 사후검사를 실시하였으며 1년 뒤에 실험을 했던 학생들을 추적하여 지연사후검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 창의적 사고능력과 창의적인성의 하위요인에서 창의성 프로그램을 실시한 이후에는 1년이 지난 시점에서도 그렇지 않은 집단보다 의미있게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에따라 창의성 교육에 대한 교육적 시사점이 논의 되었다.

근로자의 인적자원개발과 직무수준인지가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Workers' Human Resource Development and Recognition of Job Performance Level on their Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of workers' human resource development and their recognition of human resource on-the-job satisfaction. A sample of 4,727 workers that was selected from Korea Labor Panel Data was analyzed by t-test and multiple regression, and was tested by causal effects among related variables. The major findings were as follows: First, the workers' recognition of their job performance level vs. educational attainment was affected by their annual income, job status, educational attainment, gender, and experiences of human resource development. Second, the workers' job satisfaction was affected by gender, age, educational attainment, health status, job status, annual income, experiences of human resource development, recognition of their job performance level vs. educational attainment, and recognition for their job availability. Third, the factors that had a causal effect on workers' job satisfaction were educational attainment, gender, age, health status, annual income, and experiences of human resource development. Above all, workers' educational attainment had a strong direct effect on job satisfaction, and annual income had a strong indirect effect on it. From these findings, it can be concluded that workers' effort and trial for development and investment of human resource played an important role in increasing job satisfaction.

초등학교 저학년 아동의 생활안전 교육프로그램 개발 및 효과연구 (Development and Evaluation of the Educational Program Regarding Life Safety for Children of Low Grade Elementary Schools)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the educational program of life safety for low grade elementary school students. The objectives of the life safety education were established, and the contents and instructions of the educational program were organized according to the needs of the 560 children and their mothers. Both experimental and control groups were evaluated before, immediately after and 3 weeks after the education in terms of knowledge about safety, attitudes and behaviors. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Twelve contents for safety education consisted of safety for electronic games, playing facility, mobile exercise machines, elevator/escalators, traffic and prevention for injury, pricking/cutting, collision/fall/slippery, drowning, burning, electric shock, food toxicity and child missing/sexual harassment/kidnapping. 2. The score of knowledge for safety, attitude, and behavior of the experimental group was improved after the post-tests. Thus, the educational effects were demonstrated to be significant in all evaluation sections.
