충남지역 초등학교의 구강보건관리 실태 (Current Oral Health Care of Elementary School in Chungnam Province, Korea)

  • Primary school is regarded as an important period when many health-related behaviors and life-styles begin to be formed. Acquiring them through school heath education has a strong influence on the health promotion of not only the family but also the community. The objectives of this study were to evaluate current oral health care of elementary schools in Chungnam province and to provide information for further development in elementary school oral health. We performed a questionnaire survey to 280 health teachers and among them, 155 teachers answered. The result of this study were as follows: 1. Sixty five percent of the health teachers had little interest in oral health. Major information sources for teaching oral health were books in 58.1% of the 155 teachers and 83.2% of teachers spent 30 minutes to 1hour per day in oral health care practice for the students. 2. Contents of the oral health education were composed of regular and special curriculums, and an average of education time during a semester was 2.6 hours in 3rd grade, and 1.3 hours in first and second grade. 60.6% of the teachers made the children practice the proper method of tooth brushing during the education time. 3. Major problems in oral health education were insufficient time, lack of equipment and difficulty in teaching method. The educational media were tooth models among 91.0% and OHP among 85.2% of the teachers. The tooth model was usually used in first to fourth grades and OHP in fifth to sixth grades. But 63.9% health teachers need to develop stronger educational methods using multimedia. 4. Meanwhile the most important strategy of oral health in urban schools was health education, that of rural schools was fluoride mouth-rinsing programme. Fluoride mouth-rinsing programmes were performed by 60.0% of the elementary school. Periodic dental examination was performed in all elementary schools. 98.2% of the schools sent the results home through school notification letters, but post-examination management was performed in only 67.1% of them 64.5% of the health teachers do follow-ups on the oral disease of the children after the examination. Only 0.7% of the schools have oral health education plans for the students' parents. Considering these major strategies for elementary school oral health care were health education, practicing proper methods of tooth brushing, periodic dental examinations, and fluoride mouth-rinsing programmes. But health teachers need more time for oral health education, practicing and management, and developing education materials. With regard to the high demand for oral health education and poor follow-up after periodic examination, the oral health education in elementary school should be considered as a formal educational course for more proper management of oral health, including application of major strategies to the children in earlier grades and efforts for increasing recognition and participation of the parents.

An Epidemiological Study for Desirable Health Habits Affecting Workers' Health Status

  • This study identified the health habits affecting health status of industrial workers. Data was collected from 965 workers in 58 companies at Buchon. The research conducted a self-administered questionnaire survey and obtained the workers' health examination records. The results were as follows: 1. Among 965 respondents, men were 82.4%, women were 17.6%, 44.5% were of the 30${\sim}$40 age group, the married were 67.4%, the single were 30.8%, high school graduates were 81.1% and 38.8% were of people who worked between 1 and 5 years 2. As far as the seven health habits, current smokers were 52.8%, people who regularly exercise was 28.5%, 7${\sim}$8 hour of sleep, on the average were 71.4%, people eating breakfast nearly every day were 8.8%, and people eating between meals almost every day were 46.5%. Heavy drinkers who drink 3${\sim}$4 times or more per week were 14.2%, 1${\sim}$2 times per week were 32.6% and the obese were 9.3%. 3, Health status of A and B, estimated by doctors in the health examination were 80.8% and C, D1, D2, the unhealthy were 19.2%. For men, those who reported more than women in unhealthy groups and the results regarding health status reflects those for gender, educational level and age. That is to say that, lower educational level group and over 30 years of age group perceive their health to be worse than the higher educational level and under 30 age group. And these differences were statistically significant. 4. The relationship between health habits and health status were examined based on the odds ratio. Current smokers had a consistently worse health status than a non smokers with a 1.98 odds ratio. The workers who reported eating breakfast rarely or never were more associated with the unhealthy group than the regular breakfast eating group with a 2.96 odds ratio. One or more drink per week had a worse health status than a never or a little drinker with a 1.56 odds ratio. 5. General health habit score and duration of work were selected as significant factors influencing health status from the result of logistic regression analysis. According to the results of this model, the odds ratio of good health status was 2.08 for good health habit score, 1.63 for workers who worked five years or more duration at work. In summary, good health habits were associated with good health status. In particular, the workers who had 5 or more desirable health habits had a significantly better health status than the workers who had 4 or less than 4 good health habits. Therefore, in order to provide the health promotion programs to workers it is necessary to organize clear health management plans based on effective health education and health service perspective. If further research examines health habits and health status using a prospective study design, More precise findings for health promotion program development in the worksite and worksite health management planning.

우리나라 단독가구의 실태에 관한 소고 (A Study on One Person Households in Korea)

  • Korea has successfully achieved a lowered fertility level owing to the strong population control policy and effective family planning program. Along with fertility decline and decreased number of children in family, average number of household members has decreased and nontraditional households such as one person household and households composed of unrelated individuals have prolifirated, even though the absolute number of them are found minimal in Korea. However in recent years several data and survey results suggest that one person households are gradually in the increasing trend. The study aimed at investigating the real state of one person households in Korea and next analyzing the proportional distribution of one person households by a few socioeconomic characteristics, thus providing basic for eatablishing far-singhted population and social welfare policy in the future. Korea has experienced high growth rate of economy through government-led development plans starting from the 1960s. During the past three decades, Korea has shifted from the agricultural state to the industrialized one. In compliance with the economic growth, urbanization and industrialization have brought about rural-to-urban migration and a great bulk of young population migrated to urban areas, who are seeking for educational and job opportunities. Korean society has also been under drastic change in every aspect of life involving norms, tradition, and attitude, etc. Therefore, in spite of the prejudice on 'living alone' still remaining, young people gradually leave parents and home, and further form nontraditional households in urban areas. Current increase in the number of one person households is partly attributable to the increase in high female educational attainment and female participation in economic activities. As the industrial structure in Korea changes from primary into secondary and tertiary industries, job opportunities for service/sales and manufacturing are opened to young female labor force in the process of industrialization. Contrary to the formation of one person households by young people, the aged single households are composed when children in family leave one by one because of marriage, education, employment. In particular, a higher proportion of aged female single households occur in rural areas due to the mortality difference by sex. Based on the data released form the 1990 Population and Housing Census and National Fertility and Family Health Survey in 1985 and 1991, the study tried to examine the state of one person households in Korea. According to Census data, the number of one person households increased to 1, 021, 000 in 1990, comprising 9.0 percent of total households. And the survey reveal that among total 11, 540 households, 8.0 percent, 923 households, are composed of one person households. Generally, the proportion of female single households is greater than that of male ones, and a big proportion of one person households is concentrated in the 25-34 age bracket in urban areas and 65 years and more in rural areas. It is shown than one person householders in urban areas have higher educational attainment with 59.2 percent high schooling and over in 1991, Job seeking proved to be the main reason for leaving home and forming one person households. The number of young female single households with higher education and economic self-reliance are found nil and the study did not allow to analyze the causal realtionship between female education and employment and one person household formation. However more research and deep analysis on the causal facors on one person household formation using statistical method are believed to be necessary.

국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 채용에서 직업기초능력에 대한 취업준비생의 인식 분석 (An Educational Needs Analysis for Job Applicants Relating to the Core Competency Used in National Competency Standards(NCS-Based) Recruitment)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 채용 환경에서 직업기초능력에 대한 취업준비생의 인식 차이를 분석하고, 진로 및 취업교육 설계를 위한 정보를 얻는 것이다. 연구 수행을 위해 전문대, 4년제 대학의 취업준비생 355명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 직업기초능력의 영역별 중요도와 현재 수준의 차이를 분석하였다. 또 IPA분석을 활용하여 교육 요구도를 확인하였다. 연구결과, 직업기초능력 10개 영역 모두 중요도와 현재 수준 사이의 유의미한 차이를 보였다. IPA분석 결과, 두 집단에서 공통적으로 강화해야 하는 영역은 대인관계능력, 의사소통능력, 수리능력, 문제해결능력, 자기개발능력으로 나타났으며, 현재 과잉상태로 인식되는 영역은 자원관리능력으로 나타났다. 두 집단별 요구도를 확인한 결과, 전문대 취업준비생은 문제해결능력을, 4년제 대학 취업준비생은 의사소통능력, 대인관계능력, 정보능력을 집중적으로 강화해야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

초등 교사의 SW교육 수업 전문성 개발 활동 형태 및 특성 (Types and Characteristics of Primary Teachers' Instructional Expertise Development Activities for Software Education)

  • 이 연구에서는 초등학교에서 SW교육 관련 내용을 지도하는 교사들의 수업 전문성 개발을 위해 참여하는 활동들에 대해 유형별로 분류하고, 최근 3년간 전문성 개발 활동 참여 정도, 활동 후 성과 등 전문성 개발 활동 형태 및 특성들에 대해 분석하였다. 초등 교사 276명이 설문에 참여하였고, 그 결과 집합으로 이루어지는 직무연수(96%), 원격으로 이루어지는 직무연수(96%)에 가장 많이 참여하였고, 컨설팅 장학 멘토링 동료관찰(82%), 관련부처 및 시도교육청 주관 강좌 워크숍 세미나(69%), 교과연구회(66%)등이 그 뒤를 이었다. 한편 비공식적 활동 중 독서가 가장 많았고, 유튜브, 깃허브 등 웹사이트 정보 활용(80%), 교사들의 전문성 계발 네트워크(76%)순으로 많이 참여 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 활동에 참여하는 이유로 대다수가 수업 전문성 향상을 위해서 활동에 참여하는 것으로 나타났으며, 활동 후 수업 전문성 향상 도움도, 직무역량 향상도, 현업적용도 및 수업 효능감, 긍정적 효과 정도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과가 SW교육 관련 교과 지도를 위한 초등교사의 수업 전문성 개발 활동의 교육적 가치를 증진 시킬 수 있는 지속적 전문성 개발 방안을 마련할 수 있는 토대를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

중국 아동의 창의성 증진을 위한 지역 문화 콘텐츠 기반의 디자인교육 프로그램 개발 (A Development of Design Education Program Based on Local Cultural Contents to Promote Creativity of Chinese Children)

  • 창의성의 개념을 규명하고 이를 효과적으로 향상시키기 위한 다양한 연구들이 시도되고 있다. 여러 디자인 선진국에서는 일찍이 디자인교육의 영역을 보편교육까지 확장하여 국민의 창의성 증진을 위한 과정으로 활용하고 있다. 중국의 경우, 국민소득이 급속하게 증가함에 따라 교육시장의 성장 역시 가속되고 있는 반면, 현재 교육시장은 입시과목 위주로 구성되어 있어, 아동의 창의성을 위한 전문적 교육 콘텐츠가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 중국 아동의 창의성 증진을 위해 중국의 문화적 콘텐츠를 활용한 디자인교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 검증해보았다. 본 연구의 교육 프로그램 개발 프로세스는 다음과 같다: 1) 학부모 대상 심층 인터뷰를 통한 프로그램 개발 방향성 탐색; 2) 아동 교육 전문가 참여 아이데이션을 통한 3가지 수업방안 도출; 3) 전문가/학부모 평가를 통한 최종 수업방안 선정 및 교재 개발. 이렇게 개발된 교재를 활용하여 만 9~10세 아동들을 대상으로 수업을 진행하였으며, 수업 전후에 수행한 창의성 검사 TTCT 점수를 통계적으로 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과, 본 연구에서 개발된 교육 프로그램이 아동의 창의성에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 보였으며, 이는 추후 중국 아동 창의성 증진에 기여하는 동시에 추후 관련 프로그램을 개발하는 데에도 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 또한 본 연구는 지역/현지 문화 콘텐츠를 활용하여 창의성 증진 프로그램을 개발한 사례로서 여러 교육 분야에서 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

독일 현대미술관 연구 (A study of museum of contemporary art in Germany)

  • This research is on the characteristics and roles of important cities of Germany based on the history of the modern art museum and its possessions. Especially, it is focusing on the modern art museums in the western Germany including Dusseldorf, Koln, and Frankfrut that have shown economic recovery from the Miracle of Rhine; the capital city of Germany, Berlin, as well as Munich, the second capital city of Germany. Here, it harmonizes with the tradition of the past and simultaneously, it spreads the concept and role of the new museum as a forerunner. After the WWII, this is the most active of supporting investment for art museums and authors from the economic development. Also, it represents Germany with its national promotion of culture and arts. The modern art museums of Germany emphasize the mission that they exist for the people and the nation as well as creation of new art culture. These art museums working for national culture and art development do not simply collect and preserve arts. They induce active involvement from the public and keep in mind of national objectives. Here, art museums become and educational setting for the people and a room for new art culture. This research is on Germany modern art museum and it is composed of important 'public institutions' of Germany that critically influence the growth of world-renown authors. After the unification of Germany, Munchen and the western region became an important places centering around new Berlin modern art museum. They are the best places that show the national objectives and regional characteristics. Also, there are art museum educational curriculum and open space for the people by explaining exhibition plans and contents. Furthermore, there are two characteristics of German modern art museums that are noteworthy. Firstly, there are Berlin's Neue Nationalgalerie, Munchen's Pinakothek de Moderne, and Dusseldorf's 'K20' (Kunstsammlung N-Westfalen K20) that are the roots of modern art. These modern art museums exhibit popular author's collection repeatedly. This has a tendency to standardize audiences' view or to make audiences bored. It is becoming more like a trend for art work to appear and disappear. Despite these problems, German modern art museums play a critical role for a new cultural art creation and for the national identity by attempting to show the works of domestic authors as well as an intensive collection of world-renown authors' works. Secondly, there is a role as a new art museum to work together with people. It strives to continuously educate difficult modem arts, exhibits in an open space stimulating interest, participation, and conversations. From these roles, Hamburger Bahnhof Museum fur Gegenwart or Dusseldorf's 'K21, Frankfurt Museum $f\"{u}r$ Moderne Kunst, $Kf\"{o}ln$ Museum Ludwig are given new attention. Here, they emphasize the importance of communicating with the audiences and provides experiences that are different from the original spaces by showing the architecture tecture style of the art museum. In conclusion, German modern art museums attempt various changes by connecting to art education. With art museum activities, there forms a connection between arts and the lives of people, and from this, creative cultural art focused on the art museum borns. This is not only limited to Germany, the U.S., etc. We, too, should pay attention to new art culture creation from changes of role and function of modern art museums.

CCTV 분야별 인력양성을 위한 효율화 방안 연구 (A Study on Effective Plan for Manpower Development of CCTV Sectors)

  • CCTV 활용과 관련 산업발달에 따라 CCTV 관련 분야에 활동하는 전문 인력의 효과적인 양성 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 CCTV 분야의 효과적인 인력양성 방안에 대한 연구로서 14인의 전문가 패널을 이용한 델파이 방식을 통해 연구했다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 CCTV 분야의 효과적인 인력양성을 위한 방안은 다음과 같다. 교육 수강생 측면에서, 교육과정과 교육내용에 대한 적절한 설명이 제시되고, 동기부여를 위해 교육 후 자격증 확보 방안 마련 취업 알선 등으로 교육 후 신분에 대한 보장 환경 제공해야 한다. 교육 참여기업(기관) 측면에서는, 수강 후 이직 방지방안 마련, 교육비용에 대한 정부의 지원, 교육 수강으로 인한 업무 공백 해결 등이 있다. 교육운영 기관 측면에서 보면, 교육 참여에 따른 다양한 혜택을 제공, 관련기관과의 협력을 통한 적절한 홍보와 교육 프로그램 소개, 수요자의 요구사항에 맞는 적절한 교육을 제공, 교육과목 선택 및 교육과정 운영에 따른 수강 선택권을 확대해야 한다. 또한 교육을 운영하기 위해 소요되는 비용에 대한 부담감을 줄이기 위한 방안마련, 운영인력의 부족을 해결하기 위해 전문 시니어 인력을 활용, 수강생 선발의 기준은 현업 근무경험자 또는 교육이 요구되는 수요자 중심으로 선발이 필요하다.

해석적 관점을 중심으로 한 가정과교육 의생활 문화 영역의 교육과정안 개발 및 적용 (Home Economics Curriculum Development and Application of Clothing Life Culture Area Based on the Interpretive Perspective on Educational Curriculum)

  • 본 연구에서 해석적 관점이란 인간의 행동이나 신념, 역사적 문화적 결과물들에 대한 의미이해에 도달하기 위해서는 역사적 문화적 지식을 토대로 이야기를 나누는 과정이 중요하며 이를 통해 궁극적으로 자기이해에 도달하게 된다는 교육과정의 관점을 의미한다. 개발 교육 과정안은 교육목표, 내용체계, 수업지도안, 교수-학습 자료로 구성된 것을 말한다. 본 연구에서 해석적 관점을 중심으로 가정과교육 의생활 교육과 관련 있는 주요 개념들을 가정(假定)하고 역사 문화적 자료를 토대로 의생활 문화 영역의 교육내용을 구성함으로써 의생활교육 내용의 변화를 시도하였으며 시험적 수업 적용 결과도 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 개발한 교육과정안의 장점으로는 학생들은 전통문화를 인식하고 의생활을 통해 자신이 누구인지 어떤 존재인지에 대해 해답을 찾는데 도움이 되었고 교육내용이 새로운 지식으로 인식되었으며 학습 동기 유발에 도움이 되었고 해석적 관점을 중심으로 한 수업내용이 진정한 실천을 위한 반성, 진정한 인식의 도달을 위한 역할을 수행할 수 있다는 것이다. 반면 문제점으로는 가정과교사들 스스로 의생활의 역사적?문화적 자료에 대한 이해와 수업준비에 어려움을 느낄 수 있고 역사와 사회와 더 관련이 있다고 생각한다는 것과 내용체계의 주제에 담을 교수학습 자료에 대한 보다 많은 연구가 필요하다는 것이다.

국가공무원을 위한 디지털 기반 비대면 교수설계모델 개발 (The Development of a Non-Face-to-Face Instructional Design Model based on Digital Technology for Public Servants)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국가공무원을 위한 디지털 기반 비대면 교수설계모델을 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 선행연구를 토대로 비대면 교수설계 방향을 검토하였고, 비대면 교육 경험이 있는 교수자 및 학습자 총 10명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하여 국가 공무원 비대면 교수설계의 성공요인을 파악하였다. 또한 교수설계 모델의 타당도를 확보하기 위하여 교수설계 및 교육운영 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 국가공무원을 위한 디지털 기반 교수설계 모델은 학습동기를 강화하고 교육효과성을 제고하기 위해서는 학습목표와 내용 설계의 중요성이 반영되었으며, 비대면 교육상황에서 교수자가 구체적이고 명확한 수행활동을 지원할 수 있도록 상세수행방안을 포함하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 교수설계모델은 공공 인적자원개발의 교육품질 제고를 위한 기준으로 확장이 가능하며, 학습자 유형과 특징에 맞게 교수학습가이드로 활용될 수 있다.
