Because the use of furniture have changed importantly, the relationship between general classroom in primary school and using furniture has got more important than before. There are two distinctive in furniture of general classroom. One is the improving the quality of education environment, and another is the improving the effect of studying. Therefore, the goal of this study is to change the function of general classroom for goal of these two characteristic. Through this study, the goal of this study make a future vision of better furniture design of general classroom.

The maintenance of educational facilities is divided into inspection and management of facility managers residing in the school and Educational Environment Improvement Projects(EEIP) to carry out maintenance work. Educational support organizations collect maintenance requests through facility inspections by school-specific facility managers, and carry out numerous maintenance projects during the year. The EEIP has the characteristic of Program Management with interrelationships between projects, not multiple projects management. The purpose of the EEIP is to eliminate the inconvenience of school facility users and increase their satisfaction, and achieving the goal is judged to be successful. Despite the importance of management and performance measurement utilizing Critical Success Factor(CSF) for the operation of successful educational facility maintenance management programs, the system for achieving the goals is insufficient. This study derives CSFs for each stage of the EEIP for the success of the EEIP. The CSFs for each stage of the EEIP is expected to serve as a basis for evaluation of educational facility maintenance management programs and can be used as an evaluation index in the future.

Education is focused on how to nurture creative problem-solving skills talent in rapidly changing information society. The algorithm education of computer science is effective in improvement of students' logical thinking and problem solving capability. However, the algorithm education is very difficult to teach in elementary students level. Because it is difficult to understand abstract characteristic of algorithm. Therefore we developed educational contents based on the principle of the algorithm for improve students' logical thinking and problem-solving capability in this study. And educational contents contain interesting elements of the game. So, students will be interested in algorithm learning and participate actively through developed educational contents. Furthermore, students' creative problem-solving capability may improve through algorithm learning.

The article considers the training of specialists in education in the conditions of distance learning. This paper focuses on understanding what kind of experience the women leadership education can provide for adult learners and how the learners grasp a characteristic of a women leader. For this, the research interviewed learner who complete the women leadership course at the P center in Busan. To this end, it is discussed in two sides. One side is about educational experience, the other side is about leadership. In the aspect of former approach, the leadership education shows the characteristic which is much closer to the meaning of the education itself rather than that of leadership. It not only put much emphasize on the recovery to the self but also shows the relation-oriented characteristic like building up social net-work. In the aspect of the latter, by connecting the woman and leader, women expects they wish to be a 'trustful leader'. For them, 'trustful leader' is the true leader. In addition it also means 'charismatic leader', 'servant leader', 'the leader with member to growth' and 'the leader with a rational and reasonable'. Although women acknowledge that women leader's authority and power is important for the realization of the real equality of women, at the same time, however, they worry about the possibility that this leader become a kind of a 'power-oriented leader' which causes conflict and suppress the weaker. This study argues that we need to concentrate more on the new perspective which focuses on the sharing and bordering occurred in inner gender rather than the former approach which focuses on the difference between genders.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate a characteristic of the assessment of high school math and to introduce an algorithm for school teachers to perform the achievment tests for math in classrooms. Moreover, we introduce a system of objectives which will be appropriate for math in the situation of Korea and illustrate our approach via '96 High School Achievment Test held by Korea National Board of Educational Evaluation.

Taking the present circumstances into account that we are approaching the realization stage of interchange and cooperation between North and South Korea through a preparatory stage, recovery of national homogeneity is an essential precondition for reunification. The important first Step is pursuing of recovery of educational homogeneity for this purpose. The authors carried out 8 general observation on the fundamental educational system with ideology, on the actual state and characteristic of educational system for industrial technicians, and especially on the educational system for fisheries technical manpower in the North Korea. It was found that the North Korea's basic idea of educational policy is constituted by bringing up the communistic human beings on the ground of "the Ideas of Identity" and by bringing up industrial technical manpower for development of communistic economic. The basic educational system consists of 1-4-6-4 school years system, and 11 years of compulsory education up to the higher middle schools is imposed to all people. The educational system for industrial technicians is also composed of the regular school system which is following the basic educational system and of the irregular school system which is being attached to the industrial bodies. The fisheries educational system is very similar to the general educational system for industrial technicians, and the fisheries workers are treated more warmly in comparison with the workers engaging in the other industrial fields. By this study, the authors failed to find out the concrete content of the fisheries educational system including the curriculum owing to the lack of information, but this task should be studied continuously to make provision of reunification in the near future. Expressly, a continuous and profound research is required to be carried out on actual accepted state of the international maritime conventions together with the marine officers' certification system for the shipping and fisheries fields in the North Korea.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between caregivers' characteristic variables and quality of child care and to investigate the magnitude of the association between variables and quality of child care according to children's age. The following factors were suggested as the caregivers' characteristic variables: Total years of caregiving experience, educational level, job satisfaction, amounts of turnover, time for commuting, salary, pay step, years of work in charge of current children, perception on the recommended caregiver/child ratio. The results of the study were as follows : First, it was found that caregivers' salary, total years of caregiving experience, pay step, perception on the recommended caregiver/child ratio, age, and amounts of in-service program were significant among caregivers' variables. Second, when the caregivers' characteristic variables were examined in terms of children's age respectively, the effects of teacher-related variables to influence the child-care quality were significantly different according to children's age group.

The game for education should newly be newly recognized in the view of user and development to bring out the particularity of game for education combined with educational factors and interest is needed. This study is conducted to concretely look at the effects of factors to reuse edutainment contents and educational games on reusing of the service, and examine characteristic difference between the factors and the degree of importance and weight. In addition, by structurally analyzing the factors the influence of reuse factors of game for education can be observed to propose methods to activated industry of game for education. The purpose of this research is to propose marketable method to increase the rate of reuse and to sustain consistent use of game for education.

In this paper an omni-directional mobile robot is suggested for educational robot platform. Comparing to other robots, a mobile robot can be easily designed and manufactured due to its simple geometric structure. Moreover, since it is required to have low DOF motion on planar space, fabrication of control system is also simple. In this research, omni-directional wheels were adopted to remove the non-holonomic characteristic of conventional wheels and facilitate control system design. Firstly, geometric structure of a Mecanum wheel which is a most frequently used omni-directional wheel was demonstrated. Then, the organization of the mobile platform was suggested in aspects of mechanism manufacturing and electronic hardware design. Finally, a methodology of control system development was introduced for educational purpose. Due to an intuitive motion generating ability, simple hardware composition, and convenient control algorithm applicability, the omni-directional mobile robot suggested in this research is expected to be a promising educational platform.
