This study was intended to grasp the history of nursing education from the beginning to the present in Korea, and grip and look-out current diversified systems of nursing education on basis of February, 2000 through literatural review and investigation by close telephone interviews. The basic nursing educational institutions in the whole country were total 113, namely, 3 years course, 65 junior colleges of nursing, and 4 years course, 48 colleges of nursing. And there were 3 types of continuing nursing educational system: two of three were transferring to another college for gain bachelor's degree in nursing; RN-BSN programs and university of broadcasting, and the other was the system of independent learning and then examination for BSN. Total nursing graduates from junior college of nursing courses and college of nursing courses were 7,564 on February, 1999. In general graduate school, the number of master courses were 21 and Ph.D courses were 13. And the number of special graduate schools were 21, i.e., graduate school of education were 7, graduate school of administration were 2, graduate school of public health were 11 and graduate school of industry was 1. As the perspective on nursing education, we overviewed changing nursing organizational environment, increasing the system of continuing education, making standards in nursing education and systemization of nursing educational accreditation, specialization of nursing, information system in nursing education and education of graduate school. The summary of the above overviewed subjects were as follows; Every nursing educational institution needed to educate by educational criteria and standard and characteristically run BSN and graduate courses. Specialization in nursing has to develop more and more, therefore advanced education and law should be prepared appropriately. According to the age's and social needs, we have to establish counter-plan for fundamental educational environment. We have to sensitive to rapidly changing information in the era of globalization. In the level of university education, each university needs characterization of educational objectives, goals and contents, and has to replace the shortage of the number of professor. And the regulation of thesis and dissertation examinations need to be reinforced. Education in nursing should consists with specialization. Collaboration among universities will bring efficiency in the nursing education.

This study presents a paper on the implementation of a Raspberry Pi-based educational smart farm system. It confirms that in a real smart farm environment, the control of temperature, humidity, soil moisture, and light intensity can be smoothly managed. It also includes remote monitoring and control of sensor information through a web service. Additionally, information about intruders collected by the Pi camera is transmitted to the administrator. Although the cost of existing smart farms varies depending on the location, material, and type of installation, it costs 400 million won for polytunnel and 1.5 billion won for glass greenhouses when constructing 0.5ha (1,500 pyeong) on average. Nevertheless, among the problems of smart farms, there are lax locks, malfunctions to automation, and errors in smart farm sensors (power problems, etc.). We believe that this study can protect crops at low cost if it is complementarily used to improve the security and reliability of expensive smart farms. The cost of using this study is about 100,000 won, so it can be used inexpensively even when applied to the area. In addition, in the case of plant cultivators, cultivators with remote control functions are sold for more than 1 million won, so they can be used as low-cost plant cultivators.

This study is to select educational films suitable for enhancing creativity and personality in order to develop educational contents aimed at pre-service early childhood teacher. First, three film critics based on sub-elements of ego-identity selected final 59 films. Next, three education experts classified the 59 films into small groups based on components each for creativity and personality. As a result, first, films classified according to pre-service early childhood teacher' sub-elements of ego-identity, educational components for creativity, and educational components for personality were 8 in job, 7 in religion, 6 in politics, 7 in philosophical life style, 8 in friendship, 8 in relationship, 7 in gender role, and 8 in leisure activity. Second, verifying suitability of film critics and education experts using Delphi method in order to select educational films to enhance pre-service early childhood teacher' creativity and personality based on films was effective in increasing validity of the results of this research.

인터넷 방송의 장점과 시대적 요구에 부응하여 각 시 도 교육청에서는 인터넷 교육 방송국을 구축하여 운영중이거나 구축하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 인터넷 교육방송 컨텐츠를 학교 교육과정 속에서 어떻게 활용할 것인가에 대한 논의는 상식적인 수준에 머물러 있으며 이를 위한 축적된 연구 성과도 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현재 구축되어 운영하고 있는 시 도 교육청 인터넷 교육방송국 중 3곳을 선정하여 초등학교에서 활용할 수 있는 동영상 컨텐츠를 중심으로 현황을 살펴보고, 컨텐츠 수량 및 재생시간, 제작 방식, 화질을 조사 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 인터넷교육방송 컨텐츠를 손쉽고 효율적으로 활용한 수 있도록 교수 학습에의 활용을 중심으로 활용방안을 제시하였다.

Upbringing requires an active intervention in the process of children growing up. Convergence in technology and media makes it possible to augment nurturing by making blended infrastructures with new digital resources available in learning environments at schools. A game-based provision of educationally-valuable content within a collective, virtual environment combined with an analysis of events in the game after it has been played (blended nurture environment) may help to better communicate human values especially where old-fashioned discussion methods fail or do not fulfill the promise of effective, educational institution-based methods of bringing up. This is where life sciences, psychology, media, pedagogy and technology (need to) converge.

Sensor nodes depend on batteries for energy source in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) is a representative cluster-based routing protocol designed to ensure energy use efficiency whereas the virtual cluster exchange routing (VCR) information only with its closest node to build a network. In this paper, a protocol scheme was proposed wherein member nodes are designed to compare the currently sensed data with the previously sensed one and to switch to sleep mode when a match is achieved. The design is to help improve the transmission energy efficiency too.

최근 미디어 간 컨버전스가 가속화되면서 그 사이를 흐르는 콘텐츠 유형이 방송과 인터넷 양쪽을 충족시키고 또한 모바일 환경에 최적화된 서비스를 위해 클립화 되어 가고 있다. 다수의 미디어 콘텐츠를 공급하는 방송사의 입장에서는 콘텐츠서비스를 위한 콘텐츠 관리방안이 중요한 이슈가 되고 있으며 ID, 메타데이터 등 관리를 위한 체계를 잡는 것의 중요성도 증대되고 있으며 또한 분절된 동영상을 어떻게 만들고 어떻게 서비스 할것인가도 중요한 이슈이다. 이번연구는 대표적인 방송용 콘텐츠 메타데이터 표준인 EBU Core, PB Core와 우리나라 KBS 메타데이터의 분절형동영상 관련하여 메타데이터 구조를 파악하고 어떻게 구성되어 있는지 비교분석하여 보았다. 분석결과 메타데이터가 근간을 이루는 기본구조는 거의 유사하였고 각각 관점의 차이에 따라 추가되는 항목이 존재함을 발견할 수 있었다. 그리고 최근 미디어 환경변화에 따라 분절형동영상을 표현하는 메타데이터 항목에 대한 개선방향을 몇가지 제안하였다.

This study examined data from National Pension Research Institute's 5th Panel Survey on Security for the Aged in 2013. The subjects of this study are middle-aged and older people aged 50 or older providing care for parents or grandchildren. The subjects are total 226, 53 parent caregivers and 173 grandchild caregivers. According to the results, both types indicate low depression, and their life satisfaction records over 3 out of 5. Grandchild caregivers show higher life satisfaction than parent caregivers. Any of the factors influencing depression and life satisfaction are not found to be significant in parent caregivers. Grandchild caregivers' educational level and health condition influence depression negatively and life satisfaction positively.

In this paper, we review curriculum of VR related Departments in 2-3 years colleges. We gather the educational requirements from the current and future VR industry, and we survey the VR short education courses and the curriculum. The demand for VR content is expected to more than triple by 2020 compared to the equipment industry. Therefore, a VR course at a practical two-year college should have a lot of contents-oriented curriculum.

With the growing shift from traditional educational approaches and studying to the more digital classroom, using electronic textbooks and digital native's demand, there is a growing need to develop new methods for learn Kanji characters for children. The purpose of this study is to help children learn the basic Kanji by using stop motion and block methods, and approaching the basic Kanji character education with a more innovative and interactive smart phone APP. In the development of this smart phone App for children's Kanji character education proposed in this study, 100 basic Kanji characters for children are selected. These 100 characters are required for the stop motion animation production, where each selected Kanji is created as a stop-motion animation utilizing a variety of techniques, such as storytelling, to better engage children. The intelligent App is designed with image recognition technology, so that in the learning process children take a picture for the assembled block using their smart phone, the APP then recognizes whether it is assembled correctly, and then plays an animation corresponding to the assembled Kanji character.
