영상 감지 및 추적장치를 이용한 프로그래밍 학습 (Programming Learning Using Image Detection and Tracking Devices)

  • 전 세계적으로 소프트웨어에 대한 관심이 커지고 교육의 필요성에 대한 인식이 확산되고 있는 가운데, 우리나라에서는 2015년 중학교 신입생부터 소프트웨어 중심사회 실현전략으로 소프트웨어에 대한 교육을 의무화하겠다고 발표했다. 평소 컴퓨터에 대한 관심이 많고 컴퓨터를 좋아하는 학생들에게서는 긍정적인 반응이 보이는 반면, 현재의 학업 공부만으로 벅찬 학생들 입장에서는 부정적인 반응도 보일 수 있다. 즉, 실제 교육에 있어서 단순하게 의무교육만 존재하고 실제로 체계적인 교육이 이루어지지 않는다면 오히려 제대로 된 교육을 받기도 전에 흥미를 잃어버려 아예 관심을 돌려버리는 일이 생길 수도 있다. 그렇다면 기초부터 체계적인 교육을 하기 위해 필요한 것이 무엇이고 어떻게 소프트웨어를 쉽고 재미있는 것으로 인식시킬 수 있는지 고민할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 제작된 장치에서 프로그램을 수정하고 적용하면서 프로그래밍 툴과 프로그램언어를 익힐 수 있어 좀 더 쉽고 효율적인 소프트웨어 교육을 진행할 수 있도록 하는 하드웨어와 기본 소프트웨어를 제안하고자 한다.

Computer-Based Training Program to Facilitate Learning of the Relationship between Facial-Based and Situation-Based Emotions and Prosocial Behaviors

  • Individuals with autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) have difficulty inferring other people's feelings from their facial expressions and/or from situational cues, and therefore, they are less able to respond with prosocial behavior. We developed a computer-based training program to help teach the connection between facial-based or situation-based emotions and prosocial behavioral responses. An 8-year-old male school child with ASD participated in the study. In this program, he was trained to identify persons in need of help and appropriate prosocial responses using novel photo-based scenarios. When he misidentified emotions from photographs of another's face, the program highlighted those parts of the face which effectively communicate emotion. To increase the likelihood that he would learn a generalized repertoire of emotional understanding, multiple examples of emotional expressions and situations were provided. When he misidentified persons expressing a need for help, or failed to identify appropriate helping behaviors, role playing was used to help him appreciate the state of mind of a person in need of help. The results of the training indicated increases in prosocial behaviors during a laboratory task that required collaborative work. His homeroom teacher, using a behavioral rating scale, reported that he now understood another's emotion or situation better than before training. These findings indicate the effects of the training are not limited to the artificial experiment situation, but also carried over to his school life.

UML을 이용한 원격교원연수관리시 효율화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development and Efficiency of the Distance Teachers′ Training Management System Applied by UML)

  • Even though the distance education via web has a great advantage to overcome time and space, its problem is that the management of trainees is not efficient compared with classroom and group education. This problem is a great obstacle to the objects and achievement standards of distance education, giving controversial arguments to the advocators of distance education. Distance educators need to monitor the trainees'participation and responses continuously and offer appropriate feedback to the trainees. However, the existing distance education system only focuses on teaching and learning activities, and as a result, the efficient management function of distance education is not available. Accordingly, the study attempts to find out the appropriate managing elements of distance teacher training in order to effectively achieve the goals of teacher training and the efficient management of distance education. Also, it proposes distance teacher training management system that offers appropriate feedback to trainees, applying the derived elements of distance teacher training to the training processes. To verify the efficiency of the system, hypotheses on related items of distance teacher education and learning types are suggested, and the achievement degree of learning and its relations are investigated through questionnaire of learning types. In addition, a system using UML which is the standard of object-oriented modeling language is devised, so. that mutual management, language independence and convenient development environment as well as reusability can be offered, and so the design standardization and efficient system realization could be achieved, while flexible change of system according to education process and computing environment is possible.

직업능력개발훈련교사의 역량기반 교육훈련프로그램 개발 (Development of Competency-Based Entrepreneurship Education Model of Vocational Training Teacher)

  • 본 연구는 직업능력개발훈련교사의 성과와 관련된 역량을 교육, 개발하여 조직의 목표와 가치에 부합하는 역량을 습득할 수 있도록 훈련교사를 대상으로 역량기반 교육훈련프로그램의 개발과정을 분석, 제시하였다. 직업훈련교사의 역량 및 교육훈련에 관한 문헌연구를 토대로 훈련교사를 대상으로 한 직무분석과 행동사건면접 및 역량사전을 활용하여 역량모델을 도출하고, 타당성 분석을 거친 후 역량요구분석, 역량별 교육프로그램체계, 역량프로파일과 역량별 훈련모듈을 개발, 제시하였다. 마지막으로 훈련교사의 체계적인 역량개발을 위해 필요한 역량기반교육훈련프로그램의 운영 및 관리방안을 제시하였다.

  • Secondary schools in Korea have been faced with with several critical problems with regard to science education, with one of the most fundament problems being associated with secondary school science teacher education and in-service training. Therefore this study, which is a part of project for the improvement of science teaching in secondary schools, had its purposes to inquire into the following are as. ${\circ}$systems for science teacher education ${\circ}$curricular contents and its operations of science teacher education ${\circ}$systems for in-service teacher training and its operations ${\circ}$analyses of problems associated with science teacher education and in-service teacher training. In order to fulfill these objectives this study used methods of literature review, survey, and interviews. The major findings are as follow: ${\circ}$curricular hours of subject matter education are not sufficient for competent science teacher. opportunities for self-training in major are as are seldom given to the most of the science teachers ${\circ}$systematic organization for in-service traings is in urgert need. In addition to there-findings strategies for improving science teacher education and in-service trainings are suggested in this paper.

우리나라 전공의 수련교육 구성 및 운영에 대한 제안 (The Proposal for Residency Educational Programs)

  • In clinical clerkships, residents function as trainees, workers, and teachers for other medical students. Although residents care for patients in harsh environments and encounter precarious patient-safety situations, they are working towards becoming competent specialists. Residency education programs are very important in cultivating specialists able to adapt to the rapidly-changing medical environment, and are also necessary to improve the quality of specialist training. Competent specialists not only need clinical competency, but also a wide range of abilities including professionalism, leadership, effective communication, cooperation, and attention to continuous professional development/continuing medical education activities. Each Korean association of specialties has its own educational goals and standardized education programs to help residents learn specific techniques and competencies related to medical care for patients, though the training environment of each residency is different within each trainee hospital. Although it is also important to evaluate residency education programs, currently there is only an examination of knowledge and assessment of skills based on mini-clinical evaluation exercises or direct observation of procedural skills. In order to develop an objective and estimable evaluation tool that can assess the overall achievement level within each training course, it is necessary to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of residents. Residency education programs need further attention and reform.

중등 과학 교사의 교육 요구 분석 (Analysis of Secondary Science Teachers' Needs for Education)

  • 이 연구에서는 중등 과학 교사의 교사 연수 프로그램에 대한 요구와 오프라인 교육과 온라인 교육 중 선호하는 교육 방법을 조사하였다. 전국 106개 중등 학교의 과학 교사 145명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 과학 교사들은 모든 교육 내용에 대하여 전반적으로 높은 교육 요구를 보였다. 학생들의 학습 동기를 유발하는 방법에 대한 요구가 가장 높았던 반면, 과학사 및 과학 철학 분야에 대한 요구가 가장 낮았다. 숙련 교사와 고등학교 교사의 경우 평가 문항 제작에 대한 요구가 높았고, 비숙련 교사는 자신의 수업에 대한 효과성 평가 방법이나 과학에 대한 새로운 지식에 대한 요구가 높았다. 교육 방법의 측면에서는 실험 활동을 제외한 대부분의 교육 내용에 대하여 온라인 교육을 선호하였다.

보건전문대학의 산학협동교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Co-operative Education of the Junior Health College)

  • This study aimed at inquiring into the basic theory on co-operative education, grasping and analyzing the present situation of the junior health college, the present condition of co-operative education and into problem. and seeking to find a solution to activate the co-operative edcation of the junior health colleges. For this purpose this study compared the co-operative education system in our country with that of foreign countries revolving around the related literature to co-operative education, analyzed it, and the pointed out its problem. And this study classified into the solution of establishing co-operative education system, the solution of consolidating the on-the-spot training system, the solution to activate the co-operative education of the junior health college. First this study suggested three methods as a part of establishing co-operative education system as below. 1. The need to set up the ideology concerning co-operative education. 2. The construction of the advisory committee for co-operative education. 3. The establishment of an agency for co-operative education. And this study suggested nine methods as the method of consolidating the on-the-spot training as below. 1. The execution of the basic research for the on-the-spot training. 2. The reorganization of the existing curriculum into the curriculum the industrial organization requires. 3. The establishing of the system in a closer cooperation with the industrial organization for the on-the-spot training. 4. The participation in solving commonly the problems of the industrial organization and in education. 5. The establishing of the guidance system assuming exclusive charge of the on-the-spot training. 6. The submission of the evaluation sheet for the on-the-spot training. 7. The extension of the period of the on-the-spot training and the reorganization of an educational system. 8. The persistent support for the on-the-spot training at the governmental dimension. 9. The securing of the educational dost spent on the on-the-spot training and the imposition of benefits on the industrial organization.

교육훈련과 조직성과 간의 영향관계 문헌분석: 인적자본기업패널 (HCCP) 활용 논문을 중심으로 (A Literature Review of the Influence of Education and Training on Organizational Performance: Focusing on Studies Using the Human Capital Enterprise Panel (HCCP))

  • 한국직업능력연구원이 실시하고 있는 HCCP(Human Capital Corporate Panel) 자료는 HR연구에 실증적 연구결과를 제공해 주었고 이 데이터를 바탕으로 많은 연구들이 수행되었으나 교육훈련과 조직성과에 대해 전체적인 관점에서 수행된 연구는 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 HCCP 연구에 기반하여 교육훈련이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 선행연구의 분석을 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 HCCP 자료를 활용해 교육훈련과 조직성과를 연구한 29편의 논문을 분석에 활용하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육훈련은 조직몰입, 직무만족 등 비재무성과 및 매출액, 영업이익과 같은 재무성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있었다. 둘째, 교육훈련이 조직성과에 영향을 주기 위해서는 직무만족, 조직문화, 교육전이 등이 중요한 요소로 나타났다. 셋째, 효과적인 교육훈련 전이를 위해서는 교육훈련 후, 현업에 적용할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요하며, 마지막으로 교육훈련이 재무성과에 기여한 정도를 보다 면밀히 측정하여 교육훈련의 실질적 효과성을 밝히는 연구가 수행될 필요성을 제언하였다.

교사 산림교육 직무연수 프로그램 효과성 분석 (Analysis on the Effectiveness of the Forest Education Programs for Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 2017년 8월 국립횡성숲체원에서 진행된 교원 산림교육 직무연수에 참가한 유치원 및 초·중·고등학교 교사 46명을 대상으로, 사전·사후 설문조사를 통해 프로그램의 효과성을 분석한 것이다. 연구결과, 직무연수 참여 전과 후에 교사들의 환경감수성과 자연친화적 교수태도, 교사효능감이 통계적으로 유의하게 상승하여, 프로그램의 긍정적인 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 교사효능감과 관련해 교사의 자신감은 다소 줄어든 것으로 나타나, 교사들이 자신감을 가질 수 있는 실질적인 교수역량 개발을 위한 연수의 필요성이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 학교 현장에서 학생들의 환경감수성과 자연친화적 태도 발달에 중요한 영향을 미치는 교사들을 대상으로 산림교육의 효과성을 확인하고, 보다 효과적인 직무연수 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 시사점을 도출하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
