We will construct the generalized law of cosines in a tetrahedron, in a natural way, which gives three dimensional Pythagoras' theorem and enables us to calculate the volume of an arbitrary tetrahedron.

The classical limit theorems like strong law of large numbers, central limit theorems and law of iterated logarithms are fundamental theories in probability and statistics. These limit theorems are proved under additivity of probabilities and expectations. In this paper, we investigate strong law of large numbers under sub-linear expectation which generalize the classical ones. We give strong law of large numbers under sub-linear expectation with respect to the partial sums and some conditions similar to Petrov's. It is an extension of the classical Chung type strong law of large numbers of Jardas et al.'s result. As an application, we obtain Chung's strong law of large number and Marcinkiewicz's strong law of large number for independent and identically distributed random variables under the sub-linear expectation. Here the sub-linear expectation and its related capacity are not additive.

The presence of musculoskeletal burden tasks and work related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) at Industrial workers was not well-known until 2000 in Korea. Since The Occupational Safety & Health Law was registered a business of proprietor duty in preventing work-related MSDs of workers In July of 2003 WMSDs became a big issue in Korea. A social previous interest was focused on the manufacturing industry just like auto and shipping industry in manufacturing sectors but nowadays it is spreading out to non-manufacturing fields gradually. Nevertheless, we have WMSD prevention Law and System in Korea to reduce WMSDs effectively and systematically we recognized some mistakes and problems of WMSD Law and System. In this paper we study these recent problems in Korea from about 10 years experience and proposed some proposals as discussion.

과학의 본성(NOS)에 대한 교육 담론들은 과학지식의 역할에 따른 구분, 특히 이론과 법칙의 구분을 과학교육의 중요한 학습목표로 규정한다. 그런데 과학자집단은 법칙, 이론, 원리 등의 용어를 명확한 정의없이 사용하며, 이 용어들이 관습적인 언어표현 속에서 일관된 의미를 갖지도 않는다. 당위와 현실사이의 이러한 차이는 교수학습의 혼란을 유발할 수 있다. 이러한 문제의식에서 본 연구는 법칙, 이론, 원리의 의미, 그리고 과학지식의 구조에 대해 논의한 과학교육연구와 과학철학문헌을 비판적으로 검토하였다. 과학교육연구에 대한 검토 결과 NOS 연구자들에 의한 법칙과 이론의 규범적 정의와 이 용어들의 실제 사용 사이의 불일치는 상당히 심각한 것으로 드러났다. 또한 과학철학문헌에 대한 검토를 통해 법칙과 이론의 구분이라는 이분법을 넘어서 과학지식에서 법칙, 이론, 원리라는 세 범주를 구분해야 할 필요성을 제기하였고, 관련 논의를 종합하여 법칙, 이론, 원리에 해당하는 지식의 특성을 정리하였다. 규범적 정의와 관습 사이의 불일치를 고려하면 세 범주와 관련된 교육의 목표로 용어의 정확한 구분을 강조하는 것은 바람직하지 않을 수 있다. 그보다는 서로 다른 기능과 특징을 갖는 세 종류의 지식이 있다는 것에 교육의 초점을 맞출 필요가 있다.

Purpose : This study was to suggest a recommendation of the role and the operating qualification system of health education specialists. Method : This study was conducted by law and descriptive literature review on health education and health promotion. Result : This study was to analysis of the contents of the National Health Promotion Law and the relevant literature. Conclusion : This study was to analyze the suggestions below to research a health education specialists qualifications and duties and role-specific factors based on the content of legislation and review of the literature.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the problems and improvement areas by reviewing the laws related to kindergarden healthcare workers. Methods: The laws were searched at the Korean law information center (https://www.law.go.kr/). We reviewed the 「Early Childhood Education Act」, 「School Health Act」, 「Medical Service Act」, 「Elementary and Secondary Education Act」and their enforcement decrees and rules. Results: The legal role of health teachers as school healthcare professionals was comprehensively specified by the 「School Health Act. However, the qualifications for and roles of health teachers were not fully described in 「Early Childhood Education Act], indicating a unclear legal basis for the qualifications for and roles of kindergarten health teachers. To support healthcare workers in kindergartens, it is necessary to amend the 「Early Childhood Education Act」 that provides the guidelines for qualifications for kindergarten health teachers in elementary, secondary, and special schools who have completed necessary continuing education. A health hub kindergarten could be a step-by-step option for all kindergartens to have healthcare workers. Conclusion: This review demonstrated the importance of amending the laws on kindergarten health teachers and health hub kindergartens for child health and safety. These findings could be used to support policies related to kindergarten healthcare workers.

우리나라 사서자격제도와 양성 체계는 도서관 주변 환경의 변화와 더불어 도서관법의 제정과 일부 또는 전부 개정 과정을 거치면서 지금에 이르고 있다. 이 연구는 도서관법과 사서직원 등의 자격 제도 및 양성 체계와 관련하여 세부 내용을 조사 분석한 후, 다음과 같이 3가지로 나누어 기술한 것이다. 첫째, 그 변화 추이를 고찰하고, 둘째, 사서자격제도와 시행 효과를 살펴보며, 셋째, 사서자격제도 및 양성 체계상의 문제점을 도출하고, 이에 대한 개략적인 개선 방향을 제시하고 있다.

이 연구의 목적은 1990년 1월부터 2003년 12월까지 국내 주요일간지에 게재된 영재교육 관련 기사의 양과 내용을 분석함으로써 시대에 따른 영재교육의 사회적 인식과 경향을 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 연구대상의 기간은 3기로 나누었고, 관련기사의 내용은 영재교육의 동향, 영재교육 정책, 영재교육 정보, 사회 환경으로 분류하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 영재교육 관련 기사의 양은 시기별로 꾸준히 증가하였고, 특히 2000년 영재교육진흥법 제정 이후에 큰 폭의 증가를 나타내었다. 이를 통해 영재교육이 정착화 됨에 따라 영재교육 관련기사도 점차 영재교육 전반에 걸쳐 큰 폭으로 다루어지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 영재교육 관련 기사의 내용에 있어서는 1기에는 체제와 제도에 관련된 기사가, 2기와 3기에는 영재교육기관에 관한 기사가 많았다. 이는 1기에는 영재교육에 대한 여러 논의를 통해 영재교육의 필요성에 대한 인식 정착되었고, 2기와 3기에 영재교육에 대한 제도화가 이루어지면서 영재교육 기관에 대한 관심이 커졌음을 알 수 있다.
