This study aims at countering terror. So, this study explores an implication to Korea through the countermeasure of Japanese organizational direction to countermeasure. As a result, first, some countermeasures on IED need to be sought. Second, a chance of domestic terrorism growing should be checked. Third, safety of major facilities needs to be saught. Finally, Public Service System on Education and Information for Counterterrorism must be built.

Today, further education of adults in the UK is one of the developing areas of continuing education. The Open University with distance learning, in the process of which innovative forms and methods based on computer and telecommunication technologies are used, is particularly successful in the organization of additional education of the adult population. The advantages of distance learning, multimedia - the latest information technologies, which provide the combination of graphic images, video, sound with the help of modern computer tools, are noted. The basic principles and forms underlying the technologies and forms of work with the elderly are defined. The international experience of implementing "Universities of the Third Age" is summarized. The most widespread approach in adult education in Great Britain is informational. The use of computer technologies motivates a new paradigm in educational methods and strategies, which requires new approaches, forms of learning, and innovative ways of delivering educational materials to adult learners. Information technologies have gained great popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, online search for information for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a single scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The information technology of synchronous distance learning "online" has gained considerable popularity in the educational process today. A promising direction is the use of multimedia technologies in educational activities to create a design of a virtual computer environment by decoding audiovisual information.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic information for developing effective marketing strategies of nursing organization by identifying the correlation among internal marketing factor, nurses' job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The subjects of this study were 256 nurses who were working in the hospital over 1 year at three university hospitals which had more than 400 beds in seoul and kyung-gido. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires. The instruments used in this study were the communication form scale developed by Jo(1995), the welfare scale developed by researcher, the education training scale developed by researcher, the organizational commitment scale developed by Mowday, Porter and Steers(1979). The data were analysed by the SAS package using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results of this study were as follows; 1. Mean scores of internal marketing factors in nursing organization were as follows; horizontal communication 3.42, downward communication 3.32, involvement communication 3.08, upward communication 3.00, education training 2.54, welfare 2.51. The mean score of job satisfaction was 2.79 and organizational commitment was 3.00. 2. Job satisfaction was positively correlated with education training (r=0.54, p=0.0001), upward communication(r=0.49, p=0.0001). welfare (r=0.40, p=0.0001), horizontal communication(r=0.33, p=0.0001), involvement communication(r=0.25, p=0.0001) of internal marketing factors in nursing organization, but negatively correlated with downward communication(r=-0.16. p=0.0082). Organizational commitment was positively correlated with upward communication(r=0.48, p=0.0001), education training (r=0.42, p=0.0001), horizontal communication(r=0.36, p=0.0001), welfare (r=0.34, p=0.0001), involvement communication(r=0.25, p=0.0001) of internal marketing factors in nursing organization. but negatively correlated with downward communication(r=-0.20, p=0.0014). In conclusion. the results of this study showed that the internal marketing factors were highly correlated with nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore, for nurses' job satisfaction and organizational commitment's improvement, it is important to develop the education training program. to improve welfare system and to actualize upward communication. among internal marketing factors.

This paper have been knowing about policy background about Computer Science Education in UK. Every schools in UK have been teaching Computing as a subject matter from september, 2014. Department of Education in UK had replacement ICT to Computing subject. The institute have accepted that problems about ICT subject which school teacher recognised and the needs of academic sector, and the entrepreneur's needs for talented person of 21st century. We have known that Computing at School(CAS) had started grass root organization, which had been trying to changing the computer science curriculum. In the processes, it was corporation very closely among organizations, such as government, universities, entrepreneurs, awarding bodies for evaluation, and non-profit initiatives. Through this research, we have get some lessons for advancing of software education in South Korea.

The development to the high quality of life society requirers not only economic development but also high level of capacity in disaster management which can address the disaster promptly and ready for man made disaster such as fires, traffic accidents, stopping the function of infrastructure in energy and telecommunication sectors. In this research a disaster management system which utilize cadastral data and cadastral sturcure has been p roposed a s a m ean o f enhancement of disaster management capacity. It is expected that to make use of all cadastral information in every disaster management steps, disaster risk information will be calculated and provided by parcel unite and the cadastral organization will participate to disaster management utilizing cadastral organization's nation wide structural network and skilled manpower by adopting parcel-based disaster management system.

Objectives : This research has investigated the reality of the education of the claim and the degree of the education for the claimed of the dentistry recuperation organization in the Daejeon and Chuncheong are for the improvement of the problem in the medical expenses. Methods : It use as a basic data for the vitalizations of the education and performed the survey in the dentistry recuperation organization in the Daejeon and ChungCheong Nam BukDo which are registered in the evaluating organization for judging the health insurance in the present May 2010, and concluded just like the below. Results : 1. The education of the claim in the requirer in the dentistry recuperation organization, and the education of the claim was especially lacking when the dentist was studying in the university, and the dental hygienist had the similar educational experience in the school and the clinic (p<0.05) 2. Most of the requirer in the dental recuperation organization was hoping to get the education related to the claim work, but the dentist and the nurse's aid was relatively low (p<0.05) 3. For fixing the error of the claim, the participation and the extension of the judging standard of the insurance was the highest among the university subordinate dental hospital/dental hospital, but the health center was relatively low (p<0.05). 4. The dentist feels the economic burden in employing the special employee because the raising of the special judging people, compared to others, but the staffs such as the dental hygienist preferred it as one of ways to fix the error of the claim of the dental insurance (p<0.05) 5. Both dentists and the dental hygienist said proper time to teach the insurance was all needed in the school, and the clinic, but other workers relatively believed it should be held in the clinic (p<0.05). 6. The important factors to decide the participation of the lecture was in order of the contents of the lecture, the place of the lecture, the amount for the lecture, the superintendent of the lecture, whether it has gone through the educational score, and whether it has passed the conserving educational score was relatively less important in the university subordinate dentist/dentist, but the medical center was very effective as 4.50 (p<0.05) 7. Health Insurance Review and assessment service was very high as the managing department for supplying the lecture and the information, 70.5%, and the next was the Korean Dental Association/ Korean dental hygiene association, but dentists were preferring the association to manage in than the Health Insurance Review and assessment service to manage (p<0.05) 8. In preferring lecture for the inquiring the insurance, periodontal surgery was the highest as 4.51, the diagnosis standard for injection was high in the university subordinate hospital/dentists, and the more the year of the insurance inquiry, the less the doctor who was hoping for the lecture about the basic treatment. Conclusions : Taken together, it is decided that the inquiry education about the medical expense in the dentist, so the consistent and systematic education should be held to the related people, and from this, it is thought to reduce the problem of the inquiry of the medical expenses by fostering the knowledge and supplying the information which are related to the inquiry of the dentists.

The purpose of this study is to develope education for sustainable development of understanding programme. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, this programme is intended to enhance an university student's basic understanding, core skills and viewpoint of sustainable development. Secondly, the programme contains 10 modules, organised in four thematic sections. Each module is made up of two or three activities that are supposed to encourage adult learners in their mature understanding of sustainable development. Thirdly, there are three key teaching-learning strategies such as a case study, story telling and project study. These teaching-learning methods play a key role in the learning process. In conclusion, it is expected to indicate the goal and the value of the sustainable development clearly, and to provide the related information and knowledge constantly and systematically in the learning for sustainable development. Thus, it would be possible to enhance learner's awareness and attitudes towards sustainable development.

The article is devoted to studying the development of scientific and methodological work and its impact on the quality of students' vocational training in higher pedagogical education institutions by applying information technology. The article aim is to development of the organizational methodological support and pedagogical diagnostics of the effectiveness of the project «Modelling scientific and methodological work in a higher education pedagogical institution by applying information technology » realization in the framework of increasing the level of scientific and methodological work in a higher education pedagogical institution as a factor contributing to enhancing the quality of pedagogical education. The research program of the project activity envisages stating and substantiating the problem of scientific and methodological work by applying information technology in the framework of increasing the level and quality of educational activities in a higher pedagogical education institution through the implementation of the project approach, developing a model for the system of organizational and methodological support of the project implementation as well as monitoring the process and evaluating the results of the project implementation in terms of developing teachers' scientific, methodological, information competency and enhancing students' progress in studying. The set of criteria were developed to evaluate the level of formation of scientific and methodological competency as a result of implementing the project for the development of scientific and methodological work. The scientific and methodological work by applying information technology in the academy was carried out in accordance with the following principles: systematic character, consistent diagnostics, practical focus, scientific organizational and methodological support.

Purpose - The current study will provide a cause-effect explanation that will reinforce the existing perception that effective communication fosters organizational communication. The findings will also empower organizations with information on why they must polish their communication strategies. Research design, Data, and methodology - This study has collected numerous textual datasets through 'Qualitative Content Approach' (QCA). The author of this research had a responsibility to develop comprehensible methods for categorizing and drawing inferences from raw data in addition to data collecting tactics that may effectively solicit representations. Result - The current study ultimately concludes that effective communication is the most cost-effective tool for motivating employees. Two-way organization communication allows employees to communicate the hardships they encounter in their job. The result of this is adjustments that are geared towards eliminating work-related challenges. Total four suggestions exist for practitioners in the main texts on 'Results' section. Conclusion - According to theoretical research, organizational commitment is anchored on the ability of an organization's leadership to communicate the organization's values to lower-level employees. Moreover, the findings reiterate the importance of creating leadership systems that embody an organization's core values. Communication systems that engender this ensure that management discloses the rationale for their business and corporate strategies to employees.
