Traditionally, in the education for the trainees of marine officier, the emphasis is laid on the practical training on board to prepare them for the future position on board and to fit them for the shipboard life. Though the education has been carried out in various ways according to each country's social tradition, culture and educational system, in these days it is done normally by the combined way of school education and training on board to get the competence for the marine officer. Thus the shipboard training course is compulsively required to the candidates for certification as merchant marine officers by the IMO STCW convention 1978 and also it is believed that the education for the dacet officers is to be completed through the shipboard training. In spite of the various earlier studies to improve the training education system, there are few studies for the matters and problems form the standing point of cadet.

This study aims to examine the operation of a free semester system geared towards meeting education user needs by researching on youth training activities, a method of fostering talents to be equipped with the 21st-century society-required creativity, innovation ability, cooperation spirit and leadership, communication ability, problem-solving power, and venturing spirit, among other key capabilities. Thus, targeting seven public and private youth training facilities in Jeollanam-do, user satisfaction with ongoing youth training activities and achievement levels were surveyed so that problems of training facilities could be identified and improvement measures could be presented so as to ensure education that can satisfy both education providers and users.

코로나19는 직업능력개발 분야의 교육훈련 환경을 크게 변화시켰다. 상대적으로 집체훈련 비중이 큰 직업능력개발훈련은 일부 훈련과정을 온라인 방식으로 전환하여 온라인과 오프라인을 병행하는 학습 방식이 직업능력개발훈련 현장에 실현되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황에 주목하여 기존의 집체 방식의 직업능력개발훈련을 대체할 수 있는 비대면 원격훈련시스템을 구축하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대학, 공공 고등직업훈련기관, 민간 직업훈련기관 등의 학습자들을 대상으로 비대면 교육 경험을 조사하여 교육환경과 교육목적이 상이한 학습자들의 비대면 학습경험을 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 비대면 교육을 위한 원격훈련시스템 구축 방안의 초안을 구성하여, 비대면 원격훈련시스템 초안에 대한 델파이 조사를 통해 비대면 교수학습 전략, 학습 및 운영 지원 방안 등 원격훈련시스템 구축안을 제안하였다.

This study aimed to review the expected changes in the medical educational environment and to evaluate approaches to coping with the abolition of the postgraduate intern training system. It is expected that after the intern training system is dismantled, postgraduate medical students will be deprived of the opportunity to practice opportunity for clinical practice and to inquire into their medical specialization. Therefore, major improvements in the clinical education curriculum must be made so that students can do so through the clinical education program. Offering students the opportunity to perform clinical practice through the clinical education program might require a revision in the laws and regulations on clinical education as well as the standardization of the clinical education curriculum in line with international practices. Reform measures to provide students the opportunity to inquire their specializations might be the introduction of a medical curriculum containing diverse fields and the establishment of a matching program to assign medical students to their residency programs after medical school. Finally, the fact that the basic concern of postgraduate medical education is the cultivation of primary care physicians must not be forgotten even after the dismantling of the postgraduate intern training system.

이 연구의 목적은 교육청의 교원연수체제를 개발하는 사례를 정리함으로써 단위 교육청 교원연수체제를 개발을 위한 기초적인 자료와 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 A교육청의 교원연수체제 개발 사례를 방법, 근거, 결과 중심으로 정리하였고, 이러한 사례를 통하여 시사점을 도출하였다. A시의 특성과 요구에 맞는 교원연수체제의 개발을 위해 실태 분석과 요구 분석, 국내외 교원연수 및 기업 사례 분석, 문헌 조사 및 전문가 집단 자문의 방법을 활용하여 교원연수체제의 모형을 설계하였고 이를 근거로 하여 프로그램(안)을 개발하였다. A교육청 교원연수체제의 모형은 비전(인재상)과 목표(세부 인재상), 추진방향으로 구성되어 있으며, 이를 기초로 연수프로그램(안)인 4S 프로젝트가 개발되었다. 이러한 개발 사례를 통하여 교육청의 비전과 인재상에 기초한 교원연수의 비전 수립, 교원연수의 비전에 부합하는 프로그램 개발, 실행을 위한 추진전략 제안 등을 시사점으로 제시하였다.

Quality Management is a recent phenomenon. This is applied to products or services, with an objective to deliver high quality, reliable, worthy, enduring, product or service. The process is considered to have four main components: quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. Focusing on quality control and quality assurance leads to achieving quality management or ensures that an organization or product is consistent. In this paper, the applicable international standard for learning services and for the organization for education and training (learning service provider) is discussed and also the procedure to implement the management system.

This study were tried to suggest basic materials for making education and training plan, and members of organization were researched about thinking of education and training effectiveness and perceptible level. The subjects of this study were 762 hospital employee selected from ten of university hospitals in Seoul, Incheon, and Kyung Gi which are doing an education and training, and conducted a self-completion questionnaire. As a result of study and plan for raising the effectiveness were indicated following statements. Firstly, according to the general specific, training effectiveness was appeared similar. So, it requires suitable alternatives to make educational programs. Secondly, according to analysis of education and training necessity, achieving a goal for education and training have difference. it needs to be scientific analysis about necessity of education and training. Thirdly, when contents of education and training program are satisfied to educatee and fit for them, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher. Therefore, establishing the goal of education training is concrete, realistic, and measurable for increasing learning motivation. Next to, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher, when education and training person in charge taught to educatee very well, and they were satisfied about teaching. Consequently, they who nourishment of education and training person in charge within company have to improve their ability. And then, when educatee fit for teaching technique and satisfied about it, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher. So, education and training were tried to find many of technique for fitting the desire of educatee. Sixth, the more education and training environment is satisfactory, the more educatee have high thinking of education and training effectiveness. CEO in hospitals have to think about many-sided solution for employee. Seventh, the more education and training have correct achieving organizational goal, the more educatee have high thinking of education and training effectiveness. Accordingly, hospital management should make up for education and training system. Then, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher, when education and training measure an effect, and reflect to personnel management and assessment of an employee's performance. It should be the feedback for using information which is planning education and training. In conclusion, when result of measurement of education and training reflect to make a education and training plan, thinking of education and training effectiveness is higher, and result of measurement of education and training should reflect to make a education and training plan.

육군의 화력장비 정비교육 중 특기병 교육은 실습용 장비가 부족하고 많은 교육생으로 실습기회가 적고 정비실습 시 안전사고 발생위험이 높아 실질적인 실습이 제한적이고 반복 실습이 어렵기 때문에 교육적 효과가 미비한 게 현실이다. 따라서 실제와 같은 체험훈련으로 교육성과를 높이는 훈련시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 시공간을 초월하여 훈련비용을 낮추고 실제와 같은 체험훈련을 할 수 있으며, 표준 정비매뉴얼이 반영되고 팀워크를 이루어 훈련할 수 있는 가상훈련시스템을 제안한다. 가상훈련시스템은 시공간을 초월하여 비용을 낮추고 실제와 같은 훈련이 가능한 시스템으로 본 연구에서 제안한 3차원 디스플레이 시스템인 HMD를 이용한 1인칭 시점의 가상훈련시스템은 육군 화력장비 정비교육에 적합한 시스템이며 확장성이 좋기 때문에 다른 장비와 타군의 정비교육에도 활용되어 군의 정비능력 향상에 크게 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Despite a general acknowledgement of the importance of thorough needs analysis, a lot of training and education programmes are not considering needs analysis. When it is actually done, needs analysis is often trial and error or conducted in a fairly ad hoc manner. we are feel to needs for systematic approach to training and education needs analysis. We investigated the training and education needs for safety management system of railway manager. railway manager is just object to safety management team. we are develop to questionnaire design for safety management system in railway safety management. The questionnaire is separate to expert and a staff in charge related railway safety. We are discusses to primary needs safety management system in railway management team, and proposed to adapting training needs analysis method in railway safety.

After 1990, Food service industry is growing up so fast and asking a lot of employee to be able to work this one. Our society will continue the growth of quantity and quality of food service industry with closing to the developed country and increasing the national income and leisure time. But our present culinary education system cannot gain the efficient of professional training to adopt food service industry without re-education and training. So, in our culinary education we have to be introduced new education system which is used effectively as a professional culinary education system in C.I.A. This system has merit to be able to teach step by step from basic to advanced course. Also Most of school system(management purchasing, human research, school life, etc.) is focused for culinary education. But, although this system has a lot of merits, it is too early toy us to adopt in our culinary education system. Because our education system has too much limited educational administrations of government and school for introducing new education system. The present educational situation is not enough to have facilities and financial support Finally, our culinary educational system have to change to right direction to improve in culinary education. Block system is one of the well-prepared system. But we need to administrational support of government and school to be able to adopted to our culinary educational system.
