Purpose - this study analyzes the impact of restaurant startup education on transfer effects in learning and entrepreneurial intentions based on previous research. Also, problems and ways to provide effective business startup education for a restaurant founder will be proposed based on the result. Research design, data, methodolog - this study collected surveys by conducting direct investigation. From July 20th of 2016 to September 20th of 2016 (approximately 60 days), the survey was collected. Out of 540 surveys, 520 were collected. And excepting 9 surveys which were untrustworthily conducted, total 511 surveys were used for the analysis. Results - First, as a result of the impact of which factor of a restaurant founder's startup education has a positive impact on transfer effect in learning (the satisfaction of startup education and learning transfer), law education, entrepreneurship education and business district analysis education and practical education have turned out be positively related variables. Secondly, as a result of the impact of a restaurant founder's startup education satisfaction on transfer in learning, it has been identified that startup education has a positive impact. Lastly, by conducting an analysis to find out which factor from a restaurant founder's transfer effect in learning has an impact on entrepreneurial intention, all variables, including startup education satisfaction and transfer effect in learning, are positively influencing factors. Conclusions - as startup education satisfaction of a restaurant founder is increasing, there is a higher level of transfer effect in learning. Moreover, as transfer effect of startup business is getting higher, it has an impact on entrepreneurial intention.

교육수요자와 대학 간의 원활한 양방향 소통을 위해서는 올바른 시스템을 갖춘 만족도조사가 병행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 교육수요자 만족도조사의 실시과정에서 기인하는 불성실응답의 원인을 지적하면서 학생들의 성실한 응답을 유도할 수 있는 신뢰성 제고방안에 대해 논의한다. S대학교의 사례를 분석한 결과 강제적인 온라인 평가방식으로 인해 높은 응답률은 얻었지만, 불성실한 일관적 응답의 비율이 높게 나타났다. 이에 조사의 신뢰도를 확인하고 조사방법의 개선을 위해 재조사를 진행하였다. 연구결과 대표성 있는 표본조사를 통해 일관적 응답패턴은 감소하였고 자료의 분포는 정규분포를 충족하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 이러한 심층적인 원인과 해결방안을 파악하고자 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 마지막으로 교육수요자 만족도조사의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 다각적인 시도 및 연구가 필요하다는 점을 밝히면서 신뢰성 제고방안에 대해 제언한다.

This study proposes to implement premarital education programs designed to enhance potential capacity in marital life, targeted at marriage expectant couple and verify the effectiveness of the programs. For this study, 8 marriage expectant couples residing in Seoul participated. For this study, advance and follow-up surveys were conducted. To be specific, the advanced surveys questions were posed regarding general features, the level of communication, conflict-resolution skills and the attitude toward the role of the gender and so forth of those persons polled. In follow-up surveys, questions were asked regarding the extent to which the participant was satisfied with the contents of the education and teaching process in each session of the programs, the attitude toward the role of the gender, the level of communication and conflict-resolution skills. The effectiveness of the program was verified based on the subjective level of satisfaction of the instructor and the program manager and the statistical analyses of advance and follow-up surveys. Our findings show: First, the changes in 'the attitude toward the role of the gender' of the participants after 'the education of the role of the gender' were not significantly related. Second, after 'the education of communication' was implemented, the capability of the participants to communicate proved to have improved. Third, the extent to which the participants were satisfied with the contents of the education scored higher than the average, the level of educational satisfaction with 'the skills of communication between the husband and wife' scoring the highest. Fourth, with respect to the level of overall satisfaction with the educational effects of the program, the level of satisfaction with improved relationship between each party of the couple turned out relatively high, and the level of the overall education program also proved to be high.

Big data is structured and unstructured data that is so difficult to collect, store, and so on due to the huge amount of data. Many institutions, including universities, are building student convergence systems to foster talents for data science and AI convergence, but there is an absolute lack of research on what kind of education is needed and what kind of education is required for students. Therefore, in this paper, after conducting the correlation analysis based on the questionnaire on basic surveys and courses to improve the curriculum by grasping the satisfaction and demands of the participants in the "2019 Big Data Youth Talent Training Course" held at K University, Regression analysis was performed. As a result of the study, the higher the satisfaction level, the satisfaction with class or job connection, and the self-development, the more positive the evaluation of program efficiency.

This article examined the effects of self-reflecting journal writing in speaking class on academic performance of science and engineering students. To assess the effect, 27 science and engineering students from the "Speech and Life" class were asked to keep a self-reflecting journal. Pre and post-intervention surveys were conducted, followed by the analysis of learning effect and satisfaction. In addition to the pre and post-intervention surveys, an additional survey on speaking ability was conducted at the same time and the change of the students' ability was assessed. Results showed that after writing self-reflection journals, participants' learning effect and satisfaction has increased, and their speaking performance was also improved.

The research was conducted by center for children's foodservice management in Hanam-si. In order to improve job satisfaction, a survey was carried out by working conditions and job satisfaction in children foodservice employees working at child daycare centers registered from January to April. Ninety-five surveys out of 120 were collected, and 76 surveys were analyzed. Job satisfaction consisted of four elements, working environment, welfare, human relationships, and job-itself, analyzed by general characteristics. Pearson's correlation was carried out between job satisfaction and intention to change job by Likert 5 scales using SPSS statistic program. The percentages of child daycare centers owned by civilians was 52.6%, high school education level was 65.8%, permanent workers was 68.4%, and less than 1 year of foodservice was 34.2%. Average scores of job satisfaction were as follows: working environment scored 20.6 out of 25 points, welfare scored 10.3 out of 15 points, human relationships scored 17.5 out of 20 points, and job-itself scored 13.2 out of 15 points. The lowest job satisfaction average was 'I get paid fairly regarding the working hours and the amount of work' with a score of 3.6 points. Job satisfaction based on facility type, age, education level, and working period did not show significant differences, whereas hired status, numbers of foodservice children, and intention to change jobs showed significant differences. Hired status showed significant differences with welfare satisfaction (P<0.05). Numbers of children showed a significant difference with welfare and human relationship satisfaction (P<0.01, P<0.05). Intention to change job showed a significant difference with four elements of job satisfaction (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.01). In conclusion, to improve job satisfaction of children foodservice employees, working conditions and welfare satisfaction should be increased.

컴퓨터 교양 교육은 과거 ICT 활용 중심에서 현재 영상미디어 제작, SW개발 등 다양한 전문적 영역으로 확대되고 있다. 특히 영상미디어 제작 관련 컴퓨터 교과목의 경우 실습과정이 복잡하고 반복실습이 요구되기 때문에 전통적인 실습실 강의를 통해서는 실무에서 적용 가능한 수준에 이르는 데 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 서울소재 S대학교에서 교양선택 과목으로 운영 중인 '컴퓨터그래픽' 교과목을 전통적 강의에서 블렌디드 러닝 강의로 변경하고 적용 전후의 학생만족도 조사 데이터를 분석하여 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 학생만족도 점수 분석결과 전통적 강의보다 블렌디드 러닝 강의에 대한 학생 만족도가 높았고, 교강사별 강의만족도의 편차가 줄어드는 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 만족도 조사의 서술 의견을 통해서도 블렌디드 러닝 강의가 효과적이었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

이 연구의 목적은 교양체육수업의 만족도가 대학생활만족도 및 학업지속의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 학업지속의도를 높이는 효과적 대학정책 수립에 사용될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 것에 있다. 교양체육수업에 참여중인 대학생을 대상으로 총 185부의 설문지를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교양체육수업의 만족도는 대학생활만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 직접영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생활만족도는 학업지속의도에 유의한 정(+)의 직접영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교양체육수업만족도는 학업지속의도에 통계적으로 유의한 직접영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교양체육수업만족도는 대학생활만족도를 매개로 하여 학업지속의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 간접영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

교육이 효과적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 교육대상자들에 대한 평가가 적절하게 이루어질 필요가 있다. SW 교육의 효과성을 높이기 위해서는 교육에 대한 학생의 만족도를 분석하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 교육과정을 재구성 할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 SW 교육에 대한 학생들의 만족도를 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 SW 교육 만족도 측정 도구 개발을 설계하고 진행하였다. 만족도 측정 도구의 범주 및 문항을 개발하고 전문가 검증 및 AHP 분석을 통해 타당도를 검증하였으며, 예비 검사를 통해 최종 문항을 선정하였다. 본 연구를 통해 SW 교육 만족도를 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하였으며, 이를 통해 유의미한 교육 설계에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

본 연구는 사범대학 영어교육과에 재학 중인 학생들의 교양영어에 대한 인식과 요구를 바탕으로, 전공에 특화되나 전공 교육과는 차별화된 좀 더 효과적인 교양 영어교육에 대한 제언을 하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 영어교육과에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 영어교양 교육의 인식과 요구와 관련된 설문과 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 설문 결과, 현 교양영어에 대한 영어교육과 학생들의 만족도는 전체적으로 3점대로 높지는 않았다. '멀티미디어 시설 등 강의실 환경'에 대한 만족도나 교수진의 전문성, 자질, 교수방법'은 타 항목에 비해서 평균 점수가 비교적 높았으나 '영어실력 향상의 정도'나 '흥미유발 정도'에 대한 항목 가장 낮은 평균점수를 보였다. 이 외에도 본 연구에서 수행한 교양영어 프로그램에 대한 요구와 수준별 수업에 대한 요구, 교수자에 대한 요구 결과를 바탕으로 영어교육 전공자들을 위한 교양영어 교육을 위하여 제안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영어 교육 전공자들을 위한 전공특화 교양영어선택 과목을 개설한다. 둘째, 전공과 연계된 교양영어 회화 과목을 개발한다. 또한 영문학을 바탕으로 한 의사소통중심 교양 독해수업을 개발한다.
