Smart education in the information window, type talent in modern society is changing as talented smart shoes, smart automation creative talent through education, training can be called education revolution. In other words, the advent of smart devices, such as knowledge and information and to actively growing individual customized training paradigm change in the way education and training to reflect this approach. Therefore, in this paper, a smart learning environment based technologies for implementing the system was designed to be the next generation of cloud computing and N screen-based smart education system was studied. From this, educational functions and features in a smart media environment, based on the analysis of the utilization of a smart education system, which maximizes the system design were studied.

Out-door learning activity in environmental education has been emphasized as an effective method in environmental education since the aims of environmental education emphasize students'value, attitude, actions as well as knowledge. In order to implement successfully out-door learning activity in environmental education classrooms, teachers'perceptions to environmental problems and experiences at fields are essential. An environmental education network among the metropolitan city and provincial office of education, nongovernmental organization of environmental movement and education and university was established and a teachers'in-service training program of out-door learning centered environmental education was implemented. The program was developed in order to 1) connect environmental education with the regional environmental situations, 2) provide teachers with opportunities to participate in an out-door learning program, and 3) train teachers to be environmental education leaders of out-door learning. For evaluation of the program, responses of participants to questionnaire were analyzed. Most of teachers responded that their perception of environment was changed positively after the participation in the program. This study suggested that a future planning of a teachers'in-service training program of out-door learning centered environmental education should be developed in considerations of arranging enough hours for out-door learning at regional environmental sites, applying performance assessment, providing teachers with multiple opportunities with programs in different levels including enriched programs, and establishing an environmental education network among nongovernmental organization of environment movement and education, university, and local offices and department of education.

This study aimed to review the expected changes in the medical educational environment and to evaluate approaches to coping with the abolition of the postgraduate intern training system. It is expected that after the intern training system is dismantled, postgraduate medical students will be deprived of the opportunity to practice opportunity for clinical practice and to inquire into their medical specialization. Therefore, major improvements in the clinical education curriculum must be made so that students can do so through the clinical education program. Offering students the opportunity to perform clinical practice through the clinical education program might require a revision in the laws and regulations on clinical education as well as the standardization of the clinical education curriculum in line with international practices. Reform measures to provide students the opportunity to inquire their specializations might be the introduction of a medical curriculum containing diverse fields and the establishment of a matching program to assign medical students to their residency programs after medical school. Finally, the fact that the basic concern of postgraduate medical education is the cultivation of primary care physicians must not be forgotten even after the dismantling of the postgraduate intern training system.

Police education has shown a pronounced improvement during three eras in American police history. as the Reform Era arrived, the police academy was invented. With it, citizen expectations for the police expanded, and the level of competence exhibited by police grew. After the 1960s came the invention of the FTO and the creation of ongoing, in-service training requirements. in recent years, academics in many places-but by no means everywhere-are taking a more collegial approach to training, aimed especially at COP- style policing and the achievement of genuine professionalism. The Korean police training system is less efficient in education methodology, more inappropriate in the switch system of school education and practice, and poorer in educational environment, among others. Based on my findings, this paper recommends several improvement tips. First, legal stipulations on police training should be integrated and detailed. Second, active participation by preliminary police officers should be emphasized in the class of police training. Third, contents and hours for practice should be emphasized to maximize effects of the "switch system." Fourth, the educational environment of the Academy should be improved.

The purpose of this research is to identify the overall operation status of the marine program, which operates in the Department attempted, in various qualities and operational programs consisting of lecturers derives the problem, and to the policy proposal accordingly. In order to complete the purpose, to analyzed based on the status of marine programs of the Marine Training Center Chungcheong Cluster of three Education Offices from 2014 until the first half of 2016. This research examined to seek managing the way of effectiveness for training through the teachers' perceptions and the current status of in-service training for the gifted in arts. Conclusions based on the results of the analysis are as follow. First, it is analyzed that about 49.4 percent of respondents do not have any experiences of in-service training related to the gifted education in arts and there are also teachers who teach with no experiences of in-service training. Moreover, it is also analyzed that in-service training is generally being conducted with revolving to basic courses and the opportunities that teachers are able to develop programs for themselves are offered insufficiently. Second, in terms of management of in-service training, it is implied that accessibility to the training site and the active promotion of program, as well as sufficient provision of information, have to be considered in advance. Third, teachers have recognition that it is important to secure the diversification of training types, professionalism of instructors and managing directors for the effectiveness of in-service training. Forth, in terms of program, teachers show that the provision of educational programs, the diversification of training contents and the differentiated opportunities for developing programs according to basic, advanced courses, which can be applied to the field of gifted education in arts are most important. Furthermore, the convenience of transportation and the amenity of training facility are said to be important elements. Therefore, we suggest that, for increasing the effectiveness of in-service training for teachers of the gifted in arts, not only differentiated in-service training model and curriculum which can be applicable to the field, but also efficient environment suitable for the characteristics of the gifted education in arts.

In these days, the practical training education is getting highlighted in IT curriculum. This study is for the Cloud computing based Virtual Desktop Service Plan of IT education and its efficient operation and management plan. With the implementation of a virtual lab environment system, the training environment which is customized by the curriculum is able to be provided. Also in the case of the limited system, the curriculum is able to be provided for each subject in advance. Therefore if the Cloud Training (or Practicing) Portal system for the multiple cyber universities is implemented according to this study's estimated scale and operation managing policies, the virtual training education service system could be provided in more efficient and more effective ways.
