The purpose of this study is to analyze the edition of 21 of the Dewey Decimal Classificatin. Edition 21 includes major revisions of three schedules : 350-354 Public administration, 370 Education, and 560-590 Life sciences. The aim of Edition 21 was user convenience, Regularization, Faceting, Terminology, International needs and Cooperative development and Changes in the database. The Dewey Decimal Classification is preparing for the future in a number of ways. Editorial work is supported by a UNIX-based system and access to online bibliographic databases. Two edition of Electronic Dewey have been published and a Windows version have been published.

This study was carried out to analyze the social interests and demands in health-concerned editorials and to help formulate the public opinions in proper ways. The analysis covered the editorials of five leading news papers such as Chosun Ilbo, Han Kook Ilbo. Han Kyu Re, Joongang Ilbo, Donga Ilbo for the past three years from. June 1, 1987 to May 31, 1990. The major findings are as follows. 1. The total number of health-concerned editorials in the five daily newspapers for the period was 414. occupying $4.6\%$, of the total editorials. 2. The main concerned areas of editorial topics was environmental pollution, which was followed by medical affairs, environmental sanitation, health behavior, social-welfare, demography and so on. 3. The $42.5\%$ of the total number of editorials were appeared in dealing with the outbreak of relevant events in social matters. The distribution of motives to dealing the editorials shows no significant difference by news papers and topics. 4. The $66.4\%$ of the total editorials were addressed toward the government policies. They criticized current governmental policies and gave warnings and $52.4\%$ of them ask for the government to increase governmental attention and will in health related matters.

Every researcher wants their research to gain more recognition, and this desire is achieved by publishing their article in a journal with higher impact. It is very important to get researchers interested in the Journal of Korean Neurosurgical Society (JKNS). Therefore, the first goal was to promote the publication of papers in our journal. To do this, a table of contents was sent out, and the citation ranking was announced every 2 months. Several efforts have been made to publish good papers. Foreign speakers, who were invited to a conference hosted by the Korean Neurosurgical Society were contacted and politely requested to write a paper addressing their recent research. Domestic and international researchers highly renowned in their fields were also contacted to submit their novel works to our journal. The journal impact factor of our journal has continued to rise for the last 3 years and reached 1.376 in 2019. It can be said that the JKNS is now competitive with other international neurosurgery journals. These achievements were not due to the efforts of the editorial boards alone. This was because our society members have submitted very good papers, and because many of our members have cited the papers published in our journal. We believe that this will continue in the future. The next step of evolution of the JKNS has begun, and this is the beginning of another great development.

issued in the U.S is a magazine specialized in graphic design, which has a totally different style from commercial magazines such as show case. The main motive why Rudy VanderLans, the publisher, first issued this magazine in the early 1980s is his assertion that there is no design paradigm of universial concept in the aspect of viaual communication design. Also, it started from his recognition that a medium for letting a new generation's show their liberal thinking and experimental expressions. This study looks at theologies and assertions on new graphic concept, which is called the New Wave of graphic design by classifying the plans of into form and contents, and analyzes its specialty in design. Also, this study examines the overall trends of non-Grid editorial design since the modern style. By doing so, I could have a general look at the progressive traits and their futuristic directions that become to have a shorter life cycle with the advent of the 21st century's information era, high-tech media and the change of production environment by digital technology.

This study explores how the media covered the new media agenda in the process of the diffusion of new media and what the press's attitude about new media policy is according to the relationship between the press and the government based on the political tendency. For this, this study conducted network analysis. The agreement of political tendency between the press and the government is important variable to decide the attitude of the press about the new media policy. Under the conservative government, the conservative press supported the new media policy, however the opposite opposed it Even if opinion page can take an important role in the process of public opinion, the tone pf editorial page on the new media policy differs from its political tendency. It costs tremendous investment in introducing new media, journalists have judge.

This study is to re-read Yun, Baek-nam(1888-1954)'s editorial "Theatre and Society" from the perspective of postcolonial criticism. He was a man of the theatre who pursued practical interests in compliance with the colonial reality under the rule of the Japanese imperialism. His advocacy of theatre development work was based on the Japan-directional reformism and on Japan-friendly in following after Japan's improvement policy. His general discussion on Western theatre history had considerable errors as a result of focus on the social role and utility of the theatre. But his vindication of theatre-actor opened an era of interaction between theatre and intelligence in Korea. In addition, his enlightening view of a theatre became such as one of the cornerstones for the Shinkug Movement during Japanese colonial period in Korea.

Firstly, communiation at webmagazine is carried out at the user-centered atmosphere. Secondly, Even through an aesthetic is emphasized in the webmagazine, when web designer compose of the web site, it is necessary to find the proper methodology under the basis of users behavior Thirdly, Although webmagazine required the visual form, we should know that the evaluation of webmagazine should be implemented by users. Therefore, webmagazine should be designed by the user-centered layout.

This article addresses considerations, processes of drawing concepts and design approaches in compiling a corporate brochure set in the practice of editorial design. A well-made brochure does not simply refer to listings of the current state of a company and a fantastic visualization of their visions. It necessarily involves the utilization of strategic core keywords appropriate to the industry, proper and classy metaphors that fit the target, a certain harmony between direct and indirect narratives, and bringing all of these aspects under the hat of creative and purposeful design in a single brochure. Thus, it also calls for variety and changes to captivate the eye when leafing through brochures. 1. Does the brochure reflect accurate diagnoses on the position of the market environment, the industry and their needs? 2. Does it offer solutions to given tasks, does it claim to be able to solve problems a company may have, does it satisfy their expectations, and does it cover the topics in an in-depth manner? 3. Referring to questions 1 & 2, does it address existing cases of competitors, leading players and global trends? 4. Does it have an appropriate design language that can communicate intrinsic issues and global trends as well as appropriate rhetorical visual aids that stand out?

The purpose of this study was to analyze the scope and content of high school textbooks based on the NCS competency unit criteria. The job competency level of hair beauty is included in the range of Level 1 to Level 5 according to the NCS standard. Among all the 40 units of NCS competency units, the number of them which can be acquired at the high school is 30 units. Among them, high school beauty textbooks were published around 19 competency units, 75% of which corresponded. Only about 85% of all the contents were contained in the text book. Based on the analysis contents, the improvement plan of the textbook is as follows. First, textbooks on 11 competency units that can be acquired at the high school level should be published and the professional curriculum with lessons related to this will be expanded at the same time. Second, there is a need for discussion to establish terminology in the field of Cosmetology. Third, it is necessary to improve the quality of the photographic and illustration materials. Fourth, it should be needed to correct typing errors and maintain a consistent editorial format. The results of this study can be used as basic data need to make curriculum and publish textbooks for high school graduates to perform their jobs at the same time as they get a job.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide data for development of the Journal of Fundamentals of Nursing through reviewing classification of sectional editorship. Method: Descriptive statistical analysis was used, to identify content then, the classifications of sectional editorship were reviewed. Results: The categories, "Basic concepts of nursing" (30.2%:17.9%), "Needs for comfort" (15.9%:13.1%), "Nursing education" (12.7%:12.7%), and "Needs for activity and exercise" (7.1%:7.1%) were most frequent through both the 1st and 2nd sectional editorship. Conclusion: Classification of sectional editorship was developed to clarify the educational purpose of fundamentals of nursing, and was modified through reflections by researchers. The current classification of sectional editorship is not a permanent formula, so using various viewpoints in further examination is needed.
