1966년에 ICRP가 Publication 9로 방사선방호에 관한 권고를 내놓은 이후 처음으로, 10여년에 걸친 방사선방호의 실무경험과 방사선생물학의 축적된 지식을 수용한 개정판 권고를 1977년에 새로히 내놓았다. 본고(本稿)에서는 새 권고가 발표된 이후에 나온 추가 보완사항을 소개함과 동시에 그 전체적 내용을 Publication 9의 그것과 비교 검토하는 한편 이 새로운 권고의 실제적 적용과 법제화등에 관한 각국의 최신 동향을 소개한다.

Past, present and future of nondestructive testing and evaluation(NDT&E) activities in Korea are reviewed. The current status and future direction in NDT&E research and development are presented. The newly revised edition of Korean NDT personnel qualification system is described. Other activities such as NDT&E training programs, NDT field services, and professional societies and international cooperation are also summarized. Founded in 1980, the Korean Society for Nondestructive Testing is now the center of domestic activities in NDT&E as well as the gateway to the international cooperation.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the problems concerning 780 music division of DDC. The object is especially arrangement of 780 music in the 20th edition of DDC which is the complete revision. The result is summarized as follows : 1. Although music is an important subject in humanities, especially in arts, it was classified as one division (780) not class. 2. The arrangement of 780 music is severely west-oriented music theory, vocal music and instrumental music. 3. Classification number of 780 music becomes longer because of the limitation of decimal notation. 4. 780 music division of DDC neglects music theory and emphasizes music practicing, especially performance. 5. The assignment of classification number is unbalanced, especially between theory and practice, composition and performance, and among sub-sections of vocal and instrumental music. 6. Many important subject are omitted in DDC music schedule, for example, musicology and branches of musicology, composition and traditional instruments of many countries. 7. Employment of terminology is often improper and inconsistant.

This study investigated the various editions of Huangjenaegyeongsomun (黃帝內經素問) published in the Joseon Dynasty. Only study for on Eulhae metal type (乙亥字) Huangjenaegyeongsomun and bibliography research of some holding institutions are the existing research on this topic. The conclusion of this paper is as follows. 1. The 14 and 15-volume book are existing most common versions of Huangjenaegyeongsomun (黃帝內經素問) published in Joseon Dynasty. The two books were corrected by Naeuiwon (內醫院). According to this study, the latter is more early than the former. But in the study of the past were not made clear distinction between the two books. 2. The 15-volume book of Huangjenaegyeongsomun (黃帝內經素問) was published in the mid-18th century between the first half of the 19th century. 3. A Wooden print editions Huangjenaegyeongsomun (黃帝內經素問) about Japanese invasion of Korea in 1592 ago have been investigated holding institution. 4. The Gyeongju-published Huangjenaegyeongsomun (黃帝內經素問) is estimated that in the mid Joseon Dynasty, This edition has been estimated that the late Joseon Dynasty far.

Looseleaf publications are truly a unique type of library material, partaking simultaneously of the nature of serials and monographs. Therefors, two disparate methods of cataloging looseleaf publications coexist today. But the decision to catalog looseleaf publications as serials as monographs affects the acquisition, budget allocation, receipt, record maintenance, and user access. In view of these aspects, this study analyzed the sources of information and seven areas of description (title and statement of responsibility ; edition ; publication, distribution, etc. ; physical description; series ; note ; standard number and terms of availability) of CRDLP2 as the exclusive cataloging rules of looseleaf publications. The results of the analysis were summarized in chapter 4 in detail. Finally, it is desirable that looseleaf publications for updationg are cataloged as monographs since the bibliographic description applied to looseleaf publications follows so colosely that of monographs. And, the cataloger must pay partioular attention to describe the physical description area because of numerous changes of the bibliographic records accompanied by frequent revisions or updates of the publications.

The first edition of ebXML which aims at unimarket was announced at May 1 of 2001. OASIS continues working on the framework of ebXML, and UN/CEFACT does on the contents. In our country, 30 vertical B2B markets are being constructed and most of them adopted ebXML as their main standard. In this situation, we need to make a guideline which can interconnect individual vertical B2B systems. In our study, we propose an architecture for i) Central Registry/Repository for the interconnection of between vertical B2Bs, between ebXML and non-ebXML, and between nations. ii) Information modeling for interconnection. iii) Distributed modeling. We hope our work could be extended by following discussion of academical and industrial researchers.

한국어의 음성 파형의 일부분을 제거하거나, 일부분을 교체하므로서 얻어진 파형을 인간의 청각에 의한 음운 변별하는 실험을 수행하였다. 이 실험을 통해서 위치에 따라 급격한 음운 변화가 발생하는 천이구간, 가감해도 음운 변화가 극히 미세하여 음운 변화가 없는 구간, 그리고 상호 치환해도 변화를 가져오지 않는 등가 음운 구간 및 음가에 결정적 영향을 미치는 구간등을 확인하였다.

계량데이터 관리 시스템은 수용가에서 검침된 계량데이터를 수집하고 관리하는 시스템이다. 이 시스템에는 검침된 데이터의 오검침과 유효성을 판단하는 검증과 누락된 검침값이나 오검침으로 판단된 구간값을 추정하는 VEE 알고리즘이 있다. 그러나 기존의 VEE 알고리즘은 현장 데이터의 특성을 반영하지 않고 검증하고 추정하기 때문에 그만큼 신뢰성과 정확도가 낮아지는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 검증 신뢰성과 추정 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 차세대 VEE 알고리즘을 제안한다.

In case of neoplasm claims, it is important to make a decision of differentiating malignant and benign. In Korean insurance market, there are many insurance products that cover cancer. In the insurance claims adjustment, differentiation between malignant and benign is according to histologic findings. However there are many neoplasms of bad clinical course in spite of benign histopathologic classification. In this article; astrocytoma, thymoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumor, colonic intramucosal carcinoma, gastric high grade adenoma/dysplasia, carcinoid tumor, MALT lymphoma, revision of Korean Classification of Disease-6th edition, and bladder tumors are reviewed in terms of differentiation between malignant and benign in the insurance claims. It may be helpful for claims staff to review important neoplasms in terms of differentiation between malignant and benign.

This article investigates the normative principles suggested by Rangannathan as the guiding principles for his theories, consisting of basic laws, fundamental laws, canons, principles and postulates. His five basic laws and five laws of library science are re-interpreted from the view point of library classification. And three planes of idea plane, verbal plane and notational plane, one of the core ideas in his analytico-synthetic theory of library classification, are analyzed. This article also suggests the demonstration model for this three planes using the ideas from chemistry ad chemical equation. In the last part, it analyzes the canons for library classification of three planes. These normative principles are basically guiding principles for so-called analytico-synthetic or faceted classification. But they can be a n.0, pplied to most of modern classification. But they can be a n.0, pplied to most of modern classification schemes, especially to semi-enumerative schemes including DDC, KDC, etc. so that they can improve the schemes. From this regard, these principles can also be helpful to the KDC, on the verge of the revision of its fourth edition.
