As MPEG-2 is introduced, a new editing system that works at the compressed domain is required. It is efficient to paste the two different video sequences in the compressed domain, but after repeated pasting, the result sequence can violate MPEG-2 rate control algorithm. In other words, it causes the underflow of the buffer during the decoding time. The earlier study inserted an additional fade-in sequence but it is not natural when we make a program. In this paper, a nobel method using requantization of the underflow sequence is presented.

The number of civil aviation aircraft registered in Korea has continuously increased. Accordingly the accidents accompanying loss of human or economic resources occurred repeatedly. But the analysis of flight data recorded in FDR was not done by ourselves in the accident investigation because of lack of analysis technology. Therefore, this study is performed to secure the safety of civil aviation by establishing systematic analysis ability of Flight Data Recorder. Through this study, download flight data to personal computer, editing interface file to convert from binary data to engineering data, three dimensional graphical analysis and numerical analysis are performed. For the analysis, the flight of B747-400 model aircraft between Narita(Japan) and Gimpo(Korea) was selected.

This study is performed to secure the safety of civil aviation by establishing systematic analysis ability of Flight Data Recorder. Through this study, downloading SSFDR(Solid State Flight Data Recorder) to personal computer, editing interface file, flight data numerical analysis and regulations relayed to the aircraft with changes in destination airport in flight are performed. In the analysis, the flight data of B747-400 model aircraft between Los Angeles(KLAX) and Jeju(RKPC) was selected.

We are in the process of developing information systems that can be helpful for the effective management of community health services provided by the health center and subcenters in Hwachon Gun, Kangwon Do. In doing so, we have employed a different program design from those programs of information systems developed in other health centers or subcenters. The main idea of our design is dividing all the programs into two parts. One part is for the control of operation functions such as addding, seeking, editing, and printing needed to all the tasks. The other consists of a set of programs each of which deals with a specific task. It is believed that this program design would result in an information system that is simple to use, easy to modify and expand, and flexible to new computer technologies.

현재 Powerpoint는 팀 프로젝트에도 불구하고 PPT파일을 혼자서 만들고 수정해야 하면서 한 사람이 많은 시간을 소비해야한다. 또는 여러 명이서 각각의 페이지를 따로 만들고 한 사람이 각자가 만든 페이지를 받아 하나의 파일로 합쳐야하는데 이 방법은 비효율성과 불편함이 존재한다. 따라서 하나의 PPT파일을 여러 명이서 동시에 접속하여 각자의 페이지를 만들면서 시간도 절약하고 불편함과 비효율성을 제거하기 위하여 이 프로그램을 제안하였다.

웹 2.0시대를 맞이하여 사용자가 콘텐츠 및 동영상을 직접 만들어 참여하고 공유하는 방향으로 바뀌었고 각종 포털사이트에서도 동영상 사이트를 제공함으로써 동영상 UCC가 대중화될 수 있는 계기가 되었다. 본 논문에서는 동영상 UCC를 만들기 위해 제작, 편집, 등 프로그램 특성에 따라 효율적인 효과를 거둘 수 있을지 몇 가지 프로그램에 관해 편집 편리성, 제작 파일의 크기, 렌더링 소요 시간, 등을 사진 콘텐츠를 이용하여 비디오 전환 효과, 비디오 효과, 사운드 등을 이용하여 프로그램에 따른 장단점을 비교하였다. 프로그램 별로 실험 성능 평가 및 분석한 결과 무비메이커와 베가스 프로그램들이 비 전문가로서 전문가 못지않은 손쉽게 동영상 콘텐츠제작 및 동영상 UCC를 만들 수 있는 좋은 프로그램으로 여러 장점들을 갖고 있음을 나타내었다.

인터넷/웹 비즈니스의 확산과 더불어, 기업간(B2B) 거래 처리에도 혁명적인 변화가 일어나고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 변화의 이면에는 해결해야 할 많은 기술적인 제약이 내포되어 있다. 무엇보다도, 전자적인 기업간 거래처리를 위해서는 컴퓨터 시스템간에 구조화된 정보를 교환할 수 있도록 공통의 언어가 제공되어야 한다. 이런 공동의 민어에 대한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 UN/CEFACT와 OASIS에서는 XML(extensible Markup Language)을 기반으로 한 ebXML(electronic business XML)을 차세대 e-비즈니스의 표준으로 제정하고 공동 개발하기로 함에 따라 전서계 단일 전자상거래시장 구축이 XML기반으로 이루어 질 수 있게 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 ebXML 도큐먼트 편집을 위해 XML을 기반으로 한 e-business 문서 생성을 위한 XML 편집기, XML DTD 생성기, XML Schema를 작성하기 위한 Schema 편집기 등의 통합 ebXML문서 편집 시스템을 설계 및 구현 하였다.

This study analyzed with the case analysis of a series of processes from job analysis survey and results analysis, and academic achievement in order to transform the curriculum of existing courses of the NCS-based video broadcasting. Also this study analysed the existing curriculum and analyzed the trend of workforce trends and needs of the broadcasting content industry. Also through a needs analysis for the industry and alumni and students, video graphics, video editing and video directing were selected. In this paper it dealt mainly with respect to the video graphics in a dual job. Modeling capability into the unit through a job analysis, animation, effects and lighting were chosen accordingly based introduction of graphics and application of graphics were derived two courses and selected profiles and performance criteria. This training according to the NCS curriculum for students was evaluated based on the student's job was to investigate the learning ability.

In this paper, we propose a BTPN (Beta-distributed Timed Petri Net) model which is not only an effective multimedia synchronization and authoring specification model, but also a direct control model for playout of a title. Methods of specification of relationships among all media objects in a title by using the BTPN structure and language, as well as methods of analysis of the BTPN by means of a Remaining Timed Reachability Graph and Timing diagram, are proposed. A concept of critical object path, coming from PERT/CPM, is useful for modeling the uncertainty of playout of a multimedia title and editing of title.

Maya Deren is well known as the 'mother' of the American avant-garde films by her first short, Meshes of the Afternoon (1943). One of the major contributions of Maya Deren's theoretical body of work to the visibility was the invention of a new vocabulary for independent film-making such as 'film-poems', and 'choreo-cinema'. To create experimental film forms, she chose poetry, dance, architecture and music as a metaphor to describe her images. On the top of these arts, Maya uses camera works and editing system to achieve an 'artificial reality' whose character is miraculous in that living whole, in order to help the audience to experience a protagonist's psychological journey.
