최근 IT 분야에서 관심사는 유비쿼터스 기술의 도입을 통해 사회, 경제전반의 효율화를 추구하기 위한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이 가운데 본 연구에서는 서비스 분야의 하나인 금융기관의 고객 서비스 지원기술 개발과 관련해서 e-CRM에 신기술 개념인 유비쿼터스 기술 접목을 통해 on-line상에서 진행되어 오던 고객 서비스를 효과적으로 지원하기 위한 기술개발 개념을 제시하고자 한다.

This is fundamental study to improve performance of the SI engine,. In this study a conven-tional kerosene engine was modified to LPG dedicated engine which can be operated with LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) The modified model were tested in accordance with various compression ratios. Also the engine performance with modified model was compared with the conventional one. The results are sum-marized as follow; 1. In comparison with the conventional kerosene Gasoline engine and LPG dedicated engine can be operated with lower exhaust emission better fuel economy and better thermal efficiency. 2. But is produce a slightly lower brake horse power.

The recent development of efficient thermal prime movers for distributed generation id changing the focus of the production of electricity from large centralized power plants to local generation units scattered over the territory. The scientific communality is addressing the analysis and planning of the distributed energy resources(der) with wide spread approaches, taking into account technical, environmental, economical and social issues. The coupling of cogeneration system to absorption/electric chillers or heat pumps as well as the interactions with renewable sources, allow for setting up multi-generation systems for building cooling heating and power(BCHP) systems of different energy vectors such as electricity, heat(at different enthalpy levels), cooling power, hydrogen, various chemical substances and so forth. Adoption of the composite multi-generation systems may lead to significant benefits in term of higher efficiency, reduced $CO_2$ emissions and enhanced economy. This paper outlines the main aspects of the BCHP system framework, illistrating its characteristics and summarizing the relevant distributed multi-generation structures.

The pulse power system has been widely used to many applications. such as E/P(Electrostatic Precipitator), DeNOx/DeSOx power system, ozon generator. etc. A pulse energy efficiency for load depend on the rising time, peak value, pulse duration, impedance matching. etc. The pulse generator generally required for short pulse duration, high peak value was forced to consider its size and economy. In this study, developing a compact pulse generator that applied for Cascading method to be made of two pulse transformer, we compared cascading voltage with no cascading one by applying the pulse energy to load.

To evaluate vehicle performances and driving behavior of a vehicle, it is necessary to acquisit and analyze vehicle data during the vehicle driving, which affect fuel economy and emissions. An in-vehicle data acquisition system, which is called Mode Survey System(MOSS), is designed and developed to analyze the traffic and driving patterns of the vehicle. MOSS is a stand-alone system based on the 68HC11 MCU. MOSS logs various data relating to powertrain and vehicle driving such as vehicle speed, engine RPM, gear position, brake, clutch, fuel consumption, and others. The driving patterns are dependent on the driver's habit and the road and traffic conditions, these driving patterns would be able to make a official driving mode to be used in emission, fuel efficiency, shift survey, catalyst durability, and other tests using the analyzed driving patterns.

Ageing induces huge dramatic change of society and economy rather than simple change of population structure. Ageing causes the decrease of working age population and production capable population, thus this brings growth slowness and long-term stagnation. In addition, progress in ageing decreases saving rate, consequently low saving rate brings about the decrease of country-wide investment resources. This ageing problem which is progressive rapidly needs core competence and implementation of human resource professionals to overcome this kind of environment change. First of all, it needs turnover in thinking way toward talents. Secondly, we need innovation one team to pursue innovation and creativity. Thirdly, it should be considered in a new way with the number of workers and efficiency of personnel expenses. Fourthly, employees should make effort for self-advancement. Under the environment with newly change human resource personnels' function and role should be emphasized to maintain sustainable growth and overcome the change of management environment. Therefore, human resources should be emphasized to become competitive personnel and organization with leading the change master and creating the value of the organization.

At present, agriculture in Korea is experiencing difficulties, such as a stagnation in farm income, an increase in imported agricultural products, a decrease in arable land, a decrease in the self-sufficiency rate of grain, a decrease in rural population, and aging. To solve these problems and vitalize the rural economy, our government is promoting its 6th industrialization policy, which links agriculture with primary industry, secondary, industry and tertiary industry, and as well as smart agriculture based on information and communication technology. Smart agriculture is an agriculture form used to improve the quality of life in rural areas through making greater efficiency and intelligence by applying ICT convergence technology to the whole entire process of agricultural production, distribution, and consumption in the areas of outdoor agriculture, facility horticulture, and livestock. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the policy, technology, and standardization trends of domestic and foreign smart agriculture, and suggest ways to apply them to domestic smart agriculture during the in the introduction stage.

With development of Asia's economy, the ports in trunk route have increased its handling capacity According to previous studies, main determinants to become hub-port are referred to location, connection inland transport with hinterland, port service availability and efficiency, cost of port handling, socio-economic stability and port information system etc. This study aims to investigate the changes in factors determine port's competitiveness particularly in Asian neighbor ports such as Hong Kong port and Shenzen port, and Singapore port and the Port of Tanjung Pelapas in Malaysia by comparing and analyzing main indicators relating to those ports. In conclusion, main reasons which gained competitiveness by newly developed ports such as Shenzen port and the Port of Tanjung Pelapas were port price and massive hinterland space offered.

Emerging digital economy, e-business, especially business to business(B2B) electronic commerce is understood one most single critical competitive weapon for organizations' global competitiveness. According to government white paper, Korea's electronic commerce records expansion stage in its volume and variety. Although Korea has remarkable EC records, still some differences are existed compare to the developed countries. IT in the developed countries, played an engine for the economic restructuring as well as for the economic growth. But in Korea, it's not fully utilized by the reasons of economic and noneconomic bottlenecks. Under the digital economic surroundings, EC or e-Business, is a business system to achieve the economic efficiency in the levels of an organization as well as a nation. So, we have to find the ways to utilize our EC infrastructure to contribute for the nation's global competitiveness. To find the way, this study recommends two types of policies, pull and push, beyond the OECD's suggestion, to government in order to expansion of EC, especially B2B EC.

Recently, The business environment is very rapidly changed and complicated. Therefore, the companies are confront with the biggest difficulty. To overcome this difficulty, the management should be able to accomplish the human resources management and the efficient business management. Korea railroad industry has a close association with national life as it carries out public works based on its public nature as well as purses the corporate spirit. For that reason, Korea railroad industry has a great spin-off on national economy and exerts a tremendous impact on the improvement of productivity around the industries and the international competitiveness at aspect of efficiency resulting from business rationalization. Railroad system can be described as organic. Railroad Employs take a great role in this system. According the psychology and the Organization Behavior, the decision maker's personality and employee' work satisfaction have influence on performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the Railroad Employs' Personality and Work satisfaction which influence on the efficient business management.
