In general, it is known that the concrete ballast track is possible to reduce a cost of maintenance activities cause of maintenance free by restrictive maintenance in application of track ballast structures. However, if deteriorations and fracture mechanism of a material are considered, proper maintenance activities and repairing are continually required. For the problems, we evaluated an economical efficiency of the gravel ballast and the concrete ballast on a proper level of maintenance activities. As the method based on history path is difficult to obtain sufficient reliabilities cause of an absence of real data for maintenance activities, we chose the delphi survey method by professional group, and we obtained the appropriate index and profiles for maintenance activities. As a result, we founded that effects for cost reduction can be expected by preventive maintenance management, and we proposed economical restrictions and life cycle cost for track ballast structures in a life cycle.

지방화와 정보화사회에서는 지역내총생산(GRDP)이 지역 경제정책 수립에 필수적인 정보로 인식되고 있다. 특히 충청북도의 경제자립도를 제고하고 효과적인 지역경제 발전계획을 수립하기 위해서 개발하는 지역경제 예측시스템에는 충북 GRDP의 분기별 추계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 충북 GRDP를 분기별로 추계하기 위하여 소지역 추정법을 적용하는 방안을 제안하였고, 한국은행의 전국 GRDP와 통계청의 충북 연간 GRDP의 변화추이가 공행성을 갖는다는 조건하에서 분기별 충북 GRDP를 추계하고자 하였다. 경제활동 부문별로 전국 분기별 GDP에서 분기별 변화추이 모형을 추정하고, 이를 충북 연간 GRDP를 분기별로 세분화하는데 적용하여 분기별 충북 GRDP를 추계하였다.

This study focused on the attribution factors affecting customers' satisfaction and revisit behaviors related to ice cream stores. For this study, 180 ice cream consumers who were patrons of ice cream franchise stores were randomly selected. Among them, 31 did not completed the survey. Therefore, a total of 149 survey questionnaires were analyzed for the results. All results were carried out using the frequency, factor analysis, cross tabs, and regression procedure of the SPSS 10.0 package. The results indicated that customers who visit ice cream stores $2{\sim}3$ times per month have a preference for a particular ice cream store. Determinant factors for ice cream specialty stores were summarized as the extensiveness of the menu, advertisements and familiarity, economical benefits, convenience inside the store, location and accessibility, and kindness. Among these, four factors (extensiveness of menu, advertisement and reputation, economical benefits, location and accessibility) significantly affected the level of customer satisfaction.

본 연구에서는 UAV를 이용한 국공유지 실태조사 필지의 효율성과 정확성을 평가하기 위해 지적현황측량 검사점의 정확성과 경제적 비용측면에서 제시하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정사영상의 위치오차는 평균적으로 X오차 0.033m, Y오차 0.023m로 나타나 평면거리 연결교차로 계산하면 RMSE 평균은 0.046m로 나타났다. 둘째, 정사영상과 VRS-GNSS 성과비교에서는 UAV 정사영상 이미지 검사점의 최대 RMSE는 0.076m이고 최소 RMSE는 0.042m로 나타났다. 세째, 모든 검사점이 현행 지적측량규정에 명시된 1/1,200의 축척에 해당하는 0.360m 이내의 오차범위를 만족하였다. 끝으로 국공유지 실태조사를 위한 경제성 평가에서는, UAV 활용방법이 지적현황측량 방법보다 26,497,436원이 더 적게 들어가는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구결과 국공유지 실태조사에서 UAV를 활용하는 방법은 정확도 측면에서도 법적 기준을 충족하며, 경제성 측면 역시 지자체의 예산을 더욱 줄일 수 있는 방법으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the use and satisfaction on cosmetics of middle- and old-aged women with well-being pursuit disposition. A survey was conducted from January 20 to February 10 in 2006. The statistical analysis methods used to analyze the 393 middle- and old- aged female subjects were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, crosstab, and multiple regression analysis. First, middle- and old-aged women were using functional cosmetics for wrinkle and whitening as well as skin lotion, moisture lotion and nutritive cream. They applied basic skin make-up only or partial make-up on the eyes and lips. Second, the well-being pursuit disposition factors were determined to be eco-friendly pursuit disposition, economical pursuit disposition, and health pursuit disposition. The well-being pursuit disposition factors had an effect on satisfaction of basic cosmetics. While the economical pursuit disposition factor had an effect on satisfaction of colored cosmetics. Third, the clusters from well-being pursuit disposition were determined to be wellbeing unconcerned group, eco-friendly concerned group, economical concerned group, and health concerned group. The proportion of subjects applying basic and colored cosmetics was high in health concerned group.

This paper investigated adult's consciousness with a view to establishing basic data about set-up any concrete plan and provision for elderly life in hoe and society. In this paper, the study of concerned reference and social survey by questionnaire are used. The data is obtained from 326 espondents who are 30 to 4 years old in Seoul and Andong. As to consciousness to the provision for elderly life and situation of set-up any concrete plan, the x2(chi-square) is applied to the analysis of regional, socio-economical, demographic difference. The conclusion of this study are as follows; 1) Although the respondents show positive attitude toward consciousness to the provision for elderly. life, their behavior does not show any sing of translating it into reality. 2) The consciousness to the provision for elderly life varies according to regional, socio-economical, demographic variance. Those who are in their 30's more-educated, and high-income want to be more independent from their children and express strong desire to set-up provision for elderly life in advance. This is also true of those living in city. As a results, as adults(30-54) recognize the importance of provision for elderly life, so the support by the society or governmental policy for the solution of better-life for old people is important. however, mental , physical, economical preparation in family life according to the family life cycle can basic solution.

The purpose of this study was to assess risk indicators of depressive symptoms such as demographic, socio-economical domains (age, gender, marital status, education, child, religion, income, health, friendship) and personality domains (neurotic personality, self-esteem and life goal attitude) of community dwelling elderly persons. A total of 300 community-residing elderly participants aged 65+ in a metropolitan city in Korea, were recruited for this interview survey. The interview covered demographic and socio-economic characteristics, and administration of the 20-item Korean Version of CES-D, the 10-item Self-esteem, the 19-item Neuroticism and the 10-itm Goal Instability scale. The prevalence of significant depressive symptoms (CES-D scale >= 21) was 31%. Logistic regression analysis showed high risk for depression was associated with high neuroticism, less intimate friendship, high goa1 instability, and childlessness, respectively in the order of significance. Factors in the personality domains were more strongly associated with depressive symptoms than factors in the socio- economical domains. Both cultural and universal meaning of the findings was discussed with regard to intervention.

본 연구의 목적은 정보통신 및 컴퓨터 산업분야의 발전과 더불어 나타나고 있는 멀티미디어 현상의 개괄 및 경향 파악을 통해 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 산업의 발전을 위한 기본틀을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 멀티미디어의 다양한 개념에 대한 평가 및 멀티미디어 서비스와 관련된 경제적, 기술적 토대와 응용분야의 범주를 규정하였다. 이어서 멀티미디어 서비스의 전망에 관하여 독일의 멀티미디어 전문가를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를 분석하였으며, 국내의 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 현황조사 및 체계화를 시도하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 멀티미디어 서비스의 발전을 위한 경제적, 경영적 의미를 서술하였다.
