The purpose of this study is to establish future directions of environmentally-friendly restoration of Yangjae underground stream and reflect various opinions of inhabitant in the plan and design process. The opinions from the citizens include the economic and environmental suitability of the restoration projects and preference for the future directions of restoration. The citizens are favorable to removing the existing parking lot and want to have jogging course, walking path and bike road in the stream. Different opinions and resulted in preferred facilities and diminishing existing park along the stream depending on the restoration influencing zone. As a result, citizens agree in restoration but they have different opinions about the feasibility of new facilities, streams restoration and central park reduction locally. It is desirable to reflect the opinions of citizens in the process of plan and design of restoration project.

According to the dramatical changes from individual trip to the family and couple trip in 1990 caused by both economic growth, rising the level of people's income, and change of social structure such as the increasing time due to the fact of automatic system, and social trends to use this time for their leisure time, this trend influences on the cruise. recently, required for accommodating room to family, the cruise decorated with luxurious things becomes the center of public attention. This study should be a foundation works for developing domestic cruise in near future through surveying a floor plan (plan of room and deck), picture of room, characteristic of space, finish material and interior spatial organization factor & characteristic and analyzing them.

Adolf Loos showed important directionality in the thought of modem culture and architecture. The thought about the architecture of Adolf Loos was gathered by "Raumplan". It is the solution of the plan in space. But the concept and method of the "Raumplan" had not been synthesized until near the end of Loos's life. Loos's first reference to the "Raumplan" appears in 1929. I think that "Raumplan" became the solution of the plan in space with a formation process of the thought about the architecture and culture of Adolf Loos. Therefore, the purpose of this paper derived a characteristic of "Raumplan" from the relations between the architectural thought of Adolf Loos and "Raumplan". The processes of the study are as follows. (1)Consideration about the growth background of Adolf Loos and the social situation of Vienna. (2)Analysis about architecture and the cultural critic of Adolf Loos. (3)Analysis of "Raumplan" based on architectural thought of Adolf Loos. As a result, I got the four characteristics of "Raumplan" as follows. (1) Separation and continuation of "Raum". (2) Fragment of "Raum". (3) Overlay and transmission by the axis of multiplex eyes. (4) Structural adjustment of the "Raum" by Hierarchy. Finally, I understood the architecture which Adolf Loos pursued in "Raumplan" had a high function and contained the clear meaning and contents which had practical use and economic value, and it were not a results of the simple logic.

In FMEA, occurrence and detectability are not related to only failure modes itself but also their causes. It is assumed that any failure occurs after at least one cause corresponding to failure occurs in advance. Occurrence of the failure mode is described by occurrence time of its cause and elapsed time to the actual failure. Under the periodic monitoring plan, the monitoring interval is another factor to determine the detectability and occurrence of each failure mode. When a failure cause occurs, the failure does not occur if the cause is identified and remedied before it actually occurs. Under this situation, we construct an economic model for prioritizing failure modes. The loss function is based on the unfulfilled mission period. We also provide an optimal monitoring plan with an illustrative example.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing risk assessment of material misstatement in Vietnamese enterprises listed on stock market. Expert interview method was conducted to discover the scales for three variables including information system, trademark, and risk assessment of material misstatement. Survey method was used to examine the impacts of eight factors on risk assessment of material misstatement. Data is collected from 317 auditors who have excellent experience in auditing financial statements of companies listed on stock market. Then, data is processed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor extracted analysis, correlative regression analysis, and analysis variance of residual change. The research findings showed that business characteristic, stakeholder pressure, and economic environment have positive relationships with risk assessment of material misstatement. Three variables including operation control and monitor, control environment, and information system negatively affect to risk assessment. Specially, business characteristic and information system, which are elements in internal control, have strongest impact on risk assessment. One the other hand, assessment of internal control plays an important role not only in the audit plan stage but also throughout the stages of the audit implementation and ending. Therefore, appropriate solutions are proposed to carry out all audit stages.

The agricultural population, the farming, the agriculture of our country has been decreased more rapidly than those of other countries. Also, the changing speed of the rural village in Korea has shown a similar trend. By considering the urbanization process and migration state caused by the economic growth and the increasing level of relative poverty in comparison with the urban area, it has been necessary to go through the impoverishment and slum-orientation of the rural area. In our country, the rural village became old age. So, the collapse is predicted to a population shortage if such trend is continued in the village society. according to investigate, Many urban peoples have opinion that migrates to a farm village. but those not migrate to rural community. The mainly reason is low life environment. therefore it is need the plan that the urban people migrates to a rural village, and must have the plan to be engaged in the agriculture. lt was the rural-fishing New Town development project that started in 2009 for 30~40 years's urban people. This study is about characteristic and improvement of Rural-Fishing New Town development project.

Ahead of the second basic plan which starts in 2015, tasks needed to improve air quality and encourage green growth in the Seoul Metropolitan Area have been investigated. To date, many research findings indicate that climate change is ongoing and continues to accelerate in the Northeast Asia due to several factors, including unparalleled anthropogenic air emissions from China. An intensive field study is proposed that would target the Seoul Metropolitan Area and would be conducted in collaboration with the international scientific community. While focused on environmental issues in Korea, this study would also benefit the international community by providing insights that can be applied to address similar problems around the world. In addition to the basic plan's emphasis on improving air quality, there is a need to promote green growth through environment-friendly development. It is proposed that green growth be interpreted as a comprehensive concept, targeting all environmental pollution, rather than being limited to low-carbon goals. It is further proposed that the success of environment-friendly development be measured in terms of risk reduction, energy and resources conservation, economic benefits, and employment expansion.

With the growing international consensus regarding sustainable development of transportation, the plan of transportation infrastructure needs to meet various requirements toward enhancing environmental conditions. Accordingly, the upcoming long-term plan of high-speed rail network has to be reflecting the sustainability of transportation systems. In this paper, we demonstrate an application of methodologies based on multi-attribute utility theory for determining priorities of sustainable high-speed rail investment. The proposed methodologies identify indicators for sustainable transportation systems such as economic, environmental, and social ones and then, evaluate priority for planning a long-term sustainable high-speed rail network by comparing the relative importance among indicators. This will help transportation agencies to prioritize high-speed rail investment toward sustainable transportation systems.

Many countries are faced with problems of energy demand and environmentally. Renewable energy is the interesting solution to deal this problems. In Korea, it is planed to apply the renewable energy to 5% of total energy demand by 2011. For this, the government has supported by various promotion program of renewable energy Policy Consideration of renewable energy system is essential for sustainable urban regeneration. Renewable energy application will be possible to make friendly environmental and sustainable city and deal with the energy and environment problem. This study will provide fundamental data to applying renewable energy systems for urban generation. There are evaluated for economic feasibility of renewable energy systems and analyzed application of them by building type as a urban energy source.
