Housing development, particularly apartment buildings, has been increasingly growing due to the construction promotion policy of the government since the 1980s. However such a volume-oriented policy results in unfavorable side effect of substandard quality and early deterioration in line with the expansion in volume. As part of measures to deal with the problems, rebuilding and remodeling have surfaced as alternative recently. Remodeling is expected to create the more benefits, compared to the rebuilding, in cost, efficiency and duration. To come up with the solution to such a challenge, it's necessary to analyze the influence factors of remodeling. Hence, the study was intended to compare the remodeling in the aspect of influence factors. The results of this study is expected to the propose of effectual management factors of the remodeling construction.

This study researches the level of satisfaction by apartment building management factor for different characteristics of apartment building residents and seeks to understand the relationship between socio-psychological properties and level of satisfaction. This study is based on a comparative method using a questionnaire by more than 682 housewives living in apartment complexes. Residents of apartment buildings are generally satisfied with housing and management of the apartment building that they are currently living in, but they wanted improvements such as programs that can support community living and increase participation of residents and operation of a web site. Furthermore, it was found that there was a significant difference in terms of operation management, such as sanitation control and processing for apartment buildings and community life management, according to the characteristics of the resident. Also, level of satisfaction in management was found to be influenced by pride and level of satisfaction in relationships with neighbors, showing that management of apartment buildings can have a positive impact on the socio-psychological properties of the residents.

Method of remodeling builder selection for remodeling is competitive bidding. also metropolitan city, megalopolis city, city more than 50million have to do basic plan for remodeling before establishment of a housing cooperative. This study has an intention of investigating residential present condition of small households, and analysing the factors which have an influence on the choice of residence as a first step of the efficient plan of group residential facility providing a variety of residential present condition. The study defines the meaning of small households on the basis of statistical data that were presented at the National Statistical Office in order to analyse the factors influencing the choice of residence and investigate residential present condition. And the analysis range target is from 20 to 30 aged groups such as university students, social rookie year, and married couples without children. According to the result of analysing residential actual conditions of small households, The choice of residence has various factors. But the study supposes that it reflects three elements of workplace, University and housing price in the choice of residence. So the study investigated the related data.

This Study analyzed about various factors affecting preference of Silver Town. Especially, the Study shows how Individual peculiarities and the realization of decrepit Service and facilities have on preference of Silver Town. According to analysis, the site location, Economics and Safety have a positive effect on the preference of the Silver Town. On the other hand, Investment, pleasant environment and convenience have nothing to do with the preference of the Silver Town. Also, the Study shows that if someone realizes that medical service is the most important thing in the essential service, they prefer the Silver Town. If someone realizes that asset management service is the most important thing in the essential service, they don't prefer the Silver Town.

This study is done in order to find the solutions that we are facing on social and ecological crisis around the world. The basic survey was done on college students who will mostly become city residents in the future. Students collect information about the amount of the waste and the way of disposition for a week. The analysis how they produce and dispose waste will show what influence their behavioral decisions. The findings are first, students are very conscious of the importance of environmental conservation. But they value little and they don't have proper knowledge. Second, sex was the decisive factor, women tend to behave eco-friendly. But the more they are conscious about environment, the less they behave eco-friendly. The more they spend allowances, the less they are conscious of environment. Third, they recycle waste at home during the weekend, but not during weekdays at school because there is no recycling bin or they are not economically responsible.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the attitude of Environmental Friendly Factors for proper environmental friendly model that is adapted to whole life-space. For this study, 25 factors were used from published thesis, reports, and news items. etc.. The results of this study are that our environmental problem is more serious than the world. The respondents prefer natural environmental friendly factors to artificial. Further study of environmental friendly planing will make rapid progress not only housing estates but other building for factory, entertainment establishment, and office building.

It is an urgent time to give impetus to an ecological understanding of relationship between man and environment and to promote an action to preserve environment. This paper is to examine factors which give influence to environmental education environmental consciousness and environmental behavior of housewives. The subjects of this study are 806 Seoulite housewives. A questionaire is used as the survey method and the statistical methods such as frequency percentage ANOVA multiple regression path analysis have been applied for research. Major findings are summarized as follows: Major findings are summarized as follows: When environmental education program is relatively low differences are shown according to variables of age, education and occupation. Second, when environmental consciousness is high differences are shown according to variables of age education income and housing. Third when environmental behavior is low group difference is shown only according to age. Relative influence to environmental behaviour is shown in the order of spare-life type environmental education environmental consciousness socio-oriented type fashion-oriented type and age difference.

As number of new housing construction has been growing, the increasing number of people experiencing from Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) is distinct. The purpose of this study is to examine the symptoms reported by residents responses to cope with the syndrome and to investigate their environmental characteristics considered relevant to the syndrome. Respondents were housewives living in apartments and were more likely to stay at home. 170 data were collected by both web-based internet survey and conventional questionnaire survey. The findings revealed that the symptom appeared very diverse and composite. The most common symptom was eye irritation. Among diverse coping behaviors, ventilation was most popular.

This study is performed to establish the basis of the development of unique tropical botanical garden that will be connected with the identity of the local inheritance resources, 'Silla'. The glasshouse is the traditional 'Silla; housing and the landscape facilities are tried to imagine 'Silla' kingdom. Combination of the plant exhibition and the cultural inheritance resources can create their own unique theme. The garden divided into five spaces by life cycles of plants and the purpose of appreciation, the palm garden, ornamental foliage garden, flower garden, water lily garden, and tropical fruits garden. The appropriate flowers and trees are selected by their flowering time and the purpose of enjoyment. Especially, Ficus religiosa is the symbol plant of buddhism which is the state religion of 'Silla'.
