관세청이 발표한 '2021년 무역통계'에 따르면 코로나19 이후 국내 수출기업은 2,400여개 줄었고, 수입업체는 1만여 기업체가 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 수출기업은 국내 일자리 창출과 함께 우리나라 경제발전에 지대한 공헌을 하고 있다. 물류환경이 급격하게 변하는 시점에서 국내 수출기업의 친환경 물류전략이 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 논문은 미비한 실정이다. 수출기업이 지속적으로 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖추고 물류성과를 개선하기 위해서는 친환경 물류전략이 수출기업의 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 필요하다. 본 연구는 국내 수출기업의 친환경 물류전략이 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 친환경 물류전략은 내부전략과 공급사슬관리전략으로 구분된다. 분석결과 내부전략은 수출기업 물류성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 공급사슬관리전략은 수출기업 물류성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이처럼 수출기업의 친환경 물류전략은 기업의 중요한 자원으로써 기업의 물류성과를 개선하는 근거가 되는 것으로 분석되었다.

교통 물류 업계는 저탄소 녹색성장에 대한 국가 전략을 달성하기 위하여 2020년까지 온실가스 감출 전망치(Business As Usual:BAU) 대비 37%의 감축을 목표로 하고 녹색 교통 물류 체계의 구축을 위한 방법들이 제시 하고 있다. 이에 화물 운전자를 위한 에코 드라이빙 교육은 대표적인 방법이다. 그러나 화물 운전자를 위한 에코 드라이빙의 효과를 제시하기 위한 통합 데이터 수집과 물류 네트워크 현황을 진단하고 평가 할 수 있는 방법 연구는 많지 않다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 본 논문은 기존의 물류 네트워크 진단평가 모니터링과 에코 드라이빙에 대하여 고찰하고, 스마트폰 어플리케이션 기반의 화물 운전자의 에코 드라이빙을 위한 공급망의 물류 네트워크 진단평가 모니터링 서비스 비즈니스 프로세스 설계를 제시한다. 또한 실제 물류 현장의 적용 효과를 제시하였다.

Within the worse of the environment, Climate change caused by global warming is becoming serious around the world, and green logistics to pursue sustainable development in the logistics sector are receiving more and more attention. Along with the acceleration of the global economy, eco-friendly issues are playing an increasingly important role in the logistics industry, and various policy measures are being pursued to establish the green logistics system. This study aims to analyze research trends in eco-friendly logistics, and the SNA methodology was applied by extracting keywords from 518 domestic and foreign papers from 2013 to August 2022. The period is divided into three stages: 2013-2015, 2016-2019, and 2020-2022, and 'logistics' and 'sustainable development' were derived as top logistics eco-friendly keywords at all stages. Besides, In the first stage(2013-2015), the term 'environmental performance' and 'freight transport' attracted the attention of scholars. In the second stage(2016-2019), keywords such as 'third-party logistics' and 'lean logistics' have attracted the attention of scholars. In the third stage(2020-2022), the 'internet of things' and 'circular economy' received the attention of scholars. In line with the growth of the economy, it was confirmed that research related to eco-friendly logistics is gradually expanding to a sustainable concept. Based on this study, it is possible to grasp the research trends of the academic community to cope with recent environmental changes and provides reference materials to consider future research directions.

The purpose of this study is to contribute to the revitalization of the green logistics of Korean companies by presenting the current status and problems of Korean logistics as influenced by government policies. This paper analyzes green logistics from a legal and institutional perspective. Analysis focuses on low-carbon green growth measures and government policy, especially for CO₂ reduction. It considers how policies can be enacted to promote green logistics. This study reports several findings on green logistics in Korea. First, it reports the theoretical considerations of the Republic's green logistics. Second, the study details the current status and problems of green logistics. Third, it considers ways to implement a green economy, green technology, and green transportation, while also considering arguments for avoiding these eco-friendly solutions. Fourth, it argues that revitalization measures are needed to establish an advanced logistics system for eco-friendly green logistics facilities. To achieve this revitalization, Korean logistics should be competitive in the global logistics market. This study may contribute to the expansion of the industrial cooperation of Korean logistics companies by presenting necessary review tasks for governmental green logistics policies, although the issue has long been important to Korean logistics.

본 연구에서는 새벽배송의 물류서비스품질(주문품질, 배송품질, 사후서비스품질)과 고객만족 간의 영향 및 친환경 태도의 조절효과를 살펴보기 위하여 선행연구를 바탕으로 변수를 구성하였다. 새벽배송 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사가 이루어졌으며 210개의 설문지를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 21.0에 의해 분석되었다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 새벽배송의 물류서비스품질은 고객만족에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째로, 새벽배송의 배송품질이 고객만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 새벽배송 물류서비스품질과 고객만족과의 관계에서 친환경 태도의 조절효과를 검정한 결과, 물류서비스품질 중 주문품질의 경우 친환경 태도에 따른 그룹 간의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점을 제시하였다.

지구온난화 문제는 1997년 "쿄토의정서" 채택으로 큰 전환점이 되었다. 따라서 일본에서는 $CO_2$ 배출을 최소화하기 위해 "그린물류 파트너십회의"와 "유통업무 종합화 및 효율화의 촉진에 관한 법률"등을 제정하여 유통업무의 종합적이고 효율적인 수행을 지원하고 있다. 특히, 물류부문의 트럭운송사업자, 창고사업자, 항만운송사업자의 자주적 계획적인 환경대책을 기초로 그린경영을 추진하는 그린경영인증제도 등을 추진하고 있다. 이와 같이 일본정부는 종합적이고 효율적인 물류시스템을 구축하여 지구온난화방지 차원에서 $CO_2$ 배출을 최소화하는 친환경 그린물류정책을 적극적으로 추진하고 있는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 친환경물류체계를 구축하고 있는 일본의 그린물류정책의 현황에 대해 고찰한 결과, 친환경적이고 지속발전 가능한 녹색물류전략, 친환경 녹색물류산업의 육성, 녹색물류인 증제의 도입, 행정기관의 부서별 책임역할 등에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study aims to find out the ESG management keywords in the logistics industry through social network analysis using news article and sustainable management reports. In recent years, global climate change and Covid-19 have spurred companies to step up their new management system called ESG management. ESG is a combination of Environment, Social, and Governance. In the past, companies' financial performance was the most important, but in the current investment market, the movement to reflect ESG management factors in investment decisions is strengthening. This study aims to find out degree centrality, betweenness centrality, and closeness centrality through social network analysis after collecting related keywords to derive ESG management issues of logistics companies. This study collected 2,359 news articles searched under the keywords "ESG", "Logistics". In addition, data on ESG activities were also used for analysis by referring to the sustainable management reports of logistics companies. As a result of the analysis of degree centrality, it was found that ESG management of logistics companies is in progress, focusing on small enterprises and eco-friendly keywords, and is concentrated on social responsibility and eco-friendly activities. In the betweenness centrality analysis, logistics companies such as HMM and CJ Logistics were derived in a high ranking. In the closeness centrality analysis, eco-friendly keywords topped the list, while the number of keywords related to governance was relatively small, suggesting that logistics companies need to improve their governance structure.

지속적인 유가 상승과 탄소배출 규제 강화는 기업들로 하여금 높은 경쟁력을 가지도록 요구한다. 따라서 고객 서비스 증대와 비용절감을 위해 효율적인 물류시스템을 구축하고 운영하는 것에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있으며 비용 경쟁력을 가지는 친환경 산업단지의 필요성이 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 부산시에서는 친환경정책을 통해 경쟁우위를 점하고 부족한 산업단지를 충족시키기 위해 서부산권에 '부산신항배후 국제산업물류도시'를 선정하고 개발을 진행하고 있다. 이러한 물류도시를 구축하기 위해서는 적절한 정책과 화물수송 공동화를 통한 물류시스템이 필요하다. 특히, 산업 단지내 물류시스템의 체계구축을 통한 효율적인 운영은 물류도시의 저비용 친환경적인 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 물류체계를 분석하고 분석내용을 바탕으로 물류도시의 물류네트워크 운영모델을 제시함으로서 물류도시의 기반구축 자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

최근 전자상거래의 활성화와 더불어 코로나19 팬데믹으로 인한 생활물류 서비스 수요가 증가함에 따라 소규모 물류시설의 개발이 급증하고 있다. 물류시설은 거대 배후도시를 가지며 교통이 편리한 경기도 내 특정 지역들을 중심으로 밀집되어 급속하게 증가하는 양상을 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 경기도의 안성시와 여주시, 이천시의 3개 지자체에서 개발된 총 259개의 물류시설을 조사하여 개발규모와 개발방식, 용적률, 용도지역 등의 개발 특성을 분석하였다. 특정지역에 밀집되어 개발되는 물류시설은 비도시지역에서 난개발 형태로 이루어지고 있으며, 국토환경의 훼손과 사회적 갈등을 야기하고 있다. 본 연구는 물류시설 개발로 야기되는 난개발과 환경영향, 주민과의 갈등 등의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 제도적 개선방안과 친환경적 개발을 위한 평가 가이드라인을 제안하였다.

Purpose: The industrial sector, especially in developed countries, is seen as the primary threat to sustainability. As a result, contemporary organizations prioritize establishing sustainable business practices. This sustainability can be achieved by organizations being concerned with their external environments, which is referred to as going green. This study aims to provide a green logistics network design to explain how to attract green consumers. Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted a comprehensive process to obtain textual dataset in the current literature and finally the author could collect total 26 relevant prior studies to achieve the purpose of the study. All dataset was thoroughly screened and selected for the high-degree of validity. Results: Based on the intensive literature review, the author insists that the four findings presented in this study will be useful as they provide evidence of the importance of technology in achieving global sustainability.in the situation we face that technology has become an important part of human life. Conclusions: This study provides meaningful insights into the environmental strategies that organizations across the world can implement to achieve a green supply chain based on the solutions in this study. The strategies presented in this study are evidence-based and have been tested through different studies.
