A new irradiation loop design has been developed, which provides the ability to carry out radiolytic resistance studies of extraction systems simulating process relevant conditions in an easy and simple way. The step-by-step loop configuration permits an easy modification of settings and has a relative low volume requirement. This irradiation loop has been initially set up to test the main EURO-GANEX process steps: the lanthanide (Ln) and actinide (An) co-extraction followed by the transuranic (TRU) stripping. The performance and changes in the composition have been analyzed during the irradiation experiment by different techniques: gamma spectroscopy and ICP-MS for the extraction and corrosion behavior of the full system, and HPLC-MS and Raman spectroscopy to determine the degradation of the organic and aqueous solvents, respectively. The Ln and An co-extraction step and the corrosion that occurred during the first irradiation step revealed the favorable expected results according to literature. The effects of acidity changes occurred during the irradiation process, the presence of stainless corrosion products in solution as well as the new possible degradation compounds have been explored in the An stripping step. The results obtained demonstrate the importance of developing realistic irradiation experiments where different factors affecting the performance can be easily studied and isolated.

In spite of the fact that the food group(Food, Drinks and Health foods & Agricultural and Marine products) occupies little position in total sales of Internet shopping mall, the food group's sales in cyber shopping mall in 2006 have increased 678.1% over 5 years. In addition to the fact that the food consumption pattern has changed from quality-oriented to convenience, health and safety-oriented, the need to decrease the opportunity cost created by housework is rising in the context of increase of women's work participation rate. The wind of change like these will become the foundation on which cyber food industry will be developed. The factors having an effect on consumer purchasing intentions when one buy foods through internet shopping malls are researched in this thesis. For the investigation, women of 697 were surveyed by a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed by the SPSS for WINDOW(Version 12.0). The result is as follows: Factors having an effect on food purchasing intentions are Convenience(Timesaving, Troublesomeness), Customer service(Responsiveness, Reliability, Empathy, Tangibility), Perceived Customer Risk(Economic, Social, Performance risk) and Shopping experience(Easy to find out, Easy process for payment) in order.

Objective: The main goal of our current study was to improve the growth curve of meat animals by decreasing the birth weight while achieving a finishing weight that is the same as that before selection but at younger age. Methods: Random regression model was developed to derive various selection indices to achieve desired gains in body weight at target time points throughout the fattening process. We considered absolute and proportional gains at specific ages (in weeks) and for various stages (i.e., early, middle, late) during the fattening process. Results: The point gain index was particularly easy to use because breeders can assign a specific age (in weeks) as a time point and model either the actual weight gain desired or a scaled percentage gain in body weight. Conclusion: The point gain index we developed can achieve the desired weight gain at any given postnatal week of the growing process and is an easy-to-use and practical option for improving the growth curve.

A facile, green, efficient and environment-friendly protocol for the synthesis of 14-aryl- or alkyl-14Hdibenzo[a,j]xanthene, 1,8-dioxooctahydroxanthene and 12-aryl-8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthene-11-one have been developed by one-pot condensation of various aldehydes with (i) ${\beta}$-naphthol (ii) cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and (iii) ${\beta}$-naphthol and cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, in the presence of 1,3,5-trichloro-2,4,6-triazinetrion (trichloroisocyanuric acid, TCCA) as catalyst under solvent-free conditions. The present approach offers the advantages of clean reaction, simple methodology, short reaction time, easy purification, and economic availability of the catalyst.

Multi-bit tries have been proposed to improve the search performance of a binary trie by providing flexibility in stride values, which identify the number of bits examined at a time. However, constructing a variable-stride multi-bit trie is challenging since it is not easy to determine a proper stride value that satisfies the required performance at each node. The aim of this paper is to identify several desired characteristics of a trie for IP address lookup problems, and to propose a multi-stride decision trie that has these characteristics. Simulation results using actual routing sets with about 30,000 to 220,000 prefixes show that the proposed multi-stride decision trie has the desired characteristics and achieves IP address lookup using 33% to 47% of the 2-bit trie in the average number of node accesses, while requiring a smaller amount of memory.

최근 정보화 시대에 맞춰 무선통신 기술은 개인의 정보 욕구가 활성화되면서 고성능 PC들이 등장하고 유선 LAM을 이용한 네트워크가 구축되어졌다. 그러나 유선 LAN을 사용할 때 설치와 재배치의 복잡성, 유지하기 어려움이라는 문제점들이 발생했다. 이러한 문제점들에 대한 대응책으로 무선 LAN이 도입되었다. 본 논문에서는 5GHz 대역의 무선 LAN에서 사용할 수 있는 제작이 비교적 용이하며 넓은 대역폭을 가지는 안테나를 설계, 제작하고 전송선로모델을 통해 안테나를 해석하고자 한다.

In this paper, A Feedforward Linear Power Amplifier for IMT-2000 which IMD characteristics was improved was designed and fabricated. To improve the main power amplifier IMD characteristics, the Feedback loop was added to basic Feedforward Power Amplifier structure. Therefore, the output power of error amplifier can be reduced, and it is easy to control the linearization circuit to cancel total IMD. The designed power amplifier represented the 40㏈m(l0W) output power and -55㏈C 3rd IMD at Center frequency 2.14㎓ (@5㎒).

The entropy measure is considered to denote the uncertainty of order statistics filters and choose the length of consecutive order statistic filters. However, it needs much calculations to get the amount of the entropy of all possible sets of consecutive order statistics, and the results of those calculations return many numerical values. Thus we provide an efficient graphical presentation of those numerical values, which make it easy to understand the distribution of the entropy among order statistics.
