본 연구는 1998년 9월 11일부터 11월 10일까지 경주에서 개최되는 '98 경주 세계 문화 엑스포를 중심으로 한 관광상품을 개발하기 위한 목적으로 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과 경주지역의 기존관광코스의 경우 경주시내의 사적지 관광에만 국한하였고, 경주시에서 설정한 5개 관광권의 경우에 기존의 관광루트에 전혀 포함되지 않는 관광권(동해안권 북부문화권)이 있어 새로운 관광코스의 개발이 절실하다 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 해결책으로 6개 관광권을 묶어 '테마가 있는 문화 엑스포 관람'이라는 주제로 관광상품을 계획하였다. 경주시내권 서악권 불국사권을 묶어 '신라 유적 답사', 보문단지권은 '새 천년의 미소와 함께', 남산권은 '남산 불교 박물관 견학', 동해안권과 북부문화권을 끓어 '자연과 문화의 조화'라는 테마가 있는 여행을 제안한다.

The Center for Science Gifted Education (CSGE) of Chongju National University of Education was established in 1998 with the financial support of the Korea. Science & Engineering Foundation (KOSEF). In fact, we had prepared mathematics and science gifted education program beginning in 1997. It was possible due to the commitment of faculty members with an interest in gifted education. Now we have 5 classes in Mathematics, two of which are fundamental, one of which is a strengthened second-grade class gifted elementary school students, and one a fundamental class, and one a strengthened class for gifted middle school students in Chungbuk province. Each class consists of 16 students selected by a rigorous examination and filtering process. Also we have a mentoring system for particularly gifted students in mathematics. We have a number of programs for Super-Saturday, Summer School, Winter School, and Mathematics and Science Gifted Camp. Each program is suitable for 90 or 180 minutes of class time. The types of tasks developed can be divided into experimental, group discussion, open-ended problem solving, and exposition and problem solving tasks. Levels of the tasks developed for talented elementary students in mathematics can be further divided into grade 5 and under, grade 6, and grade 7 and over. Also levels of the tasks developed for talented elementary students in mathematics can be divided into the level of lower than grade 5, level of grade 6, and level of more than grade 7. Three tasks developed and practiced are reported in this article.

This study investigated the colors of the costumes and backgrounds of characters in the fantasy film, Alice in Wonderland(2010) by Tim Burton. The methods used were literature studies including related books, articles and internet materials, and positive research with DVD color analysis. Twenty-one scenes were selected by the researcher. Five scenes were selected from novel and film components representing, exposition, complication, crisis, climax, and denouement. After controlled pixel by photoshop program and the represented colors, hues and tones were analyzed. The results were as follows; First, in four characters, Alice's dress colors changed depend on the situation and the passage offered from blue to red, metal light, and blue green. The Mad Hatter's colors were orange with green which signified madness and passion. The Red Queen's red dress and blue make up represented countrified and evil. The White Queen's all white dress and hair, black eyes and vivid red meant purity and nobility. Similar characters' colors were limited. Second, the background colors, especially tones were an important component of the fantasy image. These were different for each type of scene in the film such as exposition, complication, crisis, climax, and denouement.

본 연구는 부산의 지역해양산업의 육성과 지역경제 활성화 차원에서 해양산업박람회의 개최 논리와 효과적인 실행 방안을 구상하고자 했다. 본 연구가 다루고자 하는 해양산업박람회는 기존의 모든 해양산업들을 포괄하는 종합전시회로서의 위상과 의미를 담고 있다. 그러므로 향후 부산에서 진정으로 개최되어야 할 박람회는 해양산업박람회가 되어야 한다는 연구의 취지와 목적을 가지고 있다. 이러한 취지와 목적에 도달하기 위해 본 연구에서는 순차적으로 부산의 해양산업 환경과 비중을 검토하고, 기존 전시회의 현황과 문제점을 살펴본 다음, 해양산업체에 대한 의견조사를 통해 해양산업박람회의 합리적인 개최논리와 방안을 결론으로 제시하였다.

This work presents results of the study which concerns the influence of the rotating magnetic field (RMF) on the growth rate, cell metabolic activity and ability to form biofilms by E. coli and S. aureus. Liquid cultures of the bacteria were exposed to the RMF (RMF frequency f = 1-50 Hz, RMF magnetic induction B = 22-34 mT, time of exposure t = 60 min, temperature of incubation $37^{\circ}C$). The present study indicate the exposition to the RMF, as compared to the unexposed controls causing an increase in the growth dynamics, cell metabolic activities and percentage of biofilm-forming bacteria, in both S. aureus and E. coli cultures. It was also found that the stimulating effects of the RMF exposition enhanced with its increasing frequencies and magnetic inductions.

이 논문은 2013년 순천시에서 열린 2013순천만국제정원박람회 개최구상이 지역정책으로 구체화되는 과정에 대한 특징과 영향요인을 고찰하였다. 정원박람회 개최구상의 정책화 과정은 제1단계(1992-2002)인 순천만 보전운동 태동기, 제2단계(2003-2007)인 순천만 자연생태공원 조성기, 제3단계(2008-2010), 정원박람회 개최구상 정책화 및 박람회 유치기, 제4단계(2011-2013)인 박람회장 조성 및 박람회 개최기 등으로 구분되었다. 정원박람회 정책화 과정에는 많은 사회 정치적 요인들이 복합적으로 작용하였지만, 순천만 존재와 순천만 보전을 위한 시민운동, 광양만권에서 중심도시를 유지 강화하려는 순천시 도시발전전략, 도시정책 연속성을 유지한 지자체장과 지역사회의 리더십, 인접한 여수시와의 연대와 경쟁의식 등이 중요한 동인으로 작용하였다. 또한 메가 이벤트 개최를 통해 순천시는 도시이미지 개선, 순천만정원이라는 공공재 확보, 환경을 중시하는 도시정책을 추진한 지역사회의 리더십 구축 등에서 일정한 성과를 확보한 것으로 평가받고 있다.

우리나라에서 두 번째로 개최된 2012여수세계박람회는 해양을 주제로 2012년 5월부터 8월까지 전남 여수시에서 열렸고, 여러 측면에서 성공적인 메가 이벤트로 평가를 받고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 여수세계박람회 유치 및 개최를 전후로 해외 언론은 여수를 어떻게 보도해 왔는가를 시기별로, 동 서양으로 구분하여 비교 분석하는 것이다. 분석 결과, 해외 언론들은 여수세계박람회를 기술적 첨단성과 문화적 독창성을 접목시켜 주제를 효율적으로 구현한 엑스포로 평가하였다. 특히 엑스포 유치 전 단계에서는 여수를 한국의 남쪽 끝에 위치한 작은 항구로 보도하였지만, 엑스포 유치 이후 및 개최과정에서는 여수를 엑스포를 개최한 발전 잠재력을 아름다운 항구 도시이자 아시아 무역항로의 중심이며 해양생태 복원의 중심도시로 보도하였다. 이런 해외 언론의 보도 내용과 태도는 엑스포 개최가 여수의 국제적인 도시이미지 변화에 일정한 기여를 하였다고 평가할 수 있다.

일반적으로 왕양명으로부터 유종주에로의 사상적 전환은 곧 '주체성(主體性)'에 대한 강조에서 '의향성(意向性)'에 대한 강조로의 전환으로 해석된다. 이러한 주체성에 대한 강조에서부터 의향성에 대한 강조로의 전환은 왕양명이 제시한 사구교와 이에 대한 비판을 기초로 유종주가 새롭게 제시하는 사구교의 차이에서 두드러지게 나타난다. 왕양명이 말년에 제시한 사구교 사상에 대한 논란은 양명 생전부터 있어왔으며 이는 양명 사후에도 끊임없이 논란의 대상이 되었다. 사구교에 대한 논란으로 말미암아 양명학파는 분화의 과정을 겪게 되었으며, 이는 또한 명말청초 학술계에서 주요 논쟁 중의 하나로 자리잡게 되었다. 유종주의 사구교에 대한 비판과 재해석 또한 이러한 논쟁 과정을 통해 산출된 결과물이라 하겠다. 왕양명과 유종주의 심학의 차이는 '의'에 대한 서로 다른 해석에서 말미암는다. 주지하다시피 왕양명에게 있어 '의'는 마음의 발한 이발의 상태에 있는 것이지만, 유종주가 말하는 '의'는 마음 속에 내재하여 마음이 마음일 수 있는 근거가 되는 존재이다. 이러한 '의'에 대한 해석 차이로 말미암아 유종주는 궁극적으로 왕양명의 사구교와는 다른 내용의 새로운 사구교 사상을 제시하기에 이른다. 양명학 비판에 있어 그는 왕양명의 본래 의미에 대한 충분한 이해없이 자기 자신의 개인적인 견해를 바탕으로 양명학을 해석한 면이 없지 않았고, 또한 자기 자신이 이해한 "대학"의 의리(義理)를 기준으로 삼아 양명학의 시비를 판단하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 따라서 그의 양명학에 대한 비판은 종종 이치에 맞지 않는 면도 있다. 비록 유종주의 양명학에 대한 이해와 이를 바탕으로 한 양명학에 대한 비판이 비합리적인 요소를 내포하고 있다고 하나, 유종주의 양명학에 대한 견해는 나름대로의 의의가 있다. 유종주의 양명학 비판은 단순히 왕양명 사상을 비판하기 위한 것이 아니라 시대적인 병폐를 치유하기 위한 것이었다. 이 결과 그는 왕양명 사구교에 대한 새로운 해석을 통해 자신만의 독특한 심학이론을 제시하게 되는 것이다.

이 논문은, 선형점탄성체가 과도온도상태에 있을때의 거동을 시간영역 경계요소법에 의해 해석하고 있다. 점탄성체에 대해서 '열유동단순'거동을 가정하였다. 경계요소 공식화과정을 설명한 후, 예제문제에 대한 수치해석 결과를 보여주었다.

The minimum permanent and the set of minimizing matrices over the face of the polytope n of all doubly stochastic matrices of order n determined by any staircase matrix was determined in [4] in terms of some parameter called frame. A staircase matrix can be described very simply as a Ferrers matrix by its row sum vector. In this paper, some simple exposition of the permanent minimization problem over the faces determined by Ferrers matrices of the polytope of n are presented in terms of row sum vectors along with simple proofs.
