본 논문에서는 원전해체 시 적용 가능한 제염기술을 조사하여 분석하였다. 이를 기반으로 최적의 제염기술을 선정하기 위해 의사결정 기법(EXPERT-CHOICE)을 사용하여 기술성을 평가하였다. 이 평가방법은 해당 분야의 전문가로 이루어진 전문가 집단에 의해 수행되는 것이 일반적이다. 가중치를 고려한 결과는 각 기준에 대한 가중치에 평가점수를 곱한 총합을 구하는 식으로 수행하였다. 평가 점수를 3단계로 하여 High, Medium, Low로 구분한 후 가중치를 부여하여 차별화 시킬 수 있다. 하위분류 기준의 세분화와 각 기준 별 가중치의 추가 정량화를 통하여 기술성 분석의 수준을 제고할 수 있고, 좀 더 설득력 있는 결과의 도출을 예상할 수 있다. 평가의 기본 가정은 각 기준 별 가중치를 전문가 조사에 의해 부여하며, 평가 기준은 High에 좀 더 비중을 주는 식으로 차별화 하였다. 이를 반영하면 H, M, L는 대략 "10:5:1"의 비율로 평가 점수를 부여받는데, 이는 EXPERT-CHOICE 기법의 최적화 분석에 따른 것이다. 최고 및 최저값을 제외한 나머지 결과값의 평균을 평가치로 고려하였다.

A computer expert system for guiding Japanese style meal menu has been developed by using EXSYS Professional which is one of expert system developing software tools. The expert system nunderstands the situations of clients, and can guide the menu as human experts do by its software program with expert knowledge about the meal menu. In developing the expert system, the elements the clients consider when selecting menu were arranged as questions of the expert system, and the final outcome of the expert system resulted in selecting the final menu appropriate for the client demand, weather, health, etc. In hotel, the expert system can be shared by whole restaurants, and be directly a computer guider to the clients to tell the best choice of the menu. Besides, it can be used for various kinds of bangquets and events. Expert system has been developed and studied by business managers, manufactures, medical fields, and military field. But the studies for applying the expert system in the fields of foods have been scare. Through this study, therefore, the expert system is going to be applied more widely in many fields fo food events.

The idea of expert control is to incorporate a rule based expert system in a feedback control system. In this paper, we present some heuristic rules based on relay experiment for the choice of controller structure and the setting of the controller parameters. Heuristic rules are used as an element of the feedback loop in an auto-tuning PID controller. The algorithms are coded in a form which is as pure as possible and the heuristic logic is implemented with the rules. This paper reports an implementation of an expert controller on microcomputer-based system, including an industrial programmable controller.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the oral health center operation and to activate the program development of public oral health center. Methods : Delphi analyses were utilized by the recruited expert panel from August to September in 2012. Results : The difficulty in operation of the oral health centers is the human resources management. In order to solve the human resources operation, utilization of the local human resources is the best choice of the solution. The next choice was the designation of the oral health expert in Ministry of Health and Welfare. So the expert can activate the public oral health care system for the disabled and the underprivileged classes in the long term. Conclusions : In order to activate the oral health centers, Ministry of Health and Welfare should promote the public health center function connected with the cooperation of the Association of dental hygienists.

Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) evaluates criticality and severity of each failure mode. Generally, those indices are determined subjectively by experts and operators. However, this process has no choice but to include uncertainty. In this paper, a method for eliciting expert opinions considering its uncertainty is proposed to evaluate the criticality and severity. In addition, a fuzzy expert system is constructed to determine the crisp value of risk level for each failure mode. The results are worth considering while deciding the proper policies for each component of the system.

The work was aimed at realize the problem of seed processing . Solving this problem it was ascertained that the existing mathematical methods are reliable enough, but they are used practically very seldom. The work offers to use the expert system technology which allows to solve problems connected with practical knowledge of experts in the region of investigation effectively. The method of knowledge structuring and analizing as well as technique of knowledge acquisition which is necessary for realization of this technology are worked-out in the work. As the result applying the worked-out method the prototypes of the expert system (ES) are created : -ES " Sieves " ; research prototype for the sieve choice for the seed sorting machines -ES " Diagnostics " ; displaying prototype for the technological determination of action disrepair of seed sorting machines.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the new way of location choice for free trade zone in Busan area by using Obata and Ishii(2003) model of preference discrimination score. And also, this paper investigates the result of Choi, Bong-ho(200l) that deals with the choice of tariff free area in Busan area. Empirical main results are as follows: First, the North Port(Sinsundae)and the New Busan Port are efficient. Final winer of location choice for free trade zone is the North Port(Sinsundae). Second, the ranking result of this paper for 10 potential sites of free trade zone shows the almost similar to that of Choi, Bong-ho(200l). Policy planner for location choice of free trade zone should introduce the preference discrimination score method by Obata and Ishii(2003), because this method shows the very positive empirical results like questionaire method by expert groups and common people in Busan which should cause the much time and much money.

Uncertainties enter a complex analysis from a variety of sources: variability, lack of data, human errors, model simplification and lack of understanding of the underlying physics. However, for many important engineering applications insufficient data are available to justify the choice of a particular probability density function (PDF). Sometimes the only data available are in the form of interval estimates which represent, often conflicting, expert opinion. In this paper we demonstrate that Bayesian estimation techniques can successfully be used in applications where only vague interval measurements are available. The proposed approach is intended to fit within a probabilistic framework, which is established and widely accepted. To circumvent the problem of selecting a specific PDF when only little or vague data are available, a hierarchical model of a continuous family of PDF's is used. The classical Bayesian estimation methods are expanded to make use of imprecise interval data. Each of the expert opinions (interval data) are interpreted as random interval samples of a parent PDF. Consequently, a partial conflict between experts is automatically accounted for through the likelihood function.

본 연구는 지붕방수공법 선정에 계층분석기법을 적용하여 의사 결정하는 과정을 제안하는 것이 목적이다. 지붕방수공법에 대한 경험에 대하여 본 연구에서 설계 전문가, 시공 전문가, 그리고 유지관리 전문가 그룹에 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사의 첫 번째 계층은 성능, 경제적, 그리고 유리관리 측면으로 구성하였고, 설문의 두 번째 계층은 13개 항목으로 구성하여 Expert Choice를 이용하여 순위를 계산하였다. 설문 분석결과 각 전문가들은 다른 선택을 하였는데, 모든 분야의 전문가는 방수성능 측면을 가장 중요시 하는 것으로 나타났다.
