With the progress and prosperity of commerce and industry, time and money increasingly form an equal partnership. Using air carriers to shorten the round-trip time has become an important choice for many people in the tourism process. Faced with increasing competition within the aviation service environment, airline evaluation criteria and the requirements of customers are gradually dominating the evaluation mechanism for air transport service quality. Over the past few years, attention on the transport quality of service has been primarily focused more on land-based transport, and less on the relevant evaluation criteria of airlines. Many studies have shown that quality of service will directly affect customer satisfaction, resulting in the fact that good quality aviation services have become increasingly important. Therefore, in practical industrial operations with limited resources, there is an urgent need to delve into the assessment guidelines that have an impact on customers when they choose an airline, which can be used as a basis for improving customer satisfaction. Through a literature review and a reliability and validity analysis, this study summarized 19 evaluation criteria, using the purposive sampling method and the decision laboratory method (DEMATEL). In addition, this study viewed the causal relationship between the evaluation criteria and the degree of association as a continuing project for airlines. This study selected appropriate empirical samples from two domestic airlines. The conclusions may provide recommendations for all airlines.

This paper presents a more efficient evaluation of alternatives by use of multi-criteria decision making methodlogy under fuzzy intersectional dependence relations. The performance evaluation of most systems such as weapons, enterprise systems etc. are multiple criteria decision making problems. The descriptions and judgements on these systems are usually linguistic and fuzzy. The traditional methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) are mainly used in crisp(non-fuzzy) decision applications with a very unbalanced scale of judgements and rank reversal. To overcome these problems, we will propose a new, general decision making method for evaluation models using fuzzy AHP(FAHP) under fuzzy intersectional dependence relations. The T.M.S alternatives A, B and C will be evaluted by the Fuzzy Analytic Hierachy Process (FAHP) based on entropy weight in this study. We will use symmetric triangular fuzzy numbers to indicate the relative strength of the elements in the hierachy and degree of intersection between criteria. These problems are evaluated by five criteria : tactical criteria, technology criteria, maintenance criteria, economy criteria, advacement criteria.

CC(공통평가기준: Common Criteria, ISO/IEC 15408)는 국가간에 서로 다른 평가기준을 적용하여 평가함으로써 발생되는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 1999년 6월에 발표되었으며, 현재 공식버전은 v2.2이며 드래프트 버전으로 v3.0이 나와 있다. 국내외적으로 CC기반의 평가 수요가 증가되고 있으며 이에 따라 평가시장 창출이 예상되고 실제 평가지침 및 평가활동의 자동화, 평가프로젝트의 관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 평가자원(예: 제출물, 평가기준, 평가자 등)을 관리하고 평가환경에서 효율적으로 이용 가능한 CC 기반 보안평가관리시스템 ( CC-SEMS: CC based Security Evaluation Management System)을 제시하였다. CC-SEMS는 프로젝트관리. 워크플로우관리, 프로세스관리의 어플리케이션을 통합한 것이며 제출물, 평가업무 프로그램, 관리 객체, 평가워크플로우 엔진으로 구성되어 있다.

The purpose of this study is to construct an evaluation criteria based on the relative importance and various combinations of each evaluation index and then to appraise urban biotope in terms of nature experience and recreation. After the standard of evaluation had been developed through the review of existing literature, the relative importance of the evaluation index through expert survey was determined, and the evaluation model to assess biotope value was established. The results of this study are as follows; 1) We have constructed the seventeen evaluation criteria through literature reviews, and have provided relative importance to each evaluation index of the natural in biotope, the diversity of landscape patterns, the appearance-existence of water space, the special landscape elements, and the access based on the results of expert survey. and then we have constructed an evaluation system using the relative importance criteria. 2) To evaluate urban biotope using the evaluation system constructed, we selected 14 sites. The final evaluation results of each site is as follows; The first grade areas are the water space with semi-natural style in front of Gangchon Woobang apartments, the forest zone near Page Temple at Mt. Palgong, the edge area of Jisan and Gosan and the tendril yard against Anshim middle school. The second grade areas are Hyomyung elementary school, the farm land behind the third Anshim Jugong apartment, Ehyun put and the swampy land in front of the Kangchon and Anshim construction site. The third grade areas are Seohan and Hwasung high-rise apartments at Beummul-Dong, the Korea Manpower Agency in the Sungseo industrial zone, and the adjacent area of St. Tongil. The only fourth grade area is the commercial zone near Taegu Department Store. 3) It is highly useful to evaluate urban biotope using the evaluation criteria constructed for this research, the evaluation criteria we developed may be difficult to encompass all expert opinion and the period of space-formation is difficult to estimate urban biotopes. In the future, it is necessary to gather the basic data suitable to estimate biotope and it is necessary to develop detailed evaluation criteria applicable to estimate every biotope that has specific property.

Nowadays, lots of software that have similar functions is being produced. Hence it is getting more important to select the best and suitable software for each individual or company. Moreover, there are few trustworthy materials regarding to the objective procedure and criteria for the best evaluation of the software quality. To overcome these problems, benchmarking has been carried out. However, benchmarking is also confronting the limit of quality evaluation verification due to the difficult of the objectification of the major test items. To solve these problems, some others try to evaluate the quality of software using objective criteria of evaluation based on ISO/IEC standards. Nevertheless, this method using these defined evaluation items and criteria may result in not very reliable outcome. Therefore, this paper offers the evaluation items reflected in the characteristics of each software in order to prove the validity of the proposed method. Moreover, the objective and quantitative criterion which analyzes and reflects the organization characteristics using AHP methodology is applied to the experiment and performance evaluation. Hence we expect that the proposed method provides the needs of the re-establishment of software quality evaluation criteria and the improvement of process in terms of management.

본 연구에서는 학술도서관 서비스 품질에 대한 국내 외의 최근 연구 동향을 살펴보고, 지난 2010년과 2011년에 각각 실시된 '대학도서관 시범 평가'와 '전문대학도서관 시범 평가'를 진단하고, 2015년 3월 27일 공포(법률 제13222호)된 "대학도서관진흥법"과 2015년 9월 28일 제정(대통령령 제26547호)된 "대학도서관 진흥법시행령"의 시행에 따른 향후 '대학도서관 평가'에 대해 전망하였다. 그리고 국내 외의 대학도서관 서비스 품질 평가 기준의 사례 분석을 통해 그리고 우리나라의 대학도서관 서비스 품질 평가 기준 개발에 있어서 참고하거나 적용해야 할 주요 시사점을 도출하였다.

Selection of the best operating rule among a set of alternatives for a multipurpose reservoir system operation requires to evaluate many minor criteria in addition to the major objectives assessed to the system. These problems are sufficiently complex and difficult that they are beyond heuristic decision rules and experiences in case several noncommensurable multiple criteria are included in the evaluation. With the assistance of multicriterion decision analysis techniques, it is possible to select the best one among various alternatives by systematically comparing and ranking the alternatives with respect to the criteria of choice. Evaluation criteria for multipurpose reservoir system operating rules were identified and defined, and the multicriterion decision analysis techniques were applied to evaluate the four existing operating rules of the Chungju multipurpose project according to the identified nine multiple criteria. The application results show that the methodology is very efficient to select the best operation alternative among a finite number of operating rules with many evaluation criteria for a large-scale reservoir system operation.

Mobile operators in saturated markets increasingly favor mobile network sharing (MNS) over facility-based competition. Previous research examining MNS primarily focused on its positive effects, while the negative effects were largely overlooked. This study proposes a decision-making model using an analytic hierarchy process technique to evaluate decision-making criteria among various types of MNS policies. The decision-making model was applied to Wireless Broadband services in Korea to determine the relative importance of both positive and negative evaluation criteria and preference among multiple types of MNS policies. Positive evaluation criteria (that is, efficiency) were far greater in importance than negative evaluation criteria (that is, competition harm). The preference for adopting MNS among five alternative approaches was also revealed. The study findings offer immediate policy insights in Korea and provide a decision-making framework for policy makers in other countries to utilize.

이 연구의 목적은 조직의 성과 향상과 개인의 성장을 추구하는 인재개발에서 사이버 기반의 교육 프로그램에 대한 개선과 계속성 여부 등 의사결정에 관련한 유용한 가치 판단을 위하여 필요한 정보를 획득, 기술, 제공하는 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 과정중심 평가준거를 개발하는 데 있었다. 이 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌고찰 등 이론적 탐색과 내용분석법 적용을 통하여 인재개발 사이버 교육 프로그램의 과정중심 평가준거를 4개 차원, 13개 대영역, 29개 하위영역, 125개 평가문항으로 도출하였다. 둘째, 도출한 평가준거에 대하여 세 차례의 델파이 조사를 통하여 4개 차원, 13개 대영역, 29개 하위영역, 93개 평가문항을 최종 개발하였다. 셋째, 개발된 평가준거의 내용타당도 비율(CVR)은 .31~1.00으로 나타났으며 합의도는 .75이상, 수렴도는 .5이하로 나타나 개발한 평가문항이 타당한 것으로 확인하였다. 이러한 평가문항의 신뢰도 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$는 .980으로 나타나 내적일치도가 만족스러우며 신뢰도는 높은 것으로 나타났다.

There is currently a focus on usability of interactive computer software. Previous research in software ergonomics has indicated the importance of evaluating the usability of software user interfaces. Software developers, interface designers or human foctors engineers often confront the task of comparative evaluation among systems, versions or interface designs. This study presents a structured model for comparative evaluation of user interface designs using usability criteria and measures. The proposed model consists of twomain phases : the prescreening phase ad the evaluation phase. The first phase involves expert judgment-based approach with qualitative criteria. The prescreening phase uses absolute measurement analytic hierarchy process to filter possible altermative interfaces to a reasonable subset. The second phase involves user-based approach such as usability testing, with quantitative criteria. The objective of the evaluation phase is to evaluate a subset of altermatives using objective measures. A set of criteria and measures for evaluating the usability of computer software designs is presented. The proposed model provides practitioners with a structured approach to select the best interface based on usability criteria and measures.
