In this study, we investigated the possibility of using mouse embryonic stem cell conditioned medium (ESCM) and embryonic stem cell medium (ESM) for in vitro maturation in the efficient in vitro production of blastocysts from porcine follicular oocyte. Depending on the concentration of supplement of ESCM added to the NCSU-23 solution did not affect 2-cell development rates and blastocysts development. However, in particular, the survival rate (10 days of culture) of blastocyst was significantly higher than that of the control group as the additive concentration (30%) increased (p < 0.05). The survival rate of blastocysts showed a similar tendency even with addition of ESM (30%) alone. On the other hand, the duration of the addition of these additives during IVM (0-44 h) was that the IVM I period (0-22 h) were more effective than the IVM II period (22-44 h). Thus, the effect of these additives is probably due to the combination of the various physiologically active substances of ESCM or the appropriate amino acids and vitamins of ESM. In particular, these additives were more effective during the first half (IVM I) of in vitro maturation. In summary, optimization of ESCM or ESM supplementation may improve in vitro maturation of porcine oocyte and affect developmental competency. Therefore, if more efficient methods of adding ESCM or ESM to basal culture medium can be developed during in vitro maturation of porcine follicle oocytes, high quality blastocysts will be developed from low porcine follicular oocyte compared to other domestic animals.

The helicopter position, heading data and the direction finding data of ESM are essentially required to compensate the parallax and analyze the direction finding accuracy of heliborne ESM in flight test phase. In the case of the long test range compared with small platform like as LYNX helicopter and Jisim Island test site, the parallax compensation for direction finding accuracy calculation and GPS position error can be neglected. In this paper, the direction finding accuracy on the basis of helicopter propeller was calculated by coordinate changing between helicopter and transmitting antenna from WGS84 coordinate to navigation coordinate using helicopter position and direction finding data.

요즘 네트워크환경에서 기업네트워크의 보안은 가장 중요하게 고려되고 있는 문제 중 하나이다. 기업네트워크의 보안을 위해 활용하고 있는 VPN, IDS, Firewall 등의 다양한 솔루션들은 일관된 관리가 용이하지 않기 때문에 ESM 이 이용되고 있다. ESM 은 여러가지 보안 솔루션을 통합관리 해주므로, 솔루션의 낭비가 없고 효율적인 관리가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 실제 운용중인 ESM 툴(Tool)에서 룰 설정의 중요성을 알아 보고 알려지지 않은 웜(Worm)이 들어 왔을 때 관제를 위한 룰설정 방법을 제시한다.

경험표집연구법(Experience Sampling Method: ESM)은 연구 참여자의 즉각적인 반응을 통해 실제 생활에서 경험하는 즉각적인 실제의 정서 경험을 연구할 수 있는 새로운 연구방법이다. 경험표집연구법은 최근 보육교사관련 연구 중 특히, 보육교사의 정서 및 행복감을 연구하고자 할 때 적용가능성이 논의되고 있는 연구방법으로서 기존의 교사의 회상 및 설문을 기반으로 한 연구방법의 한계를 극복할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 보육교사의 증가되는 스트레스 및 부정적인 정서 경험에 관한 연구의 필요성과, 이를 연구할 수 있는 적합한 대안적인 연구방법이 될 것이라는 기대에도 불구하고, 기존의 경험표집 연구법은 연구 참여자로 하여금 하루 일과 중 반복적으로 무선 호출기가 울릴 때마다 설문지 및 필기구를 휴대하도록 해야 한다는 제한점을 동반한다. 뿐만 아니라, 한 개인을 통해 수집한 방대한 양의 데이터를 효과적으로 database화하는 데에 많은 시간과 노력이 요구된다는 제한점이 보고되어져 왔다. 본 연구는 어린이집 보육교사의 정서경험 연구에 있어 경험표집연구법을 보다 효과적으로 적용하기 위하여 설문참여, 자료전달 등이 매우 불편한 아날로그 방식의 경험표집 방식을 개인용 무선 통신기기를 활용함으로써 실시간으로 설문을 수행할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 개발하고 이를 설문응답에 활용하는 방안을 고안하기 위한 융합연구이다. 본 연구는 기초적 연구로서 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 시스템구성과 프로토타입 제작에 관한 내용을 주로 다루며 이를 전문가 심층면접을 통하여 연구결과를 평가하였다.

Background: Salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) has been used to treat inflammatory diseases including edema and arthritis; however, the anti-inflammatory mechanism of SM action remains unresolved. Methods: The effects of an ethanol extract of SM (ESM) on pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-${\alpha}$, IL-$1{\beta}$, IL-6, and NO, and on anti-inflammatory cytokines including IL-4, IL-10, TGF-${\beta}$, and IL-1Ra have been studied in an attempt to elucidate the anti-inflammatory mechanism in murine macrophages. Results: ESM inhibited the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines via down-regulation of gene and protein expression whereas it increased the anti-inflammatory cytokines. Furthermore, ESM inhibited the expression of the chemokines, RANTES and CX3CL1, as well as of inflammatory mediators such as TLR-4 and $11{\beta}$-HSD1. Conclusion: These results indicated that the regulatory effects of ESM may be mediated though the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines as well as the induction of anti-inflammatory cytokines. Consequently, we speculate that ESM has therapeutic potential for inflammation-associated disorders.

본 논문은 휴대 단말을 위한 응용프로그램의 사용자 경험 모니터링과 평가 시스템의 디자인과 그 과정을 소개한다. 실생활에서의 검증, 상황 인지기반 설문, 관리와 확장성을 고려하여 초기 디자인을 하였고, 초기 디자인을 가지고 세 가지 응용프로그램의 검증을 행하였다. 초기 디자인을 구현한 시스템을 이용하여 세 가지 응용프로그램을 검증하고 사용자들의 몇몇 단말 이용 행태를 관찰 할 수 있었다. 첫 실험에서 설문의 한계와, 자료 분석의 어려움을 발견하고 시스템을 확장하여 두 번째의 실험을 행하였다. 확장된 두 번째 시스템은 설문 연기와 일지 작성을 포함하고, 사용자의 실험 참여 현황을 관찰할 수 있는 시스템과 자료 분석 도구를 준비하였다. 결과적으로, 두 번의 실험 경험을 통해 발견한 이슈를 바탕으로 차기 시스템이 지향할 점들을 정리할 수 있었다.

The effect of auxin transport inhibitor (TIBA and PCIB) or auxin synergist (phloroglucinol) on somatic embryo maturation and germination in Japanese larch (Larix leptolepis) was examined. The addition of 15.8 mg/L ABA+5.0 mg/L PCIB showed most promoted the maturation of cotyledon -staged somatic embryos (177.7/90 mg ESM). In contrast, with treatment of 5.0 mg/L PCIB or 5.0 mg/L TIBA, no somatic embryos were obtained. Considering from this result, PCIB or TIBA alone could not substitute for exogenously supplied ABA for maturation of somatic embryos. In the test of below concentration of 5.0 mg/L PCIB, the highest results were recorded in 15.8 mg/L ABA+2.0 mg/L PCIB (109.3/90 mg ESM) or 15.8 mg/L ABA+5.0 mg/L PCIB (103.7/90 mg ESM). However, 5.0 mg/L phloroglucinol (0/90 mg ESM) or no ABA addition (3/90 mg ESM) had little influence on somatic embryos maturation. In germination study, the highest frequency of plantlet regeneration obtained from the somatic embryos which had matured on 15.8 mg/L ABA+5.0 mg/L PCIB (67.9%). However, either 5.0 mg/L PCIB nor 5.0 mg/L TIBA resulted in obtained from plantlets.

ESM 에서 보안이벤트 분석기술에는 실시간 보안이벤트 필터링 기술, 보안이벤트 상호연관분석기술, 보안이벤트 시각화 분석기술이 활용되고 있다. 기존 보안이벤트 분석기술에서 탐지하지 못하는 미탐을 감소시키고 침입 탐지율을 향상시키기 위하여 보안이벤트 프로파일링 기술을 접목한 침입추론 기술을 제안한다. 보안이벤트를 네트워크 분류, 호스트 분류, 웹 이벤트 분류로 유형을 구분하고 각각을 프로파일링 하여 네트워크 공격의 Anomaly와 웹 어플리케이션 공격을 탐지할 수 있다.

LYNX ESM has not only ESM function but Datalink function. The LYNX boarded equipment Interface and Channel coding is needed for LYNX Datalink to support the mother ship with tactical data included threat radar analysis data of LYNX ESM, navigation data, Radar and Sonar of LYNX. The interface of loaded equipments are various protocol like as ARINC419/429, RS232, Synchro, Sync Serial. The Channel coding of Convolution-Scrambler-Interleaver-Bit Stuffing is applied for recovering the transmission data mixed with propagation errors in sea environment.

최근 인터넷 환경이 널리 퍼지면서 인터넷 서버들의 보안위협은 갈수록 증가하고 있다. 이러한 인터넷 서버의 보안 사고를 예방하기 위하여 기관들은 정보보호 솔루션인 방화벽, 침입탐지 시스템, 바이러스 백신, 보안운영체제 등을 도입하였으나 개별적인 보안 솔루션을 적용함으로써 관리 효율성이 떨어지고 보안 사고 위험은 증가하고 있다. 그래서 현재는 개별 보안 솔루션을 통합관리하는 ESM 을 도입하고 있다. 차세대인터넷 서버도 인터넷에 연결되어 있어서 해킹으로부터 자유로울 수 없기 때문에 차세대 인터넷 서버에 적합한 ESM 이 필요하다. 우리는 공개 소프트웨어 보안 도구를 조합하여 응용 프로세스 레벨에서 가볍고 기본 보안 기능을 충실히 갖춘 ESM 을 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 그 ESM 의 설계 내용을 중심으로 자세히 소개하고, 현재까지 구현된 결과도 간략히 소개한다.
